Bought a charger front rotor. Wasn't in stock and wanted $30 to ship it. Went to Oriellys across the street and bought the rotor for 10% less than Advanced

I brought in an old universal joint that I needed to replace, Josh worked his magic looking up a replacement. The team there goes above and beyond to help me get what I need.

Terrific service experience! Always pleasant and attentive; team member Mr Kevin is exceptional, he is courteous, diligent, and knowledgeable . He keenly listens to customers and identifies solutions; he is easily able to explain products to customers; he efficiently and correctly prioritizes and balances customer interactions with busy phone calls and fellow team members. Highly recommend this location and Mr Kevin.

I would like to thank Kevin so much today. Im very big on customer service and he displayed the perfect example of great customer service. I m a truck driver and today is Sunday and the belt I was looking for is almost impossible to find on a Sunday. From the time I called Kevin was very patient and did everything in his power to help me find something that would help me to continue driving. I really would to thank him again very knowledgeable very patient and all around great customer service. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thanks Kevin.

Friendly staff but the younger boys need more training every part I bought was wrong from wheel bearings to wheel seals to the transmission filter every one of them was wrong I'll be going back doing all my shopping with O'Reilly's

It's the only place I shop. Some items may cost a little more but it is well worth it. The people are so friendly and helpful. They are the best in my opinion. Advanced Auto Tillmans Corner.

Never have a standard part they should carry AutoZone always have parts don't waist your time if you need blue fog lights they have to special order it when AutoZone has it every time

Does it get any better as far as customer service goes, the guys in there were very helpful. Will definitely stop in again if need be when I'm back in the Mobile area, I try not to beat because that place sucks.

Great customer service! They will try as hard as possible to help you find even hard to get parts for your project. Most places will just say sorry can't help and move on to next person... Not them.

I am handicapped and thereby each time I visit advanced Auto parts someone from within the store comes to my car to assist me with my purchase as well as receiving payment for it and delivering it to me in my car. Great people, good prices and good location.

I won't be back to this place. Carquest was a rare type store. The people here were a cut above. The two young employees here this time were quite a pair. One wouldn't help the other. He was too busy sitting on a ladder giving his unwanted opinion about what I was working on. The other had to Google what I was asking for. A 40a/30a spdt relay and pigtail. This place won't be around long.

The Advance Auto Parts on Moffett Road is the store that I always use I won't go to any other store because of the people that work there they're all great people and I get really good deals when I go in talk to Wes or Chris or Mark they'll take good care of you

While they did not haves the part i needed, the guys there were doing everything they could to find a way to help me fix my problem. Would recommend going to these guys for any questions you have
