Took over an hour. They kept asking me what kind of oil to put in and what I want my tire pressure at ( which I had to ask them to even check my tire pressure!) I was told to start my car and they hadn't even put to lid on and oil went everywhere! Someone had to watch a youtube video to reset my oil light. This has been my go to oil change place for years but I definitely won't be back.

Come here for the convenience and the fact I don t have to get out of my car. Super fast and the guys are laid back and friendly. Especially Jay, he put top tier premium air in my tires and showed me that my air filter does in fact, need to be changed after 5 years. Recommend

Awful experience. Got my oil changed here and when I was told to crank my car it made this crazy noise that is was not making before I drove in. It scared me so I asked what it was and they immediately said it was doing that when you came in. To which I immediately responded it was not. I had my husband with me and he also said it had never made noise like that before. The female manager came over to my window and immediately started getting an attitude saying they don't touch anything but the stuff needed to change the oil and we need to get our car fixed she was very unprofessional and very rude. I've been going here for year but will not be back I

Switched from Prattville to Millbrook. Last time it was a very good job at the Millbrook store. The were quick and checked everything. Went today but didn t have the same results. Pulled in and the girl and the guy from the pit were both very nice. One of the guys in the office kept calling the girl into the office. She stayed in there for 5 or so minutes a few times. All the time I am sitting in my truck waiting for somebody to finish my vehicle. It took 30 minutes to get an oil change when I am the only one there. Need to take care of the customers before play time.

My car has been burning oil, so it s really nice to be able to pull in and have someone check the levels and then top off my oil for free. Chris was super helpful and fast. I was in and out in 5 minutes and on the road knowing my car was ok.

When I pulled up there were 3 cars in two lanes. Two of which were already being worked on. Still took more than 40 mins to get pulled in. From the looks of things the one guy that was actually changing oil was behind the shop smoking. Took entirely too long for a simple oil change. Over all took more than an hour.

I was overdue for an oil change and decided to pull into Ameri Lube Fast in Millbrook. The techs were welcoming and thorough. Leon and the gentleman on the bottom got the oil change done quickly. Even their new manager, Ms. Free, was hands-on making sure everything was covered as she even took care of my tires and fluid topoff. Thanks to everyone. I'll be back.

Little slow but new ownership. Kept me informed on all products and suggestions to help keep my car running well. Got a military discount. Been going to get all of my cars serviced for probably 10 years or more. I will keep going to keep my money in Millbrook.

Every time I come the guys that are working are super! They check everything they're supposed, and happily check anything I ask them to.They're fast and efficient.I drive all the way from Montgomery to the Millbrook location solely because of the great service.

Fast service by the staff. The staff do all the routine checks of your vehicle's fluids. No pressure sales at all. Complete oil change within 15 minutes.

Very fast and friendly guys; Jay also was very very helpful. This is literally the only place I take my car to get an oil change. The guys are always eager to help. Very slow! Seems like there has been a management change. None of my lights were checked and the team working didn t yell out the normal calls during progress through out the oil change like I am used to when I go there.

Just moved back and saw the American Lube Fast in prattville was closed. Came to this one and they got a great group of guys just like the prattville location had. Only place I ll go for oil change.

Came for an oil change and was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Everyone was nice and very professional. Would highly recommend this place.

They appeared to be short staffed and did the bare minimum. I got my oil changed. I look at the receipt when I left. They claimed to have check the tire pressure and all the lights. Ironically I had a low tire and a tail light out. He never touched anything but the oil.

Now that the crew is doing there job!! Last crew loaded my tires higher and kept something loose in my oil change that it leaked .

I stopped in on my way home from work to get an oil change on my company truck. I m always weary of oil change places simply because they suck. They did not have a socket to change the oil filter. How does a place of business that s sole purpose is to change oil NOT HAVE ALL THE NECESSARY TOOLS TO DO SO??? So after sitting in the stall for 20 mins while they attempted to remove the filter with the wrong socket, stripping the head of it out he comes back to me and informs me that he s going to stop while we re ahead . He tells me he can have the socket that(in my opinion he should already have) in the morning. Sends me on my way, tells me to come back the next day. So after driving from milbrook to Clanton to my house I cut the truck off and get out only to smell burning oil. I pop the hood to find my dip stick barely in and oil spewed all across my engine compartment. So NOW after what should have been a 15 minute in and out oil change I have to find ANOTHER place on my lunch break tomorrow to get my oil changed that hopefully has all the necessary tools and mindfulness to do it completely and correctly. I do not recommend using this place, in my opinion it s a hack job of a business. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk, hopefully I save someone from needing their engine replaced because of carelessness. It makes me give 1 star otherwise I would give zero.

The workers were very nice and one guy even told me about other work they did there and I was glad because I needed a light replace and they were able to fix it also Super fast!!

I was suppose to attend an event, but couldn't because the employee damaged the fuel cap for my filter and to install back in my car, which caused a oil light in my car,took about 3hrs to find replacement,..no reimbursement or anything
