They have had our truck for 7 months and it is still not fixed. They have fixed a million other things, including the rear end that went out while THEY were test driving what they had fixed!!!! You have to wait for 3-4 weeks for parts and then they are not the right parts and wait longer. Then when they finally get the parts, you have to wait on a bay to open and a mechanic! This place is a JOKE!!!! Very expensive and very unprofessional! Will never take our truck back here, that is if we ever get it out of there!!!!!! They don t care how much money they are costing us to have our truck sitting there waiting on parts or waiting on a bay to open! We only took it here because our mechanic thought the issue was internal computer stuff that he couldn t fix. Everything they have fixed so far he could have fixed a lot faster and cheaper. Just unbelievable how long they have kept it and it s still not fixed. Do not use this company!!!!

Very low quality trailers. I had a bad experience with their equipment that I recently purchased (new, unused). The problems started very first day which they were manageable. However, last one wasn't, from a single hard break, all the drums were burned and cracked, one drum completely broke, brake pads flew out, leaving a flat tire and damage rim. Warranty didn't cover which they never do, and the dear ship didn't care at all. Shop manager never even reached back.

I was up against a tight time frame with my rv engine replacement to which I knew there was no availability on a replacement so I called the parts department and spoke to James Wilford and he bent over backwards to track one down across the country with the aid of Gerald. These two gentlemen were very professional and extremely persistent on the matter with flawless execution. Huge thanks to Southland Transportation Group!

Do not take your truck here!!! I had my truck towed here. They got it running but it broke down on the way home an hour later with the same issue. I called the next day to see if I could talk to the mechanic that worked on it and was told the ticket was closed and if I wanted to talk to him there would be a charge. Because that s how they make money. I say I ve already paid the money for the repair and it was the same issue. I just wanted to get it off the side of the road. This place does bad business. I wish I had read the other comments about this place. Save your money go somewhere else.

Be careful when bringing your truck for PM service. They have the most expensive PM service nationwide. The tech spent 1.5 hours for their so called "Full PM" and charged $1008.99. Won't come back again.

Such a great place to do business with. The parts and service team is one of the best of all the dealers I go to as a parts courier. Clean bathrooms. I feel safe day or night at the shop. Always someone to help you. They do great work and work as team to get stuff done. Highly recommend this location. If you are there overnight, decent hotels and plenty of food places to eat as well as stores.

On July 25, 2019, I had an emergency situation where my brake chamber broke on my trailer and was carrying a special load to Atlanta. This was the closest trucking service shop around me so I went there. I spoke with a man in the service department and he told me that he could fix my problem but I had to wait an hour or two until they can get me in. Which was fine with me. He gave me a waiting spot and I started to wait, which was supposed to be an hour or two but turned into 2-3 hours. Finally a worker came and told me to park in front of the shop door and they took the truck and I started to wait. At 7:30 p.m., I am still waiting on my truck in the nastiest waiting area ever. I got sick and tired of waiting and went up to a worker to see why it is taking this long and got into an argument with the worker because I did not have this type of time to wait when carrying a special load that had to be delivered in Atlanta. The worker went to check on my truck and he told me it is almost done. Keep in mind I have a special load that I need to get delivered to Atlanta. When the truck was finally ready, I went to pay, they charged me and hour and a half of labor, which I thought was wayyy too long for a brake chamber and I waited EIGHT hours for an easy brake chamber . Don't get me wrong, I appreciate them for taking me in and helping but telling me I have to wait 2-3 hours and turning out to be 8-9 is absolutely not okay. I would have gone to another shop around the area if they had told me it would take 8-9 hours. Thanks to this shop I had to take a charge because I could not delivered the load in time. I would never EVER recommend this shop to anyone. Absolutely ridiculous how they treat their customers and have the most laziest mechanics in this WORLD.

Our truck has been "worked" on by them for off and on for 4 months straight. It was in the shop more than we actually had it on the road. Each time we picked the truck up within the following 72 hours it broke down AGAIN with another problem, half the time related to what they just worked on. We spent over 23k dollars in the past 4 months with them on our current motor for them to just come back and say now that the truck needs a brand new motor for an additional 30k dollars!!!! Tried to make things right with corporate and they refused. Would not recommend. Will be contacting BBB, seeking legal help, and spreading word of mouth what happened to us. Good luck if you decide to take your trucks here.

Fuel pumps suck for trucks. Key pads are always down and nobody on truck side to help. Pumps have no pressure and the air compressor never works. I won't be getting fuel again I'll wait till I get to a pilot. I'll stop for a break, coffee, bathroom and showers.

It never fails when you take your truck in for service they mess up at least 1 more thing and it takes double to triple the time it was suppose to be!! We just picked up truck and now got to turn around and take it right back for something that was fine when we took it in the first place. I do NOT recommend this place!! We have had our truck for 1 year and it has been in the shop over half that time!!Wendy Littrell

Years ago I wasn't a fan They were very hard to work with I don't know if they got new management or what but they've been much more friendly and easy to work with over the last couple of years

DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO THIS LOCATION...IF YOU VALUE YOUR TRUCK....I REPEAT ...DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO THIS LOCATION....I WENT IN WITH AN OIL LEAK AND CAME OUT WITH ISSUES IT NEVER HAD BEFORE....THEY CUT CABLES ON MY FAN CLUTCH AND MESSED UP MY A/C I CALL THEM AND THEY SAY THAT I MUST PAY FOR ANY REPAIRS....REALLY?YOU MESSED MY TRUCK AND I HAVE TO PAY?YEAH RIGHT...SEE YOU IN COURT!
