The customer service was amazing. The ladies at the front desk were very professional and knowledgeable. The gentlemen in the repair shop worked quickly and efficiently. Very impressed with their pricing. You are definitely going to get my service again. Thank you !

Right after I left and stopped for gas, I went to clean some debris off my dash from the windshield replacement I realized there was something on the glass. Went to wipe it off and it was a scratch. Almost like a gouge. After looking carefully I then realized there were a few other areas and also a scratch or something on the inside. So about 5 damaged spots total. Drove all the way back there hoping they could make it right but they aren t able to replace it again until next week. So unfortunately I m going to have to take more time off, and I ve already paid over $300 out of pocket for the replacement (didn t go though insurance). Hoping next week there are no issues with the new replacement. The receptionist was very polite and I had no complaints about her.Service: Auto windshield repair

I don t leave reviews often, especially negative reviews. The only reason I gave it a two star was the install seems good and the price was reasonable.The customer service was absolutely horrendous. First I get a text to come in at 7am they don t open until 8am, the lady at the front desk said at least you got here early . I left it as mistakes happen. Then my three hour job turned into a 10 hour job. Not because something went wrong, but because they didn t start my car until 4:40. I had to call at 5:40 to even be sure my car was going to be completed. She told me it will be ready in 15-20 minutes. I showed up at 6 pm (closing time) and waited outside for an additional 10-20 minutes.The cherry on top was the female in the office gave a $20 discount and told me my new total. I didn t ask for the discount but figured it s a nice gesture since everything has been a nightmare. She told me my total and then charged me the full amount. She then folded the receipt and handed it to me.I wouldn t recommend going here. There must be another local business to give your money to. Hopefully they use this review and try to fix their service.The technician seemed to do a good job and the window looks good.

Loved the professionalism. They were very meticulous about inoperable conditions and if defects were present they would not install. Also they made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I must include this was my first visit.

I've dealt with this company twice and from my experience they're definitely professional with good results. Each visit was managed timely with positive results. I plan on taking two other vehicles for windshield replacement within the month.

Auto Glass Now did a wonderful hassle free install! I was able to get an appointment easily and they were quick and professional. They even put the car wash ID sticker on the new windshield for me!

I ve had a windshield replacement done and rock chips repairs done. Each time I ve had excellent satisfactory service. Their waiting area and outside parking needs extended is the only reason they don t get a 5 star.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great place, great staff and excellent work. Over 10-12 yrs, I ve used them 4-5 times for several vehicles and I ve never been disappointed. Even on the rare occasion there was a hiccup, they always made it right or went above and beyond to satisfy me.

Not through the fault of the local store, but my experience with calling to make an appointment to have a small rock chip repaired was not great. The rep told me she would be written up for making a same day appointment. The store employees told me that was not the case due to them being Auto Glass NOW. I was inconvenienced due to not being able to go the day I called but having to go back into town the next morning for a 10-minute fix.

I m a touring musician and I spend a lot of time on the road. I recently took a rock to the windshield traveling through Houston on my way to Mobile. I called Auto Glass Now and they made every effort to get me in and back out on the road. I recommend them without hesitation!

Every single person in this place was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The price was excellent although their employees did not arrive on time to work and left customers waiting in the lobby in the dark. Window tech repair people were already on hand but they could do nothing without the front desk. Other than that I would come here again!

3rd time using them. First 2 times with mixed results. 2 windshields installed. One leaked and they replaced it. The second one started leaking after they changed management and software, so they claimed they couldn't warranty it without original receipt... I got in contact with their corporate rep and he was going to repair the windshield but it cracked the day before i was to bring it back......So that brings me to this time. Price was a little higher than last but that was expected....Brittany seems to be the only person that's been there consistently and she's honest. Hopefully this repair repair will be uneventful.

I made an appointment for Thursday at 2:00pm. Got to the appointment and it was for 1 1/2 hours. When we got there the lady told me they were short staffed and they will be closing at 5:30 and to be there on time to pickup my truck. She called at about 4:00 and said they weren't going to get to my truck and when I said I'll just come pick it up and go somewhere else she put me on hold and said they would get to it and to be there at 6. We show up and she rushed us out the door and pulled off before we even got to the truck. I've used them before and the experience was good but this time was horrible. I probably won't be back. This was a horrible customer service experience. Wasted an entire off day for it.
