Very nice and I will be using the service again. I needed my oil changed, blinker bulb, wiper blades front and back. From the time I pulled in it only took about 20 minutes. Thanks for a very pleasant experience.

Repeated Negligence and Unprofessional Service at American Lube Fast #8109 Moffet RdFrequency of Service Issues:I have visited American Lube Fast three times, and on two of those occasions, the service team failed to properly secure the debris plate on my vehicle. This oversight led to loss of company time, manual remediation in hazardous situations, and degradation of company assests.First Incident:During my initial encounter with this issue, I heard the debris plate dragging along the highway. I was compelled to stop and manually adjust the plate by shoving it over the bolt holes it was intended to be fastened to in order to prevent further damage. Although this was an inconvenience, I overlooked it at the time.Second Incident:The problem recurred on a subsequent visit, where, just a block and a half away from the service center, I noticed the debris plate was once again dragging on the pavement. Upon returning and addressing the issue with the staff, I was informed that their failure was due to being understaffed that day a reason I accepted as I've worked in the customer service industry for 16 years prior to my current occupation. I left the establishment feeling moderately content, appreciative of their resolution yet tempered by the initial inconvenience and additional time it had to take adding to wasted wages my boss would have to pay me.Most Recent Incident:The most distressing incident occurred most recently when, after departing for work, I discovered the debris plate dragging once more, this time for an extended duration of 7 hours as adjusting the plate did not temporarily fix the issue any longer. Due to my work schedule, I was unable to return the vehicle until the following day. The staff opted for a temporary fix with zip ties and dismissed my request for a proper replacement of the damaged part. The interaction was notably defensive and unprofessional, culminating in dismissive behavior and refusal to accept responsibility.Customer Service Experience:The customer service experience was profoundly disappointing. Staff members, including the individual responsible for the oversight, were defensive, talked over me, blatant eye rolling, and resorted to irrelevant excuses instead of addressing the problem. Their inability to provide basic information, such as the manager's name claiming that they didn't know who their boss was, further exemplified the lack of accountability and professionalism.Corporate Response:I reached out to the corporate office to escalate the issue but have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication has only added to the frustration and inconvenience caused by the original service failures.Given the repeated negligence, the lack of accountability, and the overall unprofessional treatment I've received, I can not recommend American Lube Fast. For anyone considering their services, please be wary of the potential for damage to your vehicle and the subsequent disregard you may face as a customer.

They did not air my tires up, I had to put my own sticker on my window. Didn't set my oil life back I had to do it. They were to busy trying to sell me stuff.

Chris, Ronnie, and Darren are experts in their craft. Pricing is affordable, service is great, and I would highly suggest letting these guys service your vehicles. They also will service fleet vehicles as well.

The Moffet Rd location installed a radiator and water pump in my 2003 chevy Monte Carlo and left the transmission lines loose and the transmission fluid leak out. As a result my car will shift gears. I plan to take it back tomorrow to be repaired.

I went there at 8 a.m. as per the website and the sign on their door, they are open at 8 a.m. I waited there for 30 minutes and the place still didn't open up. I was very disappointed because this was a convenient location. Not sure if I'll try to go back.

I use the American Lube location on Moffett Road for both of my vehicles. I went in for an oil change for my car but it wasn't time according to my mileage. American Lube Fast location off Moffet Rd in Mobile, AL is wonderful. They were super helpful and their price was unbeatable for the service and expertise. I went back twice in one weekend because the manager was willing to look at my engine check light and tell me exactly what was wrong, when the day before I had just gotten an oil change from them. I would definitely recommend them. Great Customer Service!
