Good and fast serviceProfessional and communication was goodHad a new clutch put in and they were on it. In on Wednesday and out on Friday. Amazing turn around. Hands down good mechanics and I highly recommend this place

I m missing some things out of my truck, since I was here, expensive things and they replaced a part that was supposed to be under warranty, but said the numbers was wrong so they charged me for it again it cost a fortune and they didn t fix the problem. Summers in Hollywood fixed it finally, for a lot less too. And nothing was stolen out of my truck there All in all, this is NOT one of the good ones in the country by far.If I find my snap on wire strippers I left in the door compartment and my wedding ring I left in the ashtray, I ll let you know, but until then this review is accurate. Watch your stuff and prepare to be over charged.

What s so especial about your 10W30 4 bulk Oil for$386 without labor of $250 oil changeIf you can avoid PM service I advice you to do so my word directly to owner operators cuz you might end up paying hiding fees other than that they were cool friendly & welcoming

We always get quick service at this location. They keep our trucks rolling! Today we had a water pump and multiple aftertreatment sensors replaced all before 2pm! Kristen did a great job keeping us updated.

We took our 2024 Renegade Explorer RV for a check engine light issue to Velocity we were nearer to the Nashville location BUT had a MUCH better experience going the extra distance !! Tommy in service was great on the phone and we got there @ 7am and were fixed up and ready to leave just before 10am -Tim was our tech and was very polite - thank you !!! we will not take our Freight Liner anywhere else definitely worth the extra 60 mile drive

They had what I needed!! The best price on the semi batteries I needed. A sudden smell of rotten eggs= bad battery, 2 of them, but I replaced all 4. Took off the old ones right on the lot to turn in cores. $89.99 each couldn t beat that. Saved me a bunch of $$$.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD GIVE IT!I waited 2.5 hours for something that only took them 5 minutes to do. Tell me how does that make any sense?Not only that but they have a sign up that states to the effect of "if you want something to eat, let one of the employees know and we'll offer free transportation to a restaurant or hotel." So I did, only to be told that it has to be someplace within 10 milesI said "ok. There's a chick FIL A within 10 miles." Then...... No response. I stood in front of their service window for awhile while being completely ignored. Then I spoke up again, asking if anyone was working on setting up this ride. Only to be told "yes." Then 2.5 hours went by....... And NOTHING.Then I called the office wondering if they were ready to hook up my truck to their computer. To which, they said "it was already done.""When!?" I asked."A few minutes ago." After a 2.5 hour wait - and they didn't communicate anything to me!? I could have been in the truck changing clothes or something. I would have felt uncomfortable if someone would have just opened my truck door without notifying me first. Plus they didn't bother to communicate anything to me.... SMH.Not only that but if you have a sign offering a particular service, you as a business should do your best to offer the service you say you offer, instead of telling me "yes" but then don't offer the service. Out of all the freightliners I've been to, this was by far the worst one. These folks act like a task that only takes 5 minutes to do (hook up a vehicle to a code reader) is such a burden to them. Plus I'm hungry- you offer free rides to a restaurant and I tell you that I would like this service. Yet that doesn't get done either - AND you keep me waiting for 2.5 hours for a 5-minute code scanning service!? Unbelievable!Everything I asked - which wasn't much - they acted like it was a major burden to them. I don't like that one but. I won't be back here again!

Called this morning to see if a part was in stock and the guy I spoke with said yes they had the part there. So, I drove all the way from Boaz, which takes an hour and a half, only to be told that the part is not in stock. I m not mad about the worker error. It s just frustrating when that has happened to me multiple times at this place. The part that aggravates me is that they don t offer to do anything for me after they tell me one thing and I drive that far for nothing, just to be told the exact opposite. No discount, no nothing. I just feel like a company that large should make an effort to help customers out and at least do something for them to try and keep them happy when things like that happen. Even if it s small.

Kudos to the Service Department.Traveling in an RV with our 2 cats and engine began overheating. Limped to Velocity.Our rig was in service bay within an hour and we were back on the road by late afternoon.Professional, courteous,. Thank you!

I took my truck in to have the cylinder head repaired and DPF cleaned my truck sat two weeks before they looked at it and when they finally got it in the shop instead of fixing what I requested they tore my truck apart and gave me an estimate of $70,000 to repair I refused the repair and decided to take it to another shop they refused to put it back together I had to pay to have it towed to another shop and paid $25,000 to get it fixed. This shop is a rip off to Truckers and I would not recommend taking your truck there for repairs!!

Needed Coble is a good place to get your big trck parts. I personally don't like the fact that the family owned company sold out some time back and now I have wait till morning to get parts and that bites some times but overall they good people to do business with

Better this time than it was 3 months ago. Still not quite as good as it was when Neely Coble owned it but its getting there. You guys need to have parts for 93 and older. A lot if us Freightliner & Western Star fans are buying the older trucks too. If you look on the interstate there are more & more older trucks on the road. Maybe start another business that only caters to older trucks. You'd make a good profit if you do.

Parts counter guys do a good job. They are helpful with finding what you need, even when you don't even know what exactly you need. They do get a little backed up sometimes and you may have to wait in line behind one or two people. Lots of parts in stock and next day availability when not in stock.

I talked to the front desk about my transmission problem they were very polite and i was sent to the mechanic i spoke to the mechanic also he was very polite and took his time to explain to me as much as he could about the problem that it could be...I felt welcome there...nice place.

Wait times are horrible. Customer service is fair. Technicians walk around like they are paid hourly.I am sure you could come through with a positive experience if you deal with the right people. Only reason I will be back is to pick up parts.Update. I felt better by the time I left. The manager showed genuine concern about my lost time. I m giving them 3 stars instead of 1.

Not very good at job. Tried to find part said was backordered for months. Call Nashville Tn. and they drop shipped the same part next day to me at this store. You get more business when you make an effort.

The team at this service center should get 10 stars for their work today. Our RV popped up with 2 check engine lights with 2 hours to go on our 1st trek back North from being snowbirds . They squeezed us in to verify 2 check engine codes that if left unattended could have left us on the side of the road. They acted quickly and professionally at ever turn of the road, stayed late, identified a sensor board with wires that were cut due to poor design that caused them to rub on the on the compartments cover door, had the part needed and Zach completed a difficult installation. Can t thank them enough for keeping us safe and getting us back on the road the same day. They could have easily said come back Monday. Bless you all.

They don't communicate their Covid hours on their answering machine, signage or with their after hours people.Your signs say 7am to 9pm. I broke down and the company could not reach anyone at 6pm. The answering machine said 9pm. Even the sign on the locked gate said 9pm. I left the truck outside the gate. You might want to update your information. I'm not sure what your normal business hours are. I called the after hours line and the guy said he was a tow company 30 miles away and it would cost $125 to put the truck inside the gate at 7pm. He had no idea what time you opened but said hours were different due to a virus. I like you guys but you have some work to do on communicating you normal business hours.

Called 3 days in a row to parts department try to get a part for a Eaton Fuller shifter for a 90 model Freightliner said would call me back everyday never did.Called FleetPride got the part 1 HOUR later picked up.People that depend on these trucks you have to have a parts center that you can call and at least get an answer or get something sent to you or tell you where to go to get it especially if you don't mind payingNo truck on the road for some of us mean no money being made and paying the driver to sit there

They misdiagnosed the problem and we told them from the get go that they were wrong but almost $2,000 later they replaced the part we told them to. The problem is they would not admit to their misdiagnosis and charged us for their error. The part that was bad was under warranty. We should have left there without owing them anything. They do not have any integrity.

I don t know how good these people are. I had my RV get the 30000 mile freightliner service and full service on my Onan generator for 1000 hours. The gen set wouldn t run 5 minutes after leaving the shop. I checked the bill and saw they didn t change the air cleaner as requested that had 450 hrs on it. The bill showed 4 qts of oil on a generator that only has 2.8 qt capacity. I had to drain a quart off to get it below max fill line. The generator coolant when cold was up to fill inlet which is 2 above the max fill hot point or 6 above the cold fill line. I can only say out of 3 checks I could do on the gen set they screwed all three up. Now I ve got to be worried about every thing else as this gives me no confidence since they screwed up the few items I could check.

Top of the line people. Best shop ive been to in my 2 years of trucking. Guys stayed later than they needed to get me back on the road. Good group of guys. I hope I get to go through this town again and use this shop again.

less than professional...had to call every day to get a update on my truck...nobody felt the necessity to take the initiative to keep me informed, as a courtesy...even after telling me they would call me, nobody did...i will not go back, if i can avoid them...
