Great business. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are reasonable. They also tell you what engine codes your car is throwing when your check engine light comes on.

Its okay here, i prefer other auto part stores personally, but on rare occasions advanced auto has something in stock thats others dont.

[D.I.P. location]The store is usually clean, stocked and organized. For the most part, the staff are helpful in finding what you need or offering advice. They don't try to upsell you anything, but do have the current advertisement on the counters so you can see what items are on sale.

Customer service was horrible. The clerk kept taking other customers in front of me. Told me what I needed would take longer than the other customers so everybody that came in. Yes stopped helping me then went and took care of them. I bought all the parts I needed in future from O'Reilley's.

Went in for wiper blades on my volvo and was having difficulties. Dealt with a gentlemen named Matt and he went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Even took the time to put them on for me. Greatly appreciated!

Friendly and helpful service people .Wheelchair access to all areas . Free parking. Quality parts. Fair prices . Social distances are required for our safety .

On two different occasions they did not have what I needed so they told me they would have the next day. On both orders when I called to make sure it was there, they had no record of ordering my part. Total incompetence and could care less of the delay or inconvenience it caused. I ll never call them again.

Seems they are selling half rate parts and do not buy a battery from any store if you plan on getting anything good I have traded out my battery several times and it's still not good and everyone that I've heard has the same issues
