This is the best place to buy tires or get something fixed. The manager is a very nice gentleman that tries to help those who need it. But don't take his kindness for weakness for everyone that complains about the way he does things and the way he talks to you is the way he treats and talks to people in return of the way they treat and talks to him.I'm proud to know the manager and his family. They are all very good people.

I have used this location and their other one. They are the most budget friendly and the first place I think to go for tires, patches, etc. I should have left a review a long time ago.but I googled it today to give them a call about my tractor tire. Then I saw a negative review and thought, enough people don't bother to write when they have a good experience.So as a repeat customer for four years. This is where I go. And to the person complaining about all the bad tires there. They have a pile of bad tires they haul off for recycle and they have slightly used ones for all the poeple out there that cant afford PepBoys new tire prices. They also have new ones.So Compare apples to apples when you complain and if you don't like something take it to a manager, then your business elsewhere instead of continually going back. Certain people always make me question the whole story.

I had a pleasant experience and am very satisfied. My two front tires were about to blow and the tires I needed they only had available on site in new. Hunter went the extra mile, calling another location to get the used tires I needed delivered same day, within the hour. The prices were fair and the atmosphere was very professional. He was so respectful and accommodating, I highly recommend. Thanks Hunter!Also, just to help out some people on here. I checked my paperwork and they are using the same number as the Theodore location.

When reading our reviews please remember there is a tire store down the road who is taking out there anger on our reviews. This is a drug free environment and we do not allow drug use or have a restroom for public access. Check us out for yourself or click on the negative comment for yourself to see they also left a review for "the tire shop down the road"Have a great day and hope to see you stop in!

Omg I went here for tire service, my son needed to use the restroom. As we walked in there were open needles and caps everywhere!!! I left thinking never again! The tire was also flat the next morning and blew out on the way to have it fixed. Every tire he showed me afterwards was low quality. Horrible service

I tried to patronize local business on dauphin Island parkway close to my home but seems like every time I come to this affordable tires on dip the same young man have a very nasty attitude and have questions about what what and where I got my tires from it shouldn't even matter to him as long as I pay him for him to put the tires on my car that's all that matters heneed to learn good customer service

They use old worn out tires. Horrible customer service skills. Save your money go elsewhere.

Ask for Hunter. He's one of the best mechanics on the Gulf Coast. Very knowledgeable about his craft.

This people are no good when it come to business and tires every tire in there shop is dry rotted don t know why they are in business avoid your self a headache go to pep boys before here
