I don t know why people like this Auto Repair shop. Personally I would never recommend anyone bring your vehicles there. He kept my vehicle for over 2 months. Before I had to keep calling him to know the status on my car. He finally told me he replaced all that was wrong. After paying a bill of $650. Back in May. I just had to take my vehicle to another Auto Repair service. To be told the parts Thornton said he replaced were not. Now I have to spend money for something I got ripped off from this place. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I will be contacting the BBB regarding this.

I would put 0 stars if I could. Do not come here. The girl at the front desk is rude and the mechanics seem incompetent. I came here to have my door lock actuator replaced. They said they ordered the correct part, but the wrong part was sent. They waited all day to tell me this while I thought my car was getting fixed. I had to go out of town the next day, so I told them not to order the part as I was a little put off by that and would not be returning. I paid the $45 diagnostic fee and told them not to order the part. The front desk girl literally got mad at me for deciding to not come back and gave me a lot of attitude. She must have told something to the mechanic, because he did not put the wires back properly in my door. I also noticed a couple of minor dents above the door that he worked on that I m pretty sure were not there prior to my visit here. Luckily, my husband was able to find the part online and was able to fix this which saved us over $300. Please take your time and money elsewhere.

If you want to join a class action law suit against this company please contact me. This is not the place to get your vehicle fixed. He took close to $4000 from me and didn t fix my vehicle. If you want to join in a law suit with more unhappy people, this is it. He has pending leans on him already. We would be going to get this place closed down for good. Please report all of your dealings with him and film everything you do at his shop or just don t go there at all. Anyone that has dealt with him before, please contact me. This is a horrible place to go. Don t waste your time or money at Henry Thornton Auto and Sales. I have video of everything you will need to show you how bad this place is. If you have any problems call in and report it as soon as possible. This place is a rip off.

These guys were awful. I took my vehicle in for a brake job a little while back and told them to fix my screeching brakes. I didn t specify front or back, just to fix the sound so they did the front brakes. It was still making the sound, and come to find out the back brakes also needed to be worked on which they neglected to mention but the WORST PART is I was very adamant that I needed my transmission fluid checked and they swore they checked it, however they clearly didn t because it was a whole 2 quarts low and now my transmission is done for. There s no leak, it s just been low since a new radiator was put in before I bought this vehicle, right before bringing it to Thornton. So I know for a fact they didn t check it. Had they of actually checked it a few months back, I wouldn t be out a vehicle right now. They were all rather rude as well, including the lady who answers the phone and the main guy himself. Just use Phoenix motors if you want a trustworthy, reliable mechanic!

They stole my suv its been reported stolen and he claims he auctioned it off no call no nothing I have a lawyer and friends on the police force you and that triock going too jail

I dropped off my car and explained very clearly budget and would determine for myself if I wanted anything fixed. After keeping my car for a week, the expected $25 fee for having my car checked turned into over $100. Why? They took it upon themselves to work on my car without consulting me. A very sneaky way to get more money for the business. Don't ask and then play dumb when confronted. I will never use these people again. Shameful way to run a business. And be careful if you don't give a good review. They will print it out and wave it in your face.

Fo not take your vehicle to this place! This guy is a scam artist!!! I paid for my transmission to get repaired and it s still broken today!! Then i asked about the warranty that he s provided and he runs!!! I m taking him to court!

They were amazing! Kept me up to date through calls and texted pictures. What would have been a SUPER costly service ended up costing less then half. The work they did was fantastic. I would recommend these guys each and every time.

A nightmare for an experience. He towed my vehicle but didn't ask me for instructions. I advised him I was referred by a ministry and needed an estimate for a couple of things. He took it upon himself to call his contact. We were talking with two different ministry leads.Ultimately, I was following the instructions of the senior lead asking for an estimate. He thought I was stringing him along so he kept calling his contact, even though I advised him I was talking to a different person. In response, he threatened to charge me storage fees.To add insult to injury, he didn"t tell me he received payment in the mail until after I rode the city bus an hour and a half to the ministry office, thinking the check was there to pick up. Not his fault b/c that is due to miscommunication between the staff of two committees at the ministry and myself.This whole ordeal has made me look bad to the ministry since my vehicle was immobile three weeks, I had to be patient for decisions to be made. However, I would've missed my diagnostic check and oil change appointment, had I not took some initiative.I don't recommend Thornton Auto Sales and Service to anyone. I understand that he was going by what he was told. However, dealing with a ministry, he should've known God is the highest power. God has the last say and don't threaten to charge storage fees only having a customer's car for two days.

Great crew... Front desk.. Bonnie was great... Friendly and professional.. They repaired another mechanics work... And the cost was great... The shop floor was really clean.. Very satisfied beyond... Happy.

Mr. Thornton is awesome. He s gone above and beyond for me and not the type to beat around the bush. He s very honest and just a good man in general. I would recommend him to ANYONE.
