My 2016 Ford Fusion went from 245 miles per tank to an impressive 458 miles after my 100,000-mile service at AutoNation Ford Mobile! Service Advisor Mr. Ryan Reeves went above and beyond, ensuring the car received its scheduled maintenance, addressed an open recall, and even replaced worn valve cover gaskets. Mr. Reeves kept me informed throughout the process, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions patiently. With professionals like him and the expertise of AutoNation Ford, I'm confident my car will run smoothly for many more years, hopefully long enough for my teenagers to enjoy another 100,000 miles! Horrible customer service. Finance guy tried to sell my daughter GAP INSURANCE with 6000 down payment.The manager got smart and asked me just what do you think interest rates are right now sir When I answered the EXACT rate that was currently going (2 % less than what was offered) he goes well.. well.. and started backtracking. He was very condescending in how he talked and acted.My daughter wanted the car bad. So we got it when they came down on the interest rate. I didn t want to buy it but she was wanting it.After it was all said and done, they forgot to get a copy of my license and made it like it was my fault.Do not purchase from this dealership!

My entire experience was great. Mackenzie (service tech) provided excellent communication while my car was having its engine replaced. Any questions or concerns that I had, were answered in a timely manner and professionally with kindness. They even arranged some drop off convenience for me when my car was done. 10/10

Got my car from here almost exactly 2 years ago. It s the first time I ve ever bought a car and I thought I was asking all the right questions but I still missed a lot. That s on me.They sold me the car with a huge rust hole in the door that I didn t see until a few days after purchasing. I checked all the doors when I test drove EXCEPT that door (backseat driver s side) because that s where my salesperson sat so I thought hey it works I ll get it fixed that s fine, whatever. But not even mentioning it? Sleazy.Fast forward to now Went out of town for a few days and my battery died. My doors were locked but no biggie because I ll just use my key. Wrong. I have never had to pull out the key from my fob until now. It was a blank key not even cut. Once again something I should have noticed but didn t even think of.All this to say, I was lacking in my knowledge when going in and should have been more thorough but also I felt like they took advantage and are not trustworthy.

Still no response from them. After repeated emails and online complaints. They responded to one of my online ratings saying they would be in touch - needless to say I ve heard nothing.I signed for a user manual which they didn t provide.I asked for a copy of the vehicle checklist that they were supposed to have done.I asked them to replace the bolts for the battery casing which they either removed without returning, or completely ignored the fact they are missing during their comprehensive inspection .Now they have the nerve to send me an email inviting me to take the car in for service.

The purchasing process was really easy, salesman Sam was great to work with. That being said the vehicle started leaking oil and I had to drive it back to the dealership. They are honoring the 90 day warranty which is great. I think they should ve done a more thorough inspection of the vehicle before listing it for sale.

Had a great experience at this dealer, used them a few years back for service on my older F250. This time it was time to let it go and upgrade to something more reliable. Good trade price, good new truck price and knowledgeable salesman. Made it all a good experience overall

Our salesman, Stanley Arnold, was fantastic. He was training a new employee that day. She did well too. I don't remember her name though. The car, Volvo S90, was exactly what I wanted and was within my budget. We located it and had it shipped. When i test drove it, there was a slight wobble in the tires so they changed them. I think I made a really good choice going to Autonation.

I had to share my experience with this dealership, it was seamless! We were greeted by our salesman Terrell Williams and he was so nice and personable, we let him know what we were interested in and he took us to his inventory and asked us what features we were looking for in the car. He introduced us to the Sales Manager, Thomas Bethea who was also very personable, he let us know that he would find us the car that we wanted. We went on a test drive with Terrell and he was very knowledgeable about the car. After the test drive Thomas went to work finding the color that we wanted, he found one in Memphis and went to work to secure the transfer of the car and worked the deal. He bent over backwards to get us the deal that would work for us. The Finance Associate Elmore was also great to work with, he was very knowledgeable about the warranty options and took his time helping us decide what we needed. The car arrived and was detailed perfectly. Terrell and Thomas went over all of the features of the car and took so much time explaining everything. Terrell had an appointment after work that he needed to go to but didn t tell us that so I would be comfortable asking all of the questions that I had about the car. I didn t feel rushed at all we were his number one priority. After this process I felt like I was dealing with friends and would definitely recommend this dealership. They want to satisfy their customers, I would not consider using the dealership in West Mobile and I felt that I was made the best deal possible. This dealership wants to sell cars and make their customers happy!

I depend on my vehicle for work. 2023 Ford Maverick with less than 8000 Mi on it. Back passenger electric window went down and would not come back up. Keep in mind back passenger window. When I picked up the vehicle there was a tan sticky substance all over the driver. All over the a pillar and the front door. I called back to ask what it was and no one could tell me. After I got done washing the truck I noticed a scratch on the front windshield gouged out right in my line of sight from the driver's seat. told they could get it taken care of in 5 to 7 days. On day five I called and they still have not looked at it and then said once they look at it it will be 5 to 7 days. What was the technician throwing around hard enough in the truck to scratch a windshield? And what was the brown sticky substance all over the driver side of the truck that I spent 3 3 hours trying to clean off without damaging the Finish? I guess I will never know.

Customer service sales rep was awesome and very easy to talk to! Maddie helped me into a very reliable vehicle and at no expense of long waits or having any issues along the transaction to obtain a vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a decent and reliable vehicle. Only problem I had was that both key remote fobs were not working and I had to purchase batteries and to only discover that just one of the remotes were functional. Other than that nothing major to gripe about. I m satisfied and will purchase my next vehicle there!

I went in knowing what I wanted and they provided it instantly. My sales associate was personable, professional and NOT pushy. Instantly in the car I wanted to test drive and facilitated the sale instantly - aside from issues with Citibank. The finance people and GM worked with me to make the deal happen. When I came back the next day with a very small issue they resolved it instantly.

After months of frustration trying to make a fair purchase of a Ford Maverick from area dealerships on the panhandle of Florida, I finally expanded my search to Mobile. Working with AutoNation Ford of Mobile was such an awesome experience. Stanley Arnold was very courteous and professional. He was not pushy in any respect and gave me room to make my decision with zero pressure. The purchase price was better than any that I could have gotten in this area. And it was not just Mr. Arnold. When we drove up to the dealership the first time, we were met by a friendly salesperson who took us straight to Mr. Arnold. Other members of their team even got involved trying to solve a problem with my cell phone. After the test drive Mr. Arnold took me to their finance manager, Elmore Westbrook, who was also such a pleasure to work with. When the paperwork was completed and it was time to go, I was stopped on the way out by the branch manager who introduced himself and thanked me for my business. I left with a huge smile on my face from the very satisfying experience that my wife and I had. I would highly recommend Mr. Stanley Arnold and AutoNation Ford of Mobile.

I don't think I have ever been treated as poorly by a business as I was treated by Autonation Ford Service department. Over a 48-hour period that my Yukon was there, I called multiple times to simply get an update on the vehicle. After leaving several messages and "I will have someone call you" & it never happened, I finally got someone on the phone that evening saying "the vehicle needs to be aligned but I can't hear the sloshing noise you say is happening. We will call you back tomorrow morning with more" NEVER HAPPENED. No one would return a call like promised several times. I show up Friday afternoon to try and talk to someone in person. I got different stories from both people I spoke with "We can't find anything wrong with your vehicle" and the best from Tyler "I don't know what's going on, you didn't talk to me last night" after I told him that someone over the phone said the alignment was off. Tyler is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. When we walked up to his desk, without making eye contact "what y'all need" and mocked my husband when we walked away. We ended up taking the car without anything being done after getting several DIFFERENT stories of what was going on. All that to say, lack of communication, customer service, and folks CLUELESS of what is going on in that place....I would take my business elsewhere.

My first time visiting to get my car serviced for oil change. I prefer getting my car taken care by Ford and they did great. Quick service and my appointment time was honored. Been to a few and they want to keep your vehicle for a whole day for a simple oil change. MAN Ford is my new permanent place of service.

Cameron and his crew was great! We took my new Bronco Sport in on a super busy Friday to get some recalls fixed. Was told it may not be fixed that day due to how busy it was. Ok, we are patient! I got a call from Cameron just a few hours later letting me know the Bronco was ready! Quick, easy communication through their texting service.. love this place!

The service department is so easy to work with. Tyler is the Absolute Best! He has taken care of me each time I've come in. Once was a scheduled maintenance, and the other was a pop in due to a low tire. Each time I was treated like a celebrity and taken care of immediately. I would go back there even if I didn't drive a Ford!

Beware and be cautious before buying a car with them. My husband and I were interested in a 2015 GMC Denali. We Test drove the truck the service park assist light came on (which they said they would see why that came on) and it drove ok. The truck also had a missing part to the sunroof that they would try to replace. We asked to get a pre purchase inspection. We asked our sales person Mattie who by the way was very nice. Could we do the PPI? She said yes as long as we did an app and got approved. I said ok. One of the managers told her they didn t want us to take the truck today (Friday) because they wanted the truck to be on the lot on Saturday. After back and forth with that manager and him saying why do you even need a Pre purchase inspection, the truck wasFully inspected by their service team. One of the other managers was very nice and came over said let them take the truck they said they ll have it back by tomorrow it s not a big deal. He also stated that he would wait to run my credit until we got back. So Saturday comes we get up early in the morning take it to a GM dealership to get checked out. $172 later the truck they fully inspected needed $6000 worth of work done. The sticker on the window of the truck said not to worry this truck has been inspected well now I m worried because why not be upfront and honest with your customers. The dealership could ve easily told me the truck needed that much work. I ve reached out to the gm as directed by their comment to me on Facebook several times and left voicemails but as you might imagine no answer and no call back.

I took my Escape in for a recall and a warranty issue. Check in was fine. The service "advisor" experience was awful. I asked Robert for information TEN times via text over 4 days and got ZERO responses. I called every afternoon and once he was on the phone all I got was defensive bluster about how busy they were. My phone shows only outgoing calls to the dealer-I was never called with updates. I finally went to the dealership after FOUR days to find out what was going on with my car. I was again met with defensive behavior (different "advisor"-Ryan?) and excuses but my personal appearance resulted in the car being delivered to my work place the following day. Here's the ridiculous ending. I never got any information about what work had been done to my car until I once again went in person to the dealer only to learn the ticket was still open- at least this "advisor" was helpful (female but don't have her name). I returned to the dealer a third time to see what was the story and finally got a work invoice-THREE WEEKS after getting the car back from the service department. My last visit (oil change) was fine but this one was TERRIBLE.ADDENDUM: the service manager called me the 1st business day after I posted. He asked me about this and offered me an apology. He did not try to make excuses and said he would follow up with the advisors involved.

They were very nice and communicative. I went in for the 20,000 service on my 2023 Ford Transit. I paid for the top tier service plan which is supposed to cover everything bumper to bumper, when I got the van back the tires had been rotated but the service tech didn't adjust the tire pressure. The front tires take 59 psi and the rear are at 80 psi. When I got it back, my front tires were at 72 and my rears were at 55. So they not only didn't adjust the tire pressure after rotation, they didn't check in the first place which leads me to think the didn't check them for balance.So if they can't do something basic like this, it doesn't give me confidence that they could do a good job on a complex problem.Plus it was a real pain finding a service station that actually had an air machine that worked and had a pressure gauge. Not a big deal just an inconvenience.Cameron the service advisor was very courteous but the service technician or mechanic needs to do their job and not cut corners.

The experience was great. The representative was great and the car was taken without any hassle even though it was just an oil change. There was no wait and the facility inside is decent enough. We were treated nice even when we went to the sales part of the building. The bill also was very decent since I had the experience of getting charged much higher in some places. Over all I highly recommend this dealership for people who are in or passing through Mobile since this location is very close to I10 (2 miles) and is sitting on I 65.
