I have never purchased a tire/product from this business and they repaired/patched my tire for free. I tried to pay and the gentleman in the front wouldn t accept any payment, all he said was happy holidays . If you are in need of tires I strongly recommend going to this place. It s nice to see small businesses that treat clients like family. The waiting area was very clean and the employees are all friendly. I will be buying my next set of tires here!

We just had low tire pressure in 1 tire, pulled up bc it was closet to the gas station we were at and they had it patched/repaired FREE of charge ! And it only took 15 minutes tops and it was busy. Highly recommend

I highly recommend Don Duncan All American Auto & Tire in Millbrook. I have all of my vehicles serviced at the Millbrook location and Mitch and the crew always have our best interests in mind when servicing our vehicles. The best customer service in the River Region!

Great place! Clean waiting area. Clean bathroom. I found this shop a couple years ago on vacation. I live about 300 miles from this shop but when you find a place where the staff is so friendly and helpful, the prices are good, AND the work gets done right the first time I m guilty of finding reasons to visit the area so I can get my work done here. This is the only place I get my tires from now too because the prices are so great! Terry & Mitch in the office are great! They answered my questions and make sure I m back on the road quickly. The guys in the back (I think Skylar & Tony are the ones that usually work on my vehicles) are awesome! They get it taken care of and my tires are always balanced properly.

The guys here are awesome!! Very trustworthy. They do great work. In and out very quick as well. We take our fleet and personal vehicles to Don for routine maintenance, tires, and repairs. Wonderful prices. Family atmosphere!!

Don's will treat you right! I was late getting there, but he and his guys stayed over to get my car all set. I got new tires and service on my car, and it runs like a dream now! Plus, these guys are upfront and honest which means a lot to me. If you need anything done to your vehicle - tires, service, or repair work, Don's is THE place to go!

They used to be a great place to do business with, but evidently they have changed there attitude on customer service. I will say this though they have more excuses on why they can't produce service then they do brains.......

Needing an oil change, break, tires, etc. you name it they will get you taken care of. Highly recommend !

They saved the day!! Chuck and his team greeted us with a smile even though we showed up at closing time on a Saturday at 4. They fixed our faulty patch in our tire. They were very quick and very courteous.Now we can enjoy the rest of our vacation. LolI would highly recommend!Service: Tires

I took my car there twice. The First time it took about a week to get the AC fixed. AC gets fixed, but when the cold weather comes I noticed I didn t have heat. So I had to take it back up there. I dropped my car off on a Sunday, I called them on Friday they still had not looked at my car. I get a call the next Tuesday, telling me they couldn t fix it. Don t think I ll be going back. Terry was awesome though. He was very communicative and has awesome customer service.Service: A/C installation & repair

Don't worry, they will keep lying to you until you go somewhere else. They did my brakes, haven't been right since, also paid for an alignment that I am sure I didn't get. A miracle happened, I went to a different shop and now I don't have sensors going off, which Don Duncan employee said was alright and wouldn't hurt anything, a few hundred bucks later and no sensors, smooth, straight ride. I am not sure these people know how to fix things, they seem more of the just pay us we come up with stuff type.

Truck was having an issue with the engine. Dropped it off on Monday morning and it was all done on Wednesday. Good price for what was being done and got Military discount also. Very good service at the counter and also the Mechanic. Will go there from now on.

I brought my work van to these guys to be repaired. I was promised that it would be taken care of. This was LITERALLY over 2 months ago. Every time I called to check, I got new promises, or promises that someone would call me and let me know what was going on. Of course, none of those promises were kept. After 2 months, I had to get my key back, call and pay for my own tow to another shop. Never got ANY explanation as to why I was repeatedly lied to. Never offered to help with the tow. Hell, the day I had it towed, it took them most of them day to put air in the tire that had gone flat from sitting over 2 months. I dont know what their deal is, but their honesty and customer service need serious help. If you take your vehicle here, good luck. Ill be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

After fighting with Brewbaker Kia for 2 months about fixing my car's windows, they were trying to charge me double what my extended warranty was paying. I called Chuck at Don Duncans, he said he could help me. Got the parts sent to them and got me going in 1 day after dropping it off with them. We were traveling home from Pigeon Forge when the alternator went out. Asked some locals where to go. A very nice gentleman led us to Duncan's. He said we would be treated right there. He was right!I can't say enough about these people. I don't know of anybody else that would have been faster or cheaper.May God bless them this holiday season and the future.

When I went to Duncan Auto, I had to have my car towed. This was my first time going to Duncan. When they finished, I didn't have all the funds, Duncan put me in touch with a business that could help. Also, they did a great job on my car!!! Thank you, Don Duncan All American Auto and Tire.

Communication is top notch from Terry and the guys. Prices for tires and an alignment couldn't be beat and I tried. If you don't wanna deal with people feeding you nonsense and trying to upsell you at every step then I recommend you stop at Don Duncan!

I have used them over the past 2 years on all of our cars. Best tire prices around but the reason we continue to use them is simple. I trust them! I have never felt that they have tried to take advantage of me or my wife or sale me something I didn't need.

Spend your money with businesses who appreciates it. Spend your money with Duncan's! They are friendly EVERY TIME, has great customer service, supports the military, ARE NOT OVER PRICED like Gipson's and you will NEVER feel you are being treated differently based off the mere color of your skin. They are very diverse and professional. I'm not a first time customer but get treated like one EVERY TIME!

Associates are very nice, and listen to a women's evaluation and assessment of what is wrong with her vehicle, without judging her on her knowledge, or lack of it. They checked my truck and my assessment was almost on target, with a few other things, that needed to be done. They had the parts for my truck repair, and got the job done. They kept me informed about the whole process. I paid them over the phone and that was that. This company has a streamline operation. Thank you Don Duncan Automotive company.

They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. They were unsatisfied with the quality of the part they originally received to complete the job, and insisted on ordering a replacement to ensure the issue would be resolved. It took an extra day but I was happy that quality is thier top concern. Everything within their control was handled perfectly.

I have an older vehicle and as such I need repairs done more often here lately it seems. David, Michael, and the others here are so personable helpful. I never feel like they are trying to pull one over on me. If they notice something they let me know. Good job on hiring a quality staff here Mr Duncan.

Don Duncan All American Auto is a amazing locally owned company! They really care about the customers! I mean Don has his managers trained up to the tee on how customer service really works! We ran into a mess with our nissan car and needed a new cvt transmission. They can't be rebuilt so I talked to Kenneth Jones the shop manager at the millbrook branch. He order it for me super fast at got the car in just as soon as he could! Keeping me posted the whole time on the status of the repair. He knew I was in a real bind without the vehicle. They got the transmission in and towed it to nissan to be programmed. All to find out nissan had sent us a bad transmission and had to fix it! I was super mad! Kenneth handled everything with the nissan dealership applying the pressure needed to get them to handle it fast and they did! I pick the wife's ride up in the morning and can get back to pressure washing! Thank yall, Kenny, Mitch, and Don yall are Rockstars at what yall do!Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
