Great place. Just that it was a very expensive trip for me this time. Had to get an alternator for my 2015 Kia Soul. 485.00 out of the box . But it was the right part. So Happy Birthday to me. It will be my present to me. Thanks guys for the quick help in getting me the right part fast.

These people went so far out of there way to help me..while shopping for a specific part I was interested in trying to save money off of the cost. Everyone in the store was so kind..thank you so much for all that yall did for me...making this disabled vet feeling at home and at peace during a stressful time..and also for the 10% veterans discount.!!.

Wanted to mention that Chris consistently goes above and beyond his manager position. Him and Wes have stopped what they were doing on numerous occasions to help me. Today , Chris stopped stocking shelves to give me the time to solve my automotive problem. Chris (and Wes) are assets to your company and they are the reason I shop there.

Had pretty good service. The only thing is they will not check engine lights right now. If you're lucky, they'll let you use the reader and bring it back in with the code. I'm pretty capable of using things like this, but what if it is a person the isn't tech inclined?

The employee didn't know where the parts where. Then had to wait until he got help to check me out. Took 3 times to get it right.Just an update, needed 3 items. Brake fluid, brake cleaner and 1bleeder zert fitting for the brakes. Had trouble finding the bleeder he had to ask Chad. Then at ck out he needed help from Chad to do it. Did the same thing wrong 3 times. Finally Chad had to stand looking over his shoulder and tell him every step of the process. CHAD did a great job explaining the steps but I guess the employee was very new at the time, might have been the problem. But I'll give Chad 10 thumbs up for his knowledge of and about the all aspects of his job..

My battery died and I had a warranty on it. They honored it and gave me another one with no hassle. Chad was very respectful and helpful.

The service was great. The merchandise was pretty much the same as any other auto parts and kinda pricey. The guy who greeted me was polite,and went out of his way to help me.

Went to pickup a item I ordered online...said it would be ready in 30 minutes..it was in stock..got there to find out it's not and its discontinued..huge waste of my time ..people at the store were super nice though..

Just a lot dirtier than it used to be I don't know what changed with the division manager but man the appearance of his stores are terrible Someone from Virginia better get to Mobile and get it fixed.Worst looking stores in our industry

The staff is very knowledgeable. They will put a computer to your car to check to see what is wrong. Also the prices are comparable to other auto parts.
