I had my truck towed to Gipson s Tire to get fixed and they were able to get to it the same day it was brought there and fixed it the same day.. had a few issues that had to get fixed and they were able to do it.. Tim at the front desk was super nice , helpful and knowledgeable..he kept great communication with me on everything and i appreciate that very much.. I recommend them to anyone needing to get vehicle repairs or service.

Recently visited this location and was thoroughly impressed by the great customer service shown to me! The staff was so personable and knowledgeable, and I appreciated one associate, who explained to me the services that were recommended and ensured I understood what each service would entail and the charges involved. A detailed explanation of services was given to me in a print out (which I appreciated), so that I could make an informed decision and one that worked best for me! I will definitely be back to this location (matter of fact, already made my next service appointment!). ;) THANK YOU GUYS!

These guys are the best we were in a pickle with a busted belt in the tire while traveling from Indy to Fort Walton Beach on I-65. They helped get us back up and running down the road. Unfortunately, they didn t have our tire size in stock, but they removed the bad tire and put our spare on for us at no charge. Best tire shop in the area. Thank you Gibson s Tire ProsService: Tires

Contracted to replace tires for my 2020 Honda CR-V. The manager worked with me to determine the correct tires that were needed.All work was completed within minimum time. Always friendly and patient customer service, never rude or pushy, always executing the vehicle needs exactly as requested. Provides all details of extra or future maintenance and repairs. I ve never had any issue with them that couldn t be resolved with ease

Absolute great community business showing genuine love for Veteran's. I was in and out the door in about an hour. I was impressed with their patience and customer service. The staff at this location is manipulative and all they want to do is take your money!! I brought my car in due to overheating and end up paying over $1100 for repairs. Within 24-48 hours I returned the car for the same reason I brought it in after paying the repair cost. Just for them to tell me that my engine head gasket was blown. They wanted me to pay extra money for something they didn t figure out from day one. If they would ve took the time to thoroughly check the vehicle out, I could ve avoided paying anything that wasn t fixing the issue!! The service advisor, Jason Tedder, is not a man of his word and I would avoid doing any business with this mechanic shop because you will get finessed!!

Went in for an oil change. They found several things wrong with my car. One of the things was that the boots on my car's front axles were completely gone. They told me it was just as expensive to put new boots on (because it was labor-intensive) as it was to just replace both axles. The estimate for just that was over $2,000. The total for all recommended repairs was over $2,700. I took it to the Kia dealership in Montgomery, and they said there was absolutely no need to replace the axles. The boot replacement was $214. The other things they found were legit, but the pricing was more expensive than the dealership. All total, I paid $660 for the same repairs that I got a $2,700+ quote on at Gipson's in Millbrook. I notified the manager about my experience. I won't be going back, but beware if they recommend any repairs. It pays to get a second opinion.

This is the second time I had service done within the last 6 months and their customer service is the best. Brent has a wonderful attitude along with all the rest ot the team. Thanks again for the great service

took my truck in for tires after they got tires on they drove it make sure tire sensors are good and no issues... only issue was the technician that drove my truck drove it like he stole it and used 1/4 tank of fuel for 5miles of driving I mentioned it to the manager and he made it right but fact of the matter is they shouldn't be driving peoples cars they way he drove my truck.. especially when I'm right there watching it happen... not happy at all with the place and will never go back or recommend anyone to go there!

Told me how much pressure 33 on three tires and rt passenger was at 28 and to monitor it, great personalities from technicians who checked air and the one who greeted me and told me where topull my vehicle.

Didn't rotate my tires as requested and paid for. Didn't even call me to tell me the ridiculous reason they didn't rotate them.Updated 2/29/2024It's back to being as good as it used to be. Staff was very professional and courteous. Prices are high, but all of them are these days. Repairs were excellent and didn't take long. I'll be going back to them soon for some work on my wife's car.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Had to take it back because several items were not complete. A simple functional and visual check by the advisor or a designated mechanic would have saved me the trouble. The up-selling is out of hand and misleading to an uninformed person. Won't be back....

Had two bum tires losing air everyday. They found the problems (screw and nail), patched the two tire, rotated my tires and did a needed wheel alignment.Very satisfied with results.
