I use Woody Anderson Madison for all of my service needs and tires. The entire staff are as pleasant as Chick-Fil-A. If parts are needed they typically arrive within the hour. I have never had to take my vehicle back for an issue of what was corrected. Most people assume that because it is a dealer that it will cost them more than a local shop but that is incorrect. In most cases I will wait for my truck as it is my office and due to them getting it in and out as the saying goes, (time is money). Thanks guys.

I don t know what has happened to this location but the service I experienced this week does not add up to what I ve had in the past. I scheduled an appointment with Woody Anderson Madison location for an oil change on Saturday 2/3. I got a nice video of my full vehicle inspection saying everything checked out and it all looked good. About 45 minutes later I get a call that they have somehow broke the plug for my oil pan and it had to be replaced. It wasn t their fault (this was literally the second thing said). It had to be the Athens location who changed the oil before them. Either way this drama caused me to be without my car for four days and incur a bill of over $750 (including the oil change). No apologies. No clear explanation. No choice except to fix it or have it towed somewhere to get it fixed and the repeated mantra that it wasn t their fault. Shameless! That manager Joesph literally ignored me when I went up there that Monday to retrieve documents from my car and ask for an update. Kevin at McClary ford in Athens tried to help and called to see what was going on since they were blaming his location for the mishap but just like when we called that manager, Joesph would not call him back. Y all be careful taking your car here. The lack of integrity and moral is unbelievable. You break it and it s everyone s fault but yours. After 2 years I ll never set foot in that location again and neither will anyone I know needing a Ford serviced.

Called in and scheduled an appt. for same day. Was in and out within an hour, got a full video report on my car, and got to wait in the lobby which was set up with loungers and a popcorn machine. Fair pricing as well. Will definitely be coming back!

We got a Ford Explorer from Woody Anderson of Madison 8 months ago, it was supposed to be a certified vehicle. Today we re told there s an issue with the water pump that cost nearly $3,700 to repair. A certified vehicle should not need a costly repair less than a year after purchase. The Explorer uses an internal water pump driven by the timing chain. The front end of the engine ends up being disassembled just to get to the pump. Ford was sued for this design and as part of the settlement extended the warranty on water pumps. Unfortunately, we re past the warranty time frame but the dealership knew this when they sold us the truck. We need transportation so we ll pay for the repair, but considering the dealership certified this vehicle and it s been less than a year it shouldn t cost us any where near $3,700 to fix. Read the reviews we re not the only ones who have had this issue with a certified car from this location.

Best dealership experience we have ever had!! Bryant will take great care of you and we highly recommend him. Daryl the Sales Manager, and Ray in Finance were also stellar!! No pressure, just honest approach and wanting to help get you the vehicle you want.

Main reason for writing is because Owen at Quick Lane went above and beyond to be professional, helpful and kind. Definitely deserves to be recognized and considered for promotion.Side note: Experience at Sales Department needs to some work..

The work on my Edge was just as promised and within the time frame quoted. Nothing was done without clearance from me. As I opted to wait during the service period, I noted the waiting area was quite comfortable and football was up on the television. And coffee was available.

Would not recommend. Waited all morning to get a total price on a truck only for me to ask again and it be sold. I m 2.5 hours away and was attempting to set up a buy.Lost a potential cash customer.I prefer to communicate with dealerships by email because once they get your phone number they will never leave you alone.

Madison Ford is on top of customer service. This quick lane has lost multiple tech's. Someone needs to pay attention and hire appropriately as customers are starting to see that service is taking longer. Guys up front are top notch, but they are having to start to make excuses for the guys in the back. I've been coming to Ford Madison for 10 years even after they wrecked my wife's car, couldn't get my daughter car fixed after they tore the whole engine apart. I still come back because I'm a loyal person. The guys at the front desk, James, glen (old employee), Michael (old employee), Leon (old manager) are awesome and one of the reasons I keep coming back.

While visiting our son in Huntsville, Alabama my F150 had a brake failure that made it impossible to drive back to Connecticut.I walked into the Madison service center at around noon without an appointment or call. Glen Smith took care of me immediately. He took in my truck and arranged a ride to my son s house. He called me a few hours later and said that my truck was ready except for a brake line that was not in stock. The next morning I received a call saying that my truck was ready to go. In less then a day I went from a disabled truck with no idea where to get it fixed to a repaired truck that was ready to drive back to Connecticut for a very reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things about the way that I was taken care of By Glen Smith and rest of the people at Woody Anderson In Madison.Posted this on Facebook

Never take your car or truck here for any repairs or even a diagnostic. Completely incompetent, no service code was on but there is an obvious issue when you drive. Instead of figuring out the actual issue, they pulled an old code that the truck had thrown and gave me a generic fix for the issue. They said they checked the turbos but nothing on the report. Took it to a second shop and it s clearly the turbos. Also, dropped my truck off at 330 and couldn t get a courtesy ride because they had already sent him home for the day, they don t close until 6.

Recently I purchased a 2018 F150 from Woody Anderson Madison. Drew Kennedy provided an awesome buying experience. I've dealt with Woody Anderson Ford for over 20 years. I've always had great buying experiences with them. I highly recommend Drew Kennedy. My truck had been smoked in by the previous owner. Woody Anderson applied the Ozone treatment. Ozone treatments are not miracle cures for smoke odors. It takes multiple interior cleanings and time to dissipate smoke odor.

I had a super positive experience with Woody Anderson. I ll definitely take the car back to them for service and sales. My salesperson, Elijah, was super communicative and kept me informed while my car was being built and shipped. Importantly though, I didn t feel like he was hustling me in any way. I bought an almost identical used Transit Connect from a Ford dealer in Chattanooga 10 months ago and I had to take a loss on it to get out from under it. I was deliberately misinformed into buying a damaged vehicle. At Woody Anderson? I call, they pick up the phone, their prices are MSRP, my car gets delivered, I sign and drive away. That s all I could ask for out of this transaction.

Just left the service dept at Hughes Rd. after getting an oil change. First they want sell me a service that we had previously had serviced there. When we mentioned that, the response was Oh. Drove home started smelling something. Got home and popped the hood, NO oil cap it s missing. Oil everywhere. I begged my husband not to take his car to Woody. I had so many problems with my car there,(lost my keys, lost my stems, didn t put the hubcap back on properly, just to name a few. I started going someplace different. He wanted to try one more time. I will say they drove to my house with a new cap and cleaned what they could on my car. They offered to power wash my driveway where it leaked.

Why do I write this, because people matter! Not sure who the new leader ship is in the Madison location however, I was treated in a hideous fashion. It seems that the business has become more about meeting a quota than customer service. There is much competition in the surrounding area. It may behoove you to shop around.

Had my 2013 Kia Forte there on Saturday for engine noise and was told all I need is fuel filter replaced. Few days later engine gave out and had it towed there. 8 days later followed up on service and was told they don't work on Kia engines. Waste of 8 days, towing and time not to mention horrible or lack of communication

Service manager was responsive to my needs, explained the overall report from my service, my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and no issues with their performance. I'd recommend this Quick Lane service to anyone!

As usual, Woody Anderson Ford has met or exceeded my expectations! This was my first time going to the Madison location, but I felt like I was at the main location. The staff was professional and friendly, the atmosphere was easy and quiet, and the service on my vehicle was second to none. The stigma of going to the dealership and overpaying is no longer a thing, and if you aren't getting your vehicle services here, you're not getting the best! And they will service vehicles other than Ford, so come on, come all!!!

I needed new tires for my car and was referred to Quick Lane Tires. I called and talked to James. He informed me of the the best deal on a new set of tires. James is the consummate professional. He also assisted me in joining the Ford/Quick Lane reward program. He an absolute asset to the team.

As an owner of a small company we have bought a few vehicles from Woody Anderson. Always a good experience. Mike Sparks was my salesman and ensured we got we needed without the pushy salesman attitude. He was very responsive to my phone calls and text messages in search of two specific type trucks. The entire team was great to work with being upfront with what we were getting and what to expect. Thanks!

Elijah was a great sales rep and the whole buying experience at Woody Anderson was the best I've had. Woody Anderson followed up on all commitments and was honest without much sales pressure.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Flex from Drew Kennedy at Woody Anderson of Madison. It was the best car buying experience of my life. Drew and the Ford team found me exactly what I was looking for at a fantastic price (best within 200 miles) and gave me better than I expected for my trade in despite its poor condition. He and the team even got all the paperwork ready while I ran home to take care of a few things. When I returned, they had everything ready for me to sign, and all the math checked out. They didn t make me suffer through any sales tactics or try to slide in anything that we hadn t discussed. It was a week from the time that I first stopped in at the dealership and met Drew until my purchase. He was polite and accommodating and very low pressure. During my test drive, we went over a long patch of rough road, and I questioned whether the resulting vibrations were related to the vehicle. Drew told me that he would have the vehicle checked as soon as we returned. It became obvious after the road changed, that the issue was the road and not the car, but Drew still had the shop check again to make sure the inspection didn t miss anything. The car has been perfect and drives like it s brand new. I couldn t be happier. Drew and the tram were great, and I plan to return when our other car finally bites the dust.

I got a Ford F-150 from Woody Anderson of Madison a few months ago,it was supposed to be a certified vehicle but they lied to me,it has major issues, not only did they fail to mention anything but they told me it went through a full inspection and it was really good,I did not get extended warranty that's on me, but this issues were already there we they sold it to me and told me it was a certified vehicle, now this is gonna cost a lot of money. Very disappointing experience coming to this dealership.

Took my truck in for an oil change as I have done for 2 1/2 years. Either the service tech the last time or the tech this time ruined my drain plug. Service manager lied that this happened all the time because of how cheaply made the pan and drain plugs are. Funny thing is, if this was such a common thing there would be all sorts of complaints online. I could find zero evidence of this. They had to replace the oil pan and drain plug. They were nice enough to not charge for the labor but I had to pay $343 for the parts for their screw up. I have bought 5 cars from them in the past 15 years and have 5 vehicles currently I was getting serviced there. Not anymore.

I recommend Woody Anderson Ford of Madison. My sales representative Drew Kennedy is awesome and has always met our needs! He is very knowledgeable of the cars and shows great customer service! I made a double purchase one day apart from each other and he had all the paperwork work done to make the sale quick and easy! Thanks Drew

Yesterday I took my 2014 Ford Escapee in to Quick Lane for an oil change and overall check up. I had an early morning meeting, so I was able to drop off my vehicle; and the very kind shuttle drive, Dennis, took me to my meeting. Their service is THE best; and it could not have been a better experience. Everyone was great. I appreciate the wonderful sales and service team at Woody Anderson Madison. Thank you for all you do!!

I have no problems with the dealership side, but quicklane has messed up my vehicle twice now and I would highly recommend to avoid them.

I believe that QuickLane gives the best value for oil changes in the area, and their check of other my car's systems maintenance, by providing a professional report, can save it's customers time and cost by avoiding unexpected breakdowns.
