It's auto parts. The worker was too stupid to look up, bearing part numbers. Went to o Reilly's. Millbrook is knowledgeable and even was able to cross seal numbers from bearing numbers.

Had battery problem. A nice woman helped me. She texted the battery & cleaned it. When I eventually do need a new battery I will get it from Auto Zone.

The manager-Ryan-ran our card twice and said the first one didn t go thru but it did. I took the receipt and showed the bank records that it did go through but they can t refund it. Now we have to go thru hoops with corporate to get our money back. Very bad policy.

My wife and I went to replace a cam positioning sensor that we purchased last month and it went bad Austin was very nice and courteous. Fast service and very knowledgeable. Thank you for giving us outstanding service.

Layla is awesome!!! She was able to help me change my BMW battery and then registered battery to car. This saved me over $300. More importantly, it saved me time. Hopefully she s giving an Extra Miler award because she truly deserves it.

Poor customer service!!!!! I surely hope it s poor customer service and not a race issue. We stand waiting patiently only for you to ask the gentleman behind us (who d just walked in) if he needed help!!!!! We will gladly go to O Reilly!!!!! I ll send my complaint to the corporate office!!!! Thx!

Very friendly staff, assisted me as soon as I walked in. Helped me find the right color touch up paint for my truck; even helped me put my seat cover on. Great staff...

Updated review: Have had a few good experiences here and a few bad. Mr. Jared (a manager) is very kind and knowledgable. There is an ase certified retired mechanic working as a customer service representative that is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. There is also a young man here by the name of "Logan" who is extremely polite, and very quick to offer assistance. I would leave a few points of constructive criticism: A staff member or two can be pretty brash and abrasive, the phones were not being answered often before (this has since been resolved with better staffing at busier hours, and the addition of a commercial department), and the staffing; it seems that there is not enough people to handle the busier hours, and I would recommend increasing staffing because of this. I would come back here, but would not come back during a busy hour if I had a time limit. Because of this, I would give autozone of millbrook a 8.5/10, or 4/5

There are three competing auto parts stores in this immediate area. IMHO this store has the better customer service and more importantly, they almost always have the component I m looking for when I go in (unlike the others). Pricing...like most places, are a bit strong. Then again, if Walmart carried these specialized parts; they d probably be much less expensive. However, Walmart doesn t carry fuel regulators, or starters, or any other parts of this nature so, I guess you just have to open your wallet and pray.

Came in for a battery replacement, salesperson look up the make , model & year of vehicle only to sell me the wrong size battery for my vehicle now I'm stuck with a brand new battery I cannot use.
