Horrible !!! Do not go and buy a car from them! They sold me a 2015 q40 with no oil! The car would smoke a lot through the pipes and they told me and my dad that it was just doing that because it s been sitting for a while. I didn t even get to drive the car a full week and i checked my oil there was no oil. We took it to a shop and most of my gaskets needed to be replaced so we had to get a whole new engine. We would call them all the time and everytime they acted like they had no clue about anything! They are shady! Stay away!

When other places wouldn t sell my sister a car, they would! They were easy legit and ready to work. My sister had to have a down payment of 3500 plus insurance before she left the lot, but when your back is up against a wall give these guys a call. Shout out to Dakota, or was it Dustin? I can t remember but he was very down to earth and helpful! Recommend 10/10! Sis also left with a 2017! Woohoo!

I recently bought a car there in 2015 Infiniti I was told that the car was in great condition. I left the parking lot the car was smoking. The guy told me it s been sitting out for a while and just stop.Two days later the smoke is getting worse. So my son check the oil. No oil was on the the stick, on the bottom of the dipstick with some dark gunk dirt and old oil. So the car engine had blown head gasket and dirt and gunk all throughout the engine. The whole engine had to be replaced. I called the owner and he said that it s not my problem. I bought a warranty from him as well. I m all I wanted him to do is pay the money that I was out of $686 because the warranty does not cover taxes. They only pay up to 150 an hour that s something else I didn t know. He stated that he mechanic looked the car over and it was in great condition how you miss blown head gasket. please run head and spend your money elsewhere. He s a liar and a crook.

Dalton and Daniel went above and beyond with the sell of a 2012 Silverado crew cab the price we settled on was amazing Dalton made sure that everything on the truck was perfect, before it left the lot.I will recommend Patriot automotiveto everyone I know, I was so happy I hugged the man!!!

I'm a single mom that used every bit of money i could come up with to get my son a car. They assured me that I was getting a reliable and safe car and we've had nothing but trouble with it ever since. We've had to replace the battery, the body control module, the thermostat, and have had coolant leaks. Now there's a oil leak and I'm at the point where I don't have any more money to put towards it. So we're about to have a car thats in bad condition and still owe on it. I hesitated to write a review because I don't like to talk bad about businesses or people, but others need to be aware. The dealership should also know that this affects people's lives and causes them rough financial situations. I hope they do better by others and I hope no one makes the same mistakes that we did.

Dalton was absolutely amazing!!his customer service ,his assistance in looking at multiple cars before marking a final decision ,his deliverance in explaining all the pros & cons & how everything worked with the company was top tier & after multiple car dealerships trying to get over on me it was very refreshing to meet someone who seemed to genuinely care & want to not only make a sale but also help me & make the best decision for me. 10/10 recommend !!

Daniel Doesn't sell cars per say , he sells friendships! Anyone would wanna buy a car from this man if you just meet him! Excellent customer service and great selection of cars/Trucks. I wouldn t hesitate to buy anything from Daniel at Patriot Automotive!

A friendly dealer sold me a nice car for a fair price, helped me get good financing for it, and even got me back in quickly to troubleshoot some minor problems that arose after buyjng it. Look forward to dealing with them again.

What a blessing it was to stumble upon this dealership. When I say they went above and beyond helping me find and purchase a vehicle, that's an understatement. Josh was the lead salesman that I had the pleasure of dealing with, he listened to what I was looking for and took my budget into account and found me more than one option. On the actual day of purchase I was able to also have Ben help me out and sell my my new truck. WHICH I LOVE!!! These guys care about what you got going on and matched me with what I needed to the T. The variety of inventory is a definite plus. I would HIGHLY recommend if your looking for a used vehicle or just a vehicle in general, check these guys out. They have a shop on site and they're mechanic Dale knows his stuff. All in all I am thoroughly pleased and left there happy and excited about buying a vehicle.
