As much as I think people should be recognized for excellent service, you should be made away of bad service. I highly DO NOT recommend this car wash. I stopped by on 3/11/24 for a basic wash. Before I could pay, an attendant came out to sell me on their VIP monthly membership. She suggested a 30 day free trial. I accepted. I proceed to the car attendant. He guided me in as they normally do, hands off of the wheel, feet off the pedal and car in neutral. I go through the wash and get to the step of where it begins to dry the car. The car automatically pulls left and gets stuck in the track. It lifts the front of the car off the ground then back down. This happens maybe three or four times. The car did not roll forward. As I look in the rearview to see where the employees are, they are standing at the beginning of the wash just watching this transpire. No urgency to stop the wash, come down to check on me, nothing! I put the car in drive in an effort to get out of the loop, praying my front end isn't damaged. I pulled over to the vacuum area to inspect for damage and there is some. There is a gash in my front driver side rim. I go to speak to the employee that saw the incident make them aware of the damage. He walks over and takes down my info and says someone will be in touch in a few days but what their process is, is to call around and get quotes of the damage so that I will have that when they call.They finally reach out to me today 3/15/24 via TEXT! They didn't have the courage to give me a phone call. I will post their response. Long story short, I paid money for their basic wash that didn't even clean the car btw and drove off with a damaged rim. The quote I received from the dealership to replace is $600 for one rim. I've owned this car a month and a half. This has been the most expensive car wash I've had, ever. They don't deserve the one star.

I received a postcard offering a free carwash. My back up camera was very dirty so I went to get the free wash. In order to get that free wash I was coerced into signing up for a month of washes. Well my car went through the process only to still have it back just as dirty as it was before the wash. I am not impressed whatsoever.

The worst car wash I have ever been to. The employee are extremely lazy and lack customer service. 75% of the time I went to the car wash I had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come out of the building. Even then I had to honk my horn to get them to come out. Not to mention the car wash is terrible. Some times the soap comes out and other times it doesn t. I understand the dryer is not suppose to completely dry the car, but it shouldn t look like it drove through a rain storm after exiting the car wash. Absolutely not worth it. I gave them a month. And the service never improved. I ll be signing up at a local Mister Mister. They have never failed me. And their customer service is great at all locations.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I wouldn't go back here if they were giving away free car washes. My car is still dirty and you can see where the brushes partially clean the car but left most of the dirt.

I cannot recommend this place. I am new to the area and this was the only drive-through car wash I could find. Not sure if it is always this way, but this car wash does not even get the dirt off of your car. I paid for the highest wash possible and it was $20. An employee was at the entrance with a brush to clean the front / back of the car before the auto wash takes over. I got done and pulled up by the vacuums and my car was still filthy. The auto wash was one of the fastest I've ever been through. See photos below. Maybe they need to calibrate their machines and slow down the track.

A hard rain shower will get your vehicle cleaner than this car wash does. I would ve been better off letting a toddler wash my car with an eyelash.

This car wash does not clean your car at all .especially the back of your car.Also, watch out for the attendant at the screen that will try to talk you into a free month but really she is signing your credit card up for a month To month with aRecurring bill at $40 a month. She will not tell you It's a recurring month to month bill untill after she runs your credit card . You have to figure out how to cancel it before the month is up.

While the car wash and vacuum are good, the recent changes to the facility. I don't need someone at the wash selection machine to select my wash for me and i don't need them to try to convince me to get their membership every time i come for a wash. Also every customer knows how to use a touch screen to select our wash. We dont need someone to do it for us.

I went to Wash n Roll #33 in Meridianville, AL on November 22, 2023 with the intention of getting a single wash. There was a guy at the gate who did a high pressure pitch for a monthly pass with unlimited washes. I told him I wanted a single was and did not want a recurring charge. He sold me a one week pass for the price of a single wash. I think it was $10.00. I paid with my Visa card. I washed the car twice during that 1 week period. Today, December 22, 2023 we got a fraudulent charge of $28.95 from Wash n Roll #33 in Meridianville. Turns out the first charge was also $28.95. They lost my business and will get a scathing Facebook post as well as this Google Review.

Only one side of the car is washed with a brush before entering the carwash.Car is still wet after passing through dryer sectionTire shine is all over car after driving away.Next day... the tire shine is all over car and leaves black spots everywhere.Evening shift, car wash, hardly no clean towels to dry car.

Wash is good. But none of the vacuums for your car actually work. Went through 5 before found one that worked.

I usually go to Blue Express Carwash on South Parkway. I was out that way and decided to try this Carwash. I paid $20 for there very best and my car looks like I paid for the $8 Carwash. No tire shine at all and the vacuums were horrible. I didn't even get a receipt after I pushed the button for it and I sat there waiting and no one even attempted to come to the pay station and when I finally pulled up I had my window down thinking they would have asked me if something was wrong but no they didn't they started spraying my car and I had to roll my window up. Also they didn't even offer an air freshner.

Not a good place to go. Had a trial run on car wash but I wanted to cancel. The phone number provided doesn't work. This is ridiculous. I will not be returning

Used this wash over the weekend. After exiting the wash I noticed that soap was running down the back fenders and the tailgate. I pointed this out to the attendant and he said that this happens with bigger vehicles. It's never happened before. He told me to drive back through the wash, which I did. Same thing. I will not be a repeat customer.

Don't sign up for the monthly service cause you will have trouble canceling. Online cancelation doesn't respond. Phone line says "lines are busy" and hangs up. I eventually had to cancel my card to get it to stop.

I've been using this car wash for several years and i used to like it. There were always 2 attendees that would brush your car from front to back. All of the car wash systems worked perfectly. I've noticed that ot looks like it has changed names recently and the last few times I've taken my car there only 1 attendee comes out at the last to brush half the car if you're lucky. Most of the nozzles don't work in the wash. The tire shine never works anymore and the air dryers didn't work this last time. Very disappointing..I guess I'll take my car to the ones that were put in Hazel Green or the ones on Winchester Road

They performed nothing. Vacuums are clogged. One side of the vehicle is not clean & rinsed properly. There are are better car washes in the area for the 15$ I wasted. We paid for the tire and wheel cleaner and it did not work. The one employee that was there was huddled in the office. I m sure he saw on the camera moving the vehicle to find a working vacuum. Don t waist your money here.

Car wash didn t clean my car on the Passenger side. Also, didn t clean behind the wheels on the body. Waste of money and time.

Good car wash just not great. They don t get the bugs off your grill and hood. Wheels don t get a good cleaning. Great vacuums and cleaning supplies for your use.

Came here and paid $15 for a car wash and my car looks about the same. Didn t clean tired worth anything, no shine, and vacuums don t work. Go to hazel green or Huntsville or wash it yourself. Waste of money. Why is one of the vacuums taped up instead of just being replaced. Save your time and money

This was a good car wash when it first opened. Now, drying vents don't dry the vehicle at the end of the wash cycle. The vacuum nozzles fall off when you try to use them and I had to go to multiple vacuums to actually find one that worked well. Disappointing. At first I was really impressed with this car wash. I went there a couple of days ago and got the Platinum wash. When my husband and I went through it and half of the drivers side brushes were either not there or they were bundled up and not running. I know that it was only $20, but the principle of the car wash is for all of it to be operational. They did not have any signs indicating the brushes were inoperable, no discount and the gentlemen at the front did not notify us either. There is a new one in Hazel Green being built and I hope this one has better communication with its customers!Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Absolutely hate that there is someone at the entrance trying to sell me a plan AND making my selection for me. It's ridiculous. Will go elsewhere.

When this place first opened it was very good. The effort of the employees doing the prewash has steadily declined over the past few years. I ve tried every wash option they offer and my truck is never fully clean when it comes out the other side. If the employees doing the broom wash would put a little more effort into it before it enters the tunnel it would probably be OK.

They don't really get a vehicle clean. And the wheel shine does not work very well in any of the 3 locations I have been to.

They have a really nice crew working at the facility and are at a location that's easy to access. After the car wash there are nice long vacuum hoses and trash cans on both sides of the vehicle which making cleaning easy. Will be back!
