THANK YOU!In December 2023, we found ourselves in unknown territory with multiple issues with our RV. After a lot of runaround by many, we happened upon Tennessee Valley RV. Their staff was very helpful and accommodating. While they were not able to do the repairs required at their location, they went above and beyond striving to help us find a qualified repair dealer. Eventually, the motorhome went for repairs, staff helped with our vehicle and then stored our trailer in their secure yard until repairs were completed. We are very appreciative of their kindness.-- Tony & Sue

We re from SW GA and needed emergency services on our trip. Not only did Zack accommodate, our needs on the fly, but the customer service of the staff was excellent! Thank you.All owners of used RV s are aware that there are some items that require immediate attention and others that you can take care of later. As we come through to see family again, I will definitely reach out for those minor items.

After dropping off my RV to Tennessee Valley RV, there was a lot of promises not cap time that they would have it time that it would take to repair it cost at $185 per shop hour over 10 to 12 hours was more than what a brand new and should ve cost End up having to buy a brand new one because nobody knew how to fix the old one. Are they gonna get parts? I couldn t be sure because they had too many excuses to answer. Why or how come if I was you I would definitely not use Tennessee Valley RV for any repairs , my fault for not looking at the reviews online before I did it you might want to think about looking at the reviews for Tennessee Valley RV before you hire them

Had routine and non-routine service recently performed on my RV. Amazing service and quick turn-around (3 days)!!! I was so incredibly impressed with Blake's and the staff's professionalism, quality of work and again, the quick turn-around. Happy to find a place like this so I no longer have to wait weeks/months for a dealership to service my RV (as I had in the past). STRONGLY recommend and I'm certainly a customer for as long as I own an RV!!!UPDATE: I discovered a fluid leak recently on my RV and was in a panic due to a trip planned in four days. Blake and his team discovered the issue and repaired within 48 hours. Again, STRONGLY recommend them for RV service - fast, reliable, honest and fair!!!Service: Oil change

This is a strange review, but one I need to post. We were passing through the area when our 5th wheel lead jack suddenly broke. We needed a quick replacement. Tennessee Valley was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and special ordering us a part. They said their supplier normally delivers the part overnight and were willing to fit us the following day for the installation. When the part did not arrive the following day as expected, it's when they (and us) learnt their supplier does not always deliver every part overnight. Because we were leaving the area the next day, we could not wait any more. While the policy of Tennessee Valley RV is to not refund special order parts, they understood our situation and the mistake in overcommitting on behalf of their supplier, and were very reasonable in agreeing to accept the loss and refund us our money. We did not get the part or installation we were hoping for, but we also did not pay for something we did not receive.

I called to get a repair done to my RV.We were having trouble with the thermostat and heater. Spoke with a man named Blake who arranged to come out and fix my RV. He was very professional and assured me that they would help me to get warranty reimbursement!! I was never told that you had to take your RV in for warranty work. I was never told that it was against their policy to do warranty work in the field I called them 3 weeks later because I had not heard from them. l called them spoke with Curry to check on things and was told that. Blake no longer works there but she would do everything possible to help me !! NEVER ONCE MENTIONED THE POLICY . 2 weeks later after I had heard nothing from them. Today I called again and spoke with Curry now she sends an e mail telling me that they don t turn in warranty claims in the field and that warranty work is not covered in the field. She send me this policy information that has never been sent to me or discussed with me at all until today!! She has flat out lied to me! I AM ONLY ASKING FOR HELP FILING THE CLAIM. THEY HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL SO THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ME !!! Fine way to treat a customer. My advice Stay away from these people they are huge, huge crooks. They are liars and will take your money. THEY DID IT TO ME AND THEY WILL DO IT TO YOU. I am sick of business that take advantage of poor people who place their trust in them. I AM OUT OVER $1,000 DOLLARS!! I will do everything in my power to expose them to the entire camping community!!

I recently carried my boat to Tennessee Valley RV for extensive repairs and am very happy with the services I received. TV RV had already serviced my RV in the past so I felt comfortable giving them the challenge of getting my boat running smooth again after 2 years of nonuse being cradled outdoors in a storage facility. Blake and his team encountered a large number of mechanical issues and challenges with my 26-year-old boat but stuck to their game plan and now having it running smooth and back to its old glory again. Each step of the way, Blake gave me updates and recommendations, however, he took no action until clearing each repair with me.I quickly gained trust for Blake and his mechanics. They are young but honest and talented and clearly know their trade. I can now relax knowing they are up to any challenge they encounter whether small or in some cases quite large. After running my boat for a couple days in the Tennessee River, I was planning to call Blake with the good news of the work his team had done. I became overwhelmed with unrelated issues and forgot to send him a text on how the boat was performing. A few days later, Blake texted me to get feedback on the boat s performance. That text spoke volumes about Blake and TV RV. They really care about customer service and will go the extra yard to make sure you are satisfied with their work.In the future, I intend to have all major work on my RV and boat taken care of by the competent and caring professionals at TV RV.MarcServices: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Very good customer service - daily status calls on repairs. Very different than other RV shops I have dealt in the area. Only reason they are getting a 4 star is that when they replaced one of my tires they didn't check the pressure on the rest of the tires to make sure they were all balanced.

THEY LET ME LEAVE ON A TRIP WITH MY FAMILY WITHOUT PROPERLY WORKING BRAKE LIGHTS! THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHECK THEM!They were working before all of this! They said it was my brake switch. It turns out that the brake switch connector was loose. Who loosened that connector? Zack was going to charge me $400 in labor to replace a part that wasn't even broken! Anyone reading this should know that I originally asked for a full inspection of my used rv. I told them to give me prices on EVERYTHING and let me know. They had the rv for 7 business days. The brakes needed replacing. First it was $3,500 total. I then asked them to go ahead and service the transmission and change the oil. The final total came to $6,800 after they had to do some extra parts. It turns out that they charged me for storage when they weren't working on the unit! I picked it up, and it was hesitant to go into Drive from Park. It finally did, and I drove it to the gas station where it did it, again. I started it in Neutral and continued with my weekend plans. I drove it in the mountains over 4 day's time on paved roads and interstates and noticed that the front end shook violently going downhill. This is quite scary in the mountains, but they had replaced my brakes. I had been assured that it had been fully inspected and was road-ready. I should've known when the man asked if it had a generator that it hadn't been inspected. I took it back to their shop, and they claimed I have more problems from just driving it! Any actions of which I am accused do not excuse the terrible job done. Zack even tried to charge me an extra $400 to check the work of his own techs! I was going to pick it up and let it go as a bad decision on my part until Zack called me back and insulted me.

Tennessee Valley RV had our unit for over a month. Mind you, we only have put about 2500 miles on it and the interior was in perfect condition. Having spent over $5000 with them over the past year - batteries, getting the roof resealed (because they said it needed it), winterizing, dewinterizing, washing, replacing the awning lights, and putting a new lock on the outdoor kitchen, we expected better. Upon picking up our RV, it was returned to us with our things thrown about and dirty. They didn't replace the board under the sink and whatever they put on the bench seat permanently put small holes in it. The driver's seat was torn to shreds like someone with a toolbelt sat in it and scratched it up. There were other small tears as well. We immediately called Zach and sent him the pictures. He said he would get back to us with some answers - possibly replacing or reupholstering. He said he was sorry and that he had fired three techs that week. We waited for his phone call for a week. Nothing. My husband then called and was told they were just talking about it and what could be done and would call us back. Again, nothing. My husband waited a week and called them back only to be told that the tearing was due to normal wear and tear. I'm sorry, we keep our RV spotless. It was immaculate when we brought it in. To look at it now breaks my heart. We will never do business with these unscrupulous people again. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else for repairs. In response to this company's response, we took our RV to Bankston where the techs looked at our seats. They told us this was definitely not normal wear and tear. Not to mention the seats were fine before leaving our RV with Tennessee Valley.Services: Body & Trim, Battery

This place is amazing. They scheduled my appointment the next day and would have came same day if I needed. Derrick was phenomenal. He was on time, quick and very knowledgeable. His attitude was wonderful. Customer Service is also fantastic. Gave me up front price for service call and kept in touch on time. I will definitely be adding them to my contacts and using again, if needed. Hands down, TN Valley RV is the best rv repair in the area.

These guys know what they are doing. We got our RV out of storage a few days before a long planned trip and we discovered an issue with our slideout. We called Tennessee Valley RV and they got a part ordered and installed in time for us to make our trip. They may not be the cheapest place around but I m willing to pay a little extra for timely, quality work.

Needed a water leak fixed in my RV before a major trip. They completed the work fast and, after a complimentary safety inspection, changed my 20 year old serpentine belt as well. I recommend them highly.

Blake was awesome to deal with. Been having issues with my AC for several days and the dealer was running around on me. Called Blake and he was able to fix my AC almost instantly. Went back to my campsite and it stopped working again. He came out to my campsite and actually diagnosed the problem for me. I ll be calling him for future repairs.

Had our bed over the captain chairs fixed and slide out aligned. Bed wouldn t operate up or down. They found problem quickly and ordered parts. RV was back operating in a couple days. Very happy with the service and would return. The cost was what I expected and reasonable.

We have traveled the country for the last several years and have had many repairs done everywhere we go. RVs aren't meant for the road. They'remeant to live in, so they always have issues that are expected. Tennessee Valley RV has been the most fantastic experience of all these years of service. Thefront office folks and everyone we dealt with was professional and on point. We had several items they worked on, preventive maintenance repairs that were needed we'd put off, so the unit was in there for several days. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for; in this case, spending a few extra dollars and getting the kind of service is well worth every penny we spend with them. I recommend you use this company for anything you need todo to your RV. They worked on our slide-out, our brakes, preventative maintenance, electrical work, and even repaired our generator. Excellent, a fantastic group of people. Thank you so much for everything you did to get us all fixed up, safe, and sound, ready for the road and continue our adventurous travels! Love Y'all! Blake was very polite and helpful. He replaced our AC unit in about 45 minutes and had it cooling again during this excessive heat spell. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I have found an RV repair shop in Huntsville that does what they say they would do, does it when they say it would get done, and checks over the coach to be sure other things are working as expected. I took it in for an oil change. They found the rear brakes were shot, and my roof needed some sealant. They called me to get my OK for them to fix the problems. They will come to the RV if you want that kind of service or you can drive it to their shop at the corner of I-565 and County Line Rd.Services: Brakes, Oil change

These folks have earned my business as long as I own a camper. They were very quick and communicated often during the process. Blake was kind enough to share some trade secrets of things to look for in the future as well.

What a fantastic experience. Zak and his team did an outstanding job to assess and fix an issue we had on our 5th wheel. We tried to schedule a service call with our selling dealership however they did not have an opening until 3 to 4 weeks out. I contacted Zak and brought the camper in within a few days. Zak's team had the camper completed within 4 business days!!! Their work was top notch including great attention to detail. I noticed that they applied an extra layer of silicone to an area that was not done very well from the factory. Very professional job! To say we are thrilled is an understatement! Super job Zak--please pass our thanks on to your team. We will definitely be back--it's wonderful to have you so close! I've already referred you to a friend and will refer you to others soon.

Anything that could go wrong, did go wrong. If we had never used this business, our roof would have been repaired correctly (and the resulting gap wouldn t be covered up with a piece of trim), the catalytic converter wouldn t have been stolen while in their care, and the fiasco with the insurance wouldn t have been allowed to happen. Paid way too much money to endure this kind of hassle. As it is now, they ll have our RV another weekend because they told us it was ready then got there and found the insurance claim was incomplete. Spent two hours round trip for nothing! Nobody at the RV shop has taken ownership of this fiasco to ensure it will be done correctly, and they won t go out of their way to make us feel like valued customers. They know how bad this whole repair went, so any excuse is too little too late. We have been more than reasonable and patient, but a limit has been reached due to their lack of care. Won t recommend them to any of our RV group.

These guys were amazing. We were stuck well traveling across the US. They made everything work smoothly and got back on the road within the shortest time possible. I've never seen someone work so diligently as Zach did to help us. The follow-up was fantastic. This country needs more shops like this all over the nation to help RVers like us!! Kudos to this team.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Brakes, Battery

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR RV WORK!!!Everyone, except the "owner", was great at this business. Took my camper for warranty work. This was known prior to dropping the unit off. I called weekly and talked to the young lady about the progress of my camper. She was always friendly and helpful. I know warranty work is a slow process so I understand it taking over a month to get approved. Last week I was informed the part was in and service would be completed this week. However, 10 minutes after getting the call the "owner" called me back and berated me on the phone. Told me to come get my camper and they were done with warranty work. He was extremely unprofessional. That is why I am using quotes when I use the word owner. I am not sure how an owner can talk to customers like this and stay in business.

Everyone we have interacted with has been wonderful and helpful. The professionalism and quality of repair has been beyond my expectations. They were quick to respond and quick to effect the repairs. I worry that giving Tennessee Valley RV Mobile Repair a good review will overwhelm them, but they deserve it. I highly recommend them for repairs and service. From the front office to the service bay, these folks are fantastic.Services: Electrical, Battery

Service was prompt and efficient. Brandon did an excellent job. He replaced our frozen starter in the rain in about an hour. We had a spare starter with us that he used. My only complaint is that the company charged $450 for the hour s labor, plus a $150 service call fee and $25 for shop supplies (maybe a couple bolts). Since we were dead in the water and needed to get back on the road, we paid it. The quote was $400 - $600, not sure why we ended up at the top end.

Shaye at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. She got us in quickly since we were on the road. Michael is the technician that serviced our camper. He was thorough, efficient and very knowledgeable. We appreciated their quick help and expertise in getting us back on the road. Highly recommend them.

These guys are good. On time very easy to deal with. Came in found my problem and had the part installed in 2 days and worked with Grand Design for the warranty claim. Blake was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you need work done and don t want to take it back to your dealer.
