Genuine, honest people that think about the customer s pockets while still offering great service. Needed a/c service in a car, a different shop quoted me $3K after paying $180 just for the diagnostics. Wanted a second opinion so I found Superior on Google, they repaired my a/c for $700. Freezing cold. I recommend to anyone who needs auto work done.Service: Air conditioning

Great place, quick service, lowest price ever in madison. The owner is a very very very kind man. I came to him crying told him my car is leaking and i have kids and i do not know anyone here to help and 3 shops didn't accept it (nooo near appointments) . I found them super busy and fully booked. He accepted my car and they started to repair my car immediately . Less than one hour my car was repaired. Thanks superior! Thanks the kind great man. I dooooooo recommending them, it's the best place and lowest in madison Alabama.

These guys were quick to diagnose problems with my daughter's car and were 100% HONEST with me that repairing the car was not worth the time and money. Most shops would not have given most women that option. I appreciated that SO MUCH! If you are looking for a genuinely honest bunch, you can't go wrong with Superior Auto Care! I highly recommend them for your auto needs!!

High quality work, fair prices, and excellent service. My wife and I are new to town and found Superior Auto Care on Google. I have two separate experiences to share.1. After completing our move from Washington state, Philip got us right in to look at the brakes on my wife s Subaru and do an oil change. He had his techs do a thorough inspection only to find that the brakes were good and just a little squeaky. The labor cost was marginal and totally worth it for the peace of mind. The oil change was also very reasonably priced.2. Brought the Subaru back in to have the AC serviced. Once again everything was working as it should be so Philip threw me the keys and sent me on my way free of charge.Honesty and integrity go a long way with me. Philip has both of those qualities and will have my business for as long as his shop is open. If you re on the fence about where to take your ride, Philip at Superior Auto Care is your guy.Services: Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Fantastic service! Prompt and professional. They patiently answered my questions about my tires and my concern about the tire pressure indicator light. They were able to replace my tire pressure indicator, at a much better price than I had been quoted.They truly won me over when I found out my mother in law (84) had gone to them for windshield wiper replacement. They put on high quality wipers at a very reasonable price.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I was in town visiting family and needed my brake pads and rotors replaced. They managed to squeeze me in to their busy schedule and did a great job at a great price! A/C not cooling as it should. A national oil change chain business told me the A/C compressor had to be replaced, approximately $800, or $ 1400 with a warranty. I searched here and found Superior Auto Care. Problem resolved (replaced low Freon). I couldn't be more pleased with their honest and friendly service. They have all my auto repair business from now on. I'm not saying the national business tried to rip me off, they may have just been incompetent.Service: Air conditioning

Exceptional service. Was pleasantly greeted as soon as I entered the door. The owner took his time and addressed my questions patiently. The mechanic was just as friendly. They made sure I was satisfied with the completed work and didn't overcharge me or upsell parts. I would highly recommend this shop.

Truly top notch service and has my business forward. Now let me tell a story.....My wife s car was giving vibrations by my own accord and felt by the look of things, balancing would fix the issue. She was due new tires but I had a month or so before committing to new set. The tires had whooped out on the back two, but good tread even in the low spot and could not be balanced. Still safe just rough riding by my account. Ordered tires, set up an appointment with a different tire shop on Saturday, loaded up the new tires in her car. Saturday appointment was not booked (I can t get it done) so I figure I would set up an appointment with another local shop close to work for Tuesday.Monday...My wife calls me at 9 am with a blowed out tire. She already late. And she already told me them tires got to be changed before today.(Disclaimer.: Her car came with no spare and I had been inactively looking for one).So I m deep in the dog house if you didn t read between the lines.She gets a tow to Superior Auto Care and they get after it in due time. Not unreasonable for a spur of the moment and professionally put those new tires on I already had in the truck.(I double checked and correct torque and the exact psi to spec and not normal like most shops I have dealt with)The question I had all morning..... was it my misjudgment and my wife is mad forever or was it a nail that even new tires could not prevent?By all evidence from Superior Auto Care, it was a screw. True detectives they are and me and my wife had a great week.It was just a flat not a blow out by the pictures. she had. Her safety even by my own misjudgment would not have been compromised. But I m glad it was a screws fault and not my misjudgment.Great guys over there. Phillip was more than helpful. Couldn t ask for better service in this situation by my wife s accord.She got to work late, held it over my head while I didn t know if it was my fault. I committed to a lot of things I would do this week I had been putting off not knowing it was not my fault. But, I m sitting here a happy man. Walked the dog while having conversations with my wife. Deep stuff that could have went the other direction. That is if it hadn t been for the folks at Superior Auto Care making the correct diagnosis for the problem.

I was very pleased with the job performed, the owner Philip and main mechanic Eric. The work was very well done and they even fixed a couple other minor things I was not aware of that was needed. They were both very patient with me when I inquired about the extra repairs. I am way out of my element when it comes to cars and it was nice to feel like these guys understood my concerns and lack of experience. Good people.

From my experience, these guys strive to resolve issues on your vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with both co-founders & although we did not resolve issue, being they do not go deep as far as cam phasers, I can honestly say I left feeling relieved. They were very honest. They pointed me in the right direction on issue I was having so that was highly useful. I have numerous folks who have had successful business encounters with these fellas. Definently dependable, highly trustworthy.

I got a flat going to work. I called AAA who recommended Superior Auto. Phillip answered the phone and got me in with no warning. my car was ready when I got off work. I ended up replacing all my tires and my back brakes and rotors. They didn't try to upsell me but since i had been told at my oil change that the time was coming soon they verified and replaced it while there.

They do good work and more importantly are honest. I brought my car in for an alignment. They called and said the alignment was not the issue, a bald tire was. They could have easily added the tire to the alignment and charged me for both.

I was taking a cross country road trip and my AC began coming out warm. Since I was unfamiliar with the repair shops in the area I turned to the google reviews that were favorable. They got this one right! The place is nothing fancy but they fixed my issue at a very fair price and had me in and out in about a hour. What I also like about the place was that they were very polite over the phone and friendly at the shop. In addition they did not do a sell job on me to make extra money as many shops do. If I lived in the area this would be my go to mechanic.Thank you for your service.

I dropped my car off overnight and left the note stating I needed an oil change and wanted them to look at brakes. They called the next morning saying they changed my brakes and when they tried to even out the rotors they weren't able to do it. They never even called to tell me I needed new brakes first so I was forced into this service and their prices. I wasn't thrilled by the lack of communication but honestly I needed brakes so it didn't matter. I told him I'd be there before they closed and asked him to call me if for some reason it wasn't ready and he said okay. I show up before they closed and he looked at me like I had 3 heads and said my car wouldn't be ready until the next day and that they were very busy and i should have called and checked (...which I did when he called about the brakes). I'm new to the area and didn't know anyone so I had been walking to/from there in 100 degree weather. The lack of communication was very frustrating. The man did apologize and even offered to drive me home (which is why they get 2 stars) but I would not recommend this place for their lack of communication.

Great guys. Good experience. I brought them a ghost of a problem and they somehow worked it out. Very fair. And nothing beats integrity. I usually do all the work on my vehicles, but if I ever need a pro, these are the guys.

The mechanic is fantastic. They replaced my engine and did it right the first time. No loose bolts or missing parts. Everything was done right. Very thorough.

Do not use them!! I made an appointment (four days in advance), then it was three days more until they even looked at it. They misdiagnosed the problem three times, tried to get me to pay for work that did not need to be done, and charged me double what it should have cost for what they did do. The mechanic is incompetent and the owner is dishonest.

Great work but I spent more than I wanted. The cheap fix wasnt the fix... of course. I wished they would have followed up with me more and explained in detail the work. You spend $1400 I feel you should feel better about the work that was done.

I hesitate to give these guys 5 stars..... Only because of how great they are, i want them to stay a secret of Madison;) truly the nicest mechanic shop I've encountered in Alabama. Recommended
