Great customer service, took time to do a good job but also in a timely manner. The tech was very kind and the windshield looks great! I got a replacement and they came to me! Great price!

Absolutely wonder service! My windshield cracked and within a day because of the cold weather i had a crack that extended the whole way across. Not wanting to deal Safelite because of a previously bad experience, my husband called Precision. They told me to head on in that morning and they could get me finished within 90 minutes. Great quality service and a very friendly team. Reba and Renee kept me company while i waited. It looked like when everything was finished they even gave my car a wash and a vacuum. In the event we need more glass work on our vehicles we will return.

I dropped my car off at 11 AM and it was ready by 3 PM. Couldn t ask for an easier process. Front desk lady was super helpful and sweet. Just needed my windshield replaced since it had a crack. Cannot recommend this place enough. Super cheap!

Super friendly service, I mean, truly good-hearted people. My windshield replacement required a little more than the standard installation, but it didn't prevent them from working in a very expedient manner. From ordering the windshield, to dropping off my vehicle, to getting it back, was all very timely. Communication was great across the board, and the handling of the insurance side of things was painless. The owner even drove me to work after leaving my vehicle. They did a great job with my daughter's car. She had a deer hit her car and broke the back passenger windshield out. They covered the window for her until the glass came in, then replaced the glass in the shop quickly. Worked great with my insurance.

I called last week and this was the cheapest repair with a lifetime warranty. $240 for my new windshield. Whoever answered the phone sounded so friendly and she was incredibly helpful.I ran a few minutes late today because I took a wrong turn. This didn't delay it at all long, surprisingly. Also, even worse.. I handed the keys to the mechanic and my truck wouldn't start. We just replaced the battery, alternator, and serpentine belt too. They checked my battery for me. He noticed the terminal leads had loosened; so he tightened the screws for me and then they went to work. It took them less than an hour to replace my windshield.You'd think that I'd have had to wait longer or that I'd be charged extra somehow, right? I needed to get my driver's side window replaced and they were not only the best prices, but when I came to pick up my car they had fixed my side mirror. In a world now of minimum service, it was a great gesture and made my day!

Excellent customer service and phenomenal price comparison! You will not regret choosing this company. They saved me $600 on my windshield replacement, shuttled me home while replacement took place and when my brand new windshield was chipped 2 days later, they fixed it at no cost. They did a fantastic job for me! I have a 99 jeep which had a perfect windshield until a few weeks ago and a rock hit it on the interstate! So, I stopped by Precision Auto Glass and they fixed it for me right away! They couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend!@!

Our windshield ate a huge rock on our way down to Florida, luckily we were already overnighting in a hotel nearby. The staff arranged to drop me off at the hotel after dropping my SUV off at 3pm, and had us on the road the next morning at 9am. And they were BUSY both times I was at their facility. Super greatful for this hard working crew and our experience with A Precision Auto Glass.

The true test of a business is how they react to a mistake. The first windshield replacement I had done wound up cracked some time between them doing it, and me getting to my car a few days later. (trucker) To make matters worse on my end, I then had car trouble in the way home, preventing me from immediately getting the glass fixed. Fast forward a week and a half, they replaced the cracked glass with little more than "Sorry." Truly professional. These guys have more than earned my future business.

Yesterday my windshield got replaced and I am so glad I chose them to do it. These are honestly some of the nicest people to do business with. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently and the price was great as well. Hopefully my windshield doesn t have any issues for at least awhile but if it does I ll be sure to bring it back to them.

From start of process to finish was a positive experience. I needed a special windshield and Amanda searched until she found it for my car. David brought me home while they worked on windshield and then picked me back up to go get car when they finished. He was very nice and professional and a good driver! Office personnel nice and cordial and handled the insurance side of things.Installers did a great job- made my car look brand new again. Safelight told me they couldn t get the glass for my car, I called precision they laughed and told me give me a few seconds, they called me back and gave me great news.
