After looking at 10 other dealers I finally got over to this one. Talked to Stan and told him what I was looking at online. Told him I ll be there in 15 when I pulled up he was right out front waiting on me with the truck pulled up! After test driving and going back and forth between this truck and another finally decided to get this one. Stan was awesome and wasn t one of those annoying over pushy sales men! Had me walking out the door with a brand new clean truck! Come to find out I m buying my first truck he s selling his first vehicle! Definitely gonna come back and see him for future purchases! Thanks Stan!

I bought a new 2023 ram 1500 at a great price. I did have to negotiate but we came to a very good deal. I also had to take my car into the service department once and they were Terrific. I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

Caleb Sharp was our salesman. He made the process so easy. We got excellent service and price. I researched and couldn t find any prices lower than theirs. He wasn t pushy or arrogant. He was a charm! Can t stress how easy and pleasant he made the process. We had a great experience here and will drive from Mississippi again when we need another car. Thanks again Mr. Sharp!

We had the worst experience at the service department we have ever had and we are posting it everywhere we can on social media. We had a service representative name Trammel. When I approached him and told him some of my concerns about my car he didn t listen. I very specifically told him the ONLY work we wanted done on my car was what the warranty company would cover. He pushed some paperwork in at me to sign never explaining to me what I was signing even though I told him I didn t have my glasses on and couldn t read it.He gave me his card and we left. We had multiple issues trying to get in contact with him when we called n when we left messages from him to call us back he would text us one or 2 word responses. After you guys having my car for 5 days we were told that I needed 3 tire sensors and my head gasket was leaking. The warranty company was not covering any of the repairs because they didn t cover tire sensors n the head gasket gave no indication of leaks. We were told to replace the tire sensors it would cost over $400. My husband has an electrical engineering degree and knew it was not possible for 3 tire sensors to go bad at one time so we decided not to get the work done. When we went to pick up my car they couldn t find my name or my husband s name in the computer system. Trammel put my car under the previous owners name. This caused us quite a few problems. I had to prove to them that I owned the car. Trammel was off on the day we came to pick up my car.Once that got resolved they asked me for $236 for diagnostics that were done on my car. Once again I came in for a tire sensor not any diagnostics on my car. We HAD to pay for it because I signed paperwork I couldn t read and was not explained what I was signing. My husband decided to take my car to another place and have the tire sensors replaced. When they checked my sensors there was NOTHING wrong with them. I indeed did have a problem but it was because I had a bad tire and sensor picked up the problem like it was supposed to.We had the tire repaired costing $130. If we had allowed the service department repair sensors that were not bad our problem would not have been resolved. My question is why was I charged for diagnostics on my entire car when all they had to do was check the tire sensors on my tires which was obviously not done?We will continue to post everywhere possible what happened to us in hopes that no one else had the same bad experience we had. We do not appreciate being charged for something that was not authorized and then being told something based on the diagnostics we needed work that was not needed. Plus dealing with a service representative who does not listens.

I really appreciate these guys they took the looking out finding a car for me. Looking for a car can be stressful I told the guys I want low mile what year I was looking for and how much I could afford to pay, when I tell you they did all the foot work. I now have a suv with supper low miles and the price I wanted to pay I would definitely recommend this company to purchase your next car. I am loving my ride!!!!!

We recently, December 2023, purchased a 2022 used jeep wrangler at the Mobile AutoNation store. There was an immediate issue with the jeep motor light coming on that required replacing major parts. Salesman had thought it was gas cap initially before purchase was made and promised a new gas cap if it occurred again. The Jeep only had 4k miles on it. We had traded in our 2017 Jeep. LONG story shortSales manager, Shannon as well as General manager, was super helpful and getting this resolved to our satisfaction. They gave us several options and we decided to back out of the deal completely. They refunded our money and we got our other Jeep back. They not only took care of refunding our money but they repaired a problem (at no charge) we had been experiencing for a long time with the 2017 Jeep module that needed replacement and we had waited months for a part. We were blown away by the level of integrity of this team. We highly recommend this company and we appreciate all of the help Shannon provided and plan to purchase another vehicle here in the near future with full confidence that we will be taken care of in an excellent manner. All businesses have suffered with parts and other issues In the last few years. Finding a company that is honest and has integrity is a very good thing! Thank y all again!

I visited AutoNation for a vehicle that I saw online, but it wasn t available and in retrospect, I am happy that it wasn t. I ended up with a better car and better deal. The service department s employees are professional and helpful and I have had nothing but good experiences there. I love AutoNation.

Would have gave it a no star. Had service done at this location and it took 3 days for oil and filter change. Left there with the check engine light on. Had a recall worked on but they didn t have the parts for that. Been 3 months now and 3 phone calls later they still can t answer my question. Now the air conditioning and heating is not working 28000 miles and 2 years old.

I booked in for 3 services which required my vehicle to be there for a full day. I dropped my vehicle off the night before so they would have plenty of time. I was called an hour before closing on Saturday and was told they were only able to complete 1 of the services and that I would need to book another full day appointment to complete the other services. I had to book this appointment a few weeks in advance in order to get a Saturday appointment. Now we had to rebook and the next available appointment was weeks away. We only have one vehicle and do not live close to the service center; this is a huge inconvenience to get my vehicle dropped off and to be without a vehicle for multiple days. I am giving 2 stars because after we made the inconvenience clear to the team member they did make an effort to complete the recall inspection to determine if that service would be required or not prior to closing for the weekend.Update1: if I could give 0 stars I would. We booked another appointment with the advisor for 3 weeks later. We were told it had to be booked that day to guarantee that the diagnostics would definitely be completed. We again drove it 45 minutes the night before so it could be there for the whole day. I called to get an update in the morning with no call back. There is no option to speak to an advisor directly if your advisor hasn t reached out to you with their contact info. I called the service center again and was then told that our advisor, Tramell?, was off and no one was available with information on my vehicle. We booked directly with him after our last appointment debacle. I asked if there was any advisor or manager available that could explain why we would be booked on a day when the only advisor that can work on our vehicle is not working. And why we weren t told when I called the day before to confirm our appointment that there is no advisor on duty with access to our information . The individual on the phone said she only books the appointments and is not onsite so cannot give any more information or transfer us to anyone onsite; there is only one advisor onsite and no service managers. She stated that she was only able to request a call back which takes 24-48 hours or I could leave a voicemail (Which I already did). Neither option helped us resolve our issue of needing to know why our second appointment was clearly overlooked. So basically we have absolutely wasted our time again.Update 2: Since we had no way of directly contacting any team member onsite, we drove to the service center. Only to find several employees on site. We spoke with Austin, a service advisor, who had no idea our vehicle was there. As soon as we explained the situation he checked the key drop off and found our keys. He took care of getting our vehicle in and diagnosed in the remaining part of the day. Austin deserves 5 stars; the service center does not. Had we not been forced to drive back, our vehicle would have sat there without the staff knowing it was there and another full day wasted for us. The booking system and communication is extremely poor. In follow up with customer relations, I was asked if our issues were resolved to our satisfaction; I was very clear in that Austin was exceptional but the services we definitely not to our satisfaction. They had no interest in hearing the issues leading up to the service, since in the end the service was complete. Their comment to call regarding the issue is absolutely useless, since they have no desire to resolve the numerous flaws in the system. They request surveys for their advisors which reflect only on the advisor; this is not fair, since if that individual does not get a 10/10 they fail. It is not the advisor s fault that there are clearly several holes in the system before they even see the vehicle.

I had an exceptional experience at AutoNation in Mobile, AL. The staff went above and beyond to help me find a quality vehicle that suited my needs. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. The finance department was easy to work with, and they made the purchasing process smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, they provided me with a great price for my trade-in, which exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend AutoNation to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Their commitment to excellence and customer service truly sets them apart. Thank you, AutoNation, for making my car-buying experience a positive one!

I bought a jeep grand Cherokee, did not have the car for 26 days it need to go in the shop it would not turn over. I went there to bring it to there shop, they sent me to O Reillys to diagnose the car. O Reillys he me turn off the car to diagnose it which at that point I needed to jump the car off to get it back at the dealership which took over an hour they had me and my baby in the heat. When they should have diagnosed it at the shop. I m Beyond mad and upset having me and my baby do the run around. This car deal ship is not worth it and will say and do anything just to get you stuck in buying.

AutoNation associate Trammell made my experience of getting my truck repairs completed very pleasant and he is an asset to your company. He kept me updated on the progress via text messaging and direct phone call conversations. I will recommend to all my friends/family to use AutoNation.

I have nothing but great things to say about the whole staff here and the process they have for accommodating customers. I have been in the auto industry for about 13 years and I can tell you everything went perfect. Joseph Tolbert was my salesman and was as attentive and accommodating as you can get. There were no "games" played at any point, everything was transparent, fair and efficient. I spent less than an hour in total buying my car. You don't have to second guess or stress about coming here for your next car.Amazing job guys! Thanks again!

After owning my car for 7 years, I decided to trade it in for the vehicle I always wanted. I found the exact vehicle I ve been looking for and plus more at Auto Nation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Mobile. I decided to look at it. I walked in, met Haley Holmes. She s a remarkable Sales Lady. She was helpful and patient. I want to say thank you to Haley, Charles and Mikail for a wonderful experience.

I went to AutoNation Dodge for what I thought was a "little" problem with my windshield washers. The right side was not working, it the hose was disconnected from the sprayer. Austin in the Service Department and Don in Parts were very knowledge and patience with me. After several attempts to figure out what was wrong and how to "fix" it. It was discovered that the sprayer was broken and not the hose. I already bought, paid for and ordered the hose, but I didn't need it. Don in parts said they did have the sprayer in stock. After it was determined that the sprayer was needed, Austin helped with the installation and discovered I needed new wipers. I was able to get everything completed with that one trip. I really appreciated Austin in the Services Department and Don in Part, who took the extra time to get a simple little problem fixed so quickly. I was able to get a refund very quickly for the hose I paid for, but didn't need. Don was very helpful in getting my refund. I been a customer of this Dodge Dealership for multiple year (this is the 4th car I bought here) and I will continue to be because of personnel like Austin and Don.

Terrible customer service and poor communication skills.Eight days after my vehicle purchase, their Finance Department discovered a $5000. error they made and called to collect on it. I paid without any hesitation, since it was the right thing to do and then received an email the day after I paid from their Finance Manager (Mikail) to collect again!I've since had other questions and issues with my vehicle and left various messages for different staff members, to never receive a return call. When finally speaking with the Sales Manager (Tommy), I reminded him that I had given them a 100% customer satisfaction review (that not only Auto Nation coaxed me on), but their employees bribed me with gifts. I still had other surveys waiting to be completed that I would fill out honestly & would report them to higher management; he didn't seem concerned. It truly wasn't worth my time or money saved to drive across state lines for the struggles and conflicts I've endured with my vehicle purchase from Auto Nation of Mobile. Their lies and false promises were not worth the few dollars I saved.

The staff at auto nation was awesome! CHRIS was able to get my jeep in for service and back to me the next day. The best part of my experience was utilizing the shuttle service with Coach! He was a joy to converse with. Got me to and from safely and I learned some valuable information that I can carry with me throughout life! Thank you for a great experience. Ohhh and the coffee was AMAZING!

The lack of care in details of processing my paperwork was not only excessively time consuming but uncalled for. The process manager was quite bold in informing me that my frustration with the whole "fluster cluck" of a process was unwarranted. This crew lacked any concern for detail and importance of my time and the managers arrogance in dealing with the situation was truly remarkable.

Jared and Mikail were incredible to deal with. I couldn't be happier with my experience with them. Jared fought to get me a good price on my trade in, and Mikail did everything he could to help me get GAP insurance at a 2$ increase to my monthly payment and even managed to get my interest rate lowered. Satisfied with my purchase does not even begin to describe it. Thank you AutoNation and Team, you made my buying experience on one of my favorite cars not only a reality, but a pleasure.

2/12/24 Edited to add: we are having difficulty getting our vehicle registered because AutoNation did not get the paperwork to our tax collector in time.As such, we have to pay a penalty for registering outside of the allowable 9 days. Auto Nation has this information, yet told us we had 18 days to register. That is underhanded. Also, they charged us a 7% sales tax on our vehicle, even though i told them it is only 5% in MS. The refund on that will go directly to AutoNation as the payment for registration came from them.I have made several phone calls, but keep getting transferred to loops, or just hung up on.I will update once a solution is reached.1/29/24 Caleb was wonderful in helping me secure a vehicle for my granddaughter that fit her desires with her budget. I would highly recommend AutoNation, and Caleb, to anyone in search of their dream car.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!! They have no morals, ethics, or respect for their customers. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them over a month ago at full price plus (they would not negotiate) and had it confirmed many times that everything was functioning properly. They insisted that the so-many-point inspection found no issues. I did not receive the vehicle until a few weeks ago. I brought it back to them the SAME day I received it because the dual moon roof would not close upon my first testing the feature. I was given a service ticket, and managers Charles and Rob advised they (the dealership) were going to repair it. They told me I would receive a call the following Monday from Troy to have it scheduled. No call. I called many times following to get the vehicle scheduled only to be told repeatedly that I would receive a call back. Still, never received a call. After calling again this past Monday morning, 11/6, I received a call back from Hayden, the salesman, that evening with a manager (I m assuming) in the background advising that they now would NOT repair the moon roof as it would cost them $10,000 but would only offer me a check for $2,500 or the trade-in value of the vehicle. I have advised that I will not take on their financial burden as they are responsible for this. I have yet to hear back from them and will be pursuing this matter legally. This dealership fails to deliver in all aspects. This is only one of the issues I have had with them throughout this process, and I am warning you to avoid them at all costs. I will NEVER be a customer of AutoNation again if they fail to right their wrong. And shame on this dealership for attempting such a dishonorable and reprehensible act. Shame on you, Rob, Charles, Tommy, Hayden, Troy, and any/every other involved employee for every part you ve played in this. You have failed to deliver the fully-functioning vehicle I paid for and will be held accountable.Character-based reasons to avoid: A new salesman complained about taking customers on test drives to make sure they were satisfied with such a large purchase. Specifically, 7 test drives, and they DID purchase from him that day. They will NOT follow through on even small promises such as providing important updates. While awaiting the delivery of my vehicle, I was told countless times that they would keep me updated on the ETA. I had to call repeatedly as the ETA came and went with no call. Issues did arise and they had NO expectations on when the vehicle would arrive, but they did not inform me without constant questioning on my part. Meanwhile, I was without a vehicle and waiting on the call(s). They make YOU feel like a burden to THEM. They rush you at every turn, whether you are or are not a paying customer. But they have no problem making you wait extended periods of time for anything/everything. They ll just offer you a water in the meantime.

I brought my car to your facility on December 22, I was misled by Michael Robinson, my the price which your company was given by my insurance company was accepted and then you doubled it. Then you held my car hostage until I paid it. Michael Robinson stated on the paper work that I ordered the part, when he ordered the part he lied and said I ordered it. I did not know what needed to be ordered and he was aware that it was an insurance claim. By not getting approval Michael Robinson as well as the Service Department manager tried to take advantage of me. I paid you but you lost a customer for life and I will make sure that I tell everyone how dishonest your company treats customers. At no point in time have I been apologized to not have you tried to make me whole. Nothing but a SCAM. I am sure to tell everyone I know to not take a broken dog bone to AUTONATION as dishonesty is a practice there.

I want to give Troy a 5 because he was very nice and professional. However, I had a recall on airbag, airbag light still on. Had an engine light on and a slew of codes causing it, was told all were cleared, engine light was off for the rest of that day that I picked it up and back on the very next morning. I would take it back except it s the only vehicle I have and I really can t afford another $600 dollars to rent another car while they keep my jeep another week. So it is what it is and hopefully the $1700 I spent at autonation fixed something.

Service department is all about selling parts. You see the manager Jim's concern on a dry erase board in his office. SELL MORE BATTERIES & PARTS! Customer service is not important at all to them. Stood there the other day for 30 minutes being told multiple times that someone will be with me in a minute... while 2 reps had no customers and feigned that they couldn't log onto their computer, Never happened. Made an appointment on a Friday (8am) and showed up to be "warned" by earhole boy it may be Monday before they could get to me? Probably an attempt to lighten the work load and run customers that need service off. Will not be back...terrible service.

Edited 12/2023. This was our 6th visit to AutoNation Jeep for oil and filter service on our Grand Cherokee. This was the poorest service time we have had. We had an appointment and still waited 2.75 hours for completion as we were told that we couldn t skip people who just showed up for service. Seems like that negates the entire point of an appointment! So I ve adjusted my previous post regarding service to reflect my opinion. We appreciate the service dept at AutoNation Jeep in Mobile, Alabama. Our service is always completed in a timely manner and all work is discussed with us by the manager.

Austin Elks was a top notch ASM from beginning to end. He was friendly, courteous, and responded promptly to any questions I had and very informative when unexpected issues with my car were found. He sat on the phone with my warranty company multiple times trying to reach them and ensured I saved a lot of money on the repairs that were needing to be done. Even at pickup he made sure to tell me what kind of issues may arise based on the battery replacement needed for my start/stop system. I personally would like to nominate him for employee of the month! I have always had fantastic service every time I have brought my car in to Jeep, and I will continue to do so.

It saddens me to have to give this location such a low rating because the initial purchase experience with Mikail Greene was just a smooth and easy process. The service department for used vehicles with the protection packages are a waste of money. My vehicle, on many occasions, has sat for weeks waiting on availability , case approval for wheels/tires. In one instance, Austin (previous used car service associate) just neglected the vehicle. Troy, on the other hand, did a great job assisting me. Obviously, he was too busy or did not want to deal with my issue. He insisted that if I wanted to expedite the tire process I should call the company and give them my information and take photos. My vehicle was literally sitting 20 meters away from his desk. Just overall, if you buy a used vehicle from this location just tell them to keep that packages.
