I bought a 2016 Chrysler town and country for 4300 from here. When we got it home the alternator went bad in the same day we handed money over. I called the car lot and they were very gracious. They ordered me a new alternator with no issues. Now that the alternator is on the van drives perfectly! Great customer service easy to work with just a great bunch of people! I will for sure be buying my next vehicle from them in the future!

Gave 9k and needs a motor in two weeks. No trade to get back so completely ripped off 9k with screw you to my family of ten. Never even said thank you after paying. What goes around comes around. Pray for y'all poor souls and any like you. As far as buying from hear y'all probably better off going to the junk yard and putting one together at least it will do what you paid for it to. Then of course that's what they do. Slipped in the arbitration so I can't sue with all the others they have robbed. They shouldn't be allowed to sell hot wheels toys. It's bad when you have to keep yourself from being a criminal doing something to one getting away with robbing you. What you took from me you will loose more. While God will bless me with more than you stole. All the fake five stars, noticed how they respond to them and how old they are. Had the engine replacement. Still would give them negative stars.

I bought my car here and come to find out it needs a new engine They said there was nothing wrong with the car. they are not truthful.

Can't complain, it's a struggle sometimes to find a budget friendly vehicle to fit a family but I felt fine with the gentleman at this business. We first spoke on messenger, I later pulled up, he brought us the keys and left us to it. No hassle, simple communication, told us about the vehicle openly on what he knew about it and just straight up helped us out. They also offer a short term insurance if your weary of buying "as is" . Their are two sides of every story when it comes to low rated reviews and I flat out asked him about them to which he gave more than reasonable responses. I would shop with them again. We were complimented with a "wow!" By some lady at the gas station after purchasing. That really makes ya feel good. Thanks southern comfort auto sales. NEWS FLASH FOLKS, they don't have to tell you they are a car lot on messenger. You need to figure that out yourself.

Found the car on Facebook Marketplace. It appeared that the car was for sale by a private individual. Found out that it was actually a used car lot. We had an appointment to look at the car at 2:40 pm after talking with owner for two days. We got to the lot at 2:15 to look at the car. The car nor the owner were no where to be found. After texting the owner we received a text at 2:26 that he had sold the car at 2:25. After we text back that we were at the lot before that, he blocked us. After reading other reviews, it seems that this is a common practice with this person. As others have said, run, don t walk .. Better yet, don t even go there in the first place.. It also seems kind of odd and misleading that their own on-site mechanic can post a 5 star review of the place that he works!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Bought a car from here and it broke down two days later.. got it towed to a mechanic and they said it jumped time and needs a whole new motor which would cost more than what I paid for the car. The mechanic also says they knew before they sold it it was a terrible car and took advantage of me. They did nothing to help us out beside give me back my original car that I traded in so I would have something to drive for my kids but I still have to pay the whole price of the car that doesn't even work. Sorry excuse for a business I can't believe they would do somebody like this. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Rude and unethical behavior! I ve been in contact with them all day trying to work out a time to see a truck they had available and told them as soon as my nephew could come look with me I would be there. Which would have been later today or tomorrow. I kept them abreast and got back with them as soon as I knew which day and they had marked as sold. I wouldn t have spent my day jumping through hoops if they would have let me know someone else was looking or already coming to see it. When I expressed my disappointment their response was you received notification when it was sold. If their products reflect their ethics steer clear!

I was very happy with the way that I greeted and treated.I went there to look at a car and the Lady gave me the keys , the Blazer had. Plenty of gas to drive anywhere.I liked it and when I told her, she went right to work on working on a deal to please me. She was so fair and listen to me.Very Happy.. with the deal.

Bought a van from this dealer In March. They advertise no lights showing on their vehicles but what I found out from my mechanic is they cover the engine light. I was told that the shaft had been replaced but they used one from junkyard and it was installed incorrectly. The owner advertise himself as a honest minister and say he will not like or rip anyone off. Also had trouble getting tag at DMV because he put the wrong vin number on paperwork. Do not and I repeat Do Not Buy A Car from theses people. The van oil was slug when I had the oil change. Had motor flushed twice but could not save the engine. Scammers and born crooks. Avoid this place and people. Believe that !!!

My paperwork was getting processed for a truck they had for sale and the bank called for verification, all of a sudden the truck had been sold within an hour. I informed someone that I wanted to purchase it 24 hours in advance. Back to square 1.

Do not purchase a vehicle from thesr people they do not have a real mechanic to inspect vehicles and we have not seen a title for a car we paid cash for since December 08 2022 take your money else where

He sales as is... So don't expect if you spend several thousand on a car there and the next day the car don't run that he's going to do anything about it. He will block your number..

Worse car dealership ever they like to rip people off and saleing bad cars and do nothing about it but make excuses, I'm filing a suit against them and will handle this in court I have all my evidence , but do not buy a car from these scammers you will be disappointed and chea is so unprofessional I do not reccomend going to this place at all.

Had a wonderful experience here great staff awesome owner just an all-around good place to go for all your auto need I hear they even got a great on-site mechanic who can fix anything except a broken heart

I lost a day of work because I was going to look for a truck it turned out that the air conditioning did not work and it was spilling oil they lie about the cars

I saw a car and called a person to help me with the purchase. Then other people came to see the car and sold it to them even though I was present at the dealer and not even out of courtesy did they ask me if I wanted it, rude, bad educated.....Vi un auto y llame a una persona para que me ayudar� en la compra.En eso llegaron otras personas a ver el carro y se lo vendieron a ellos aunque yo estaba presente en el dealer y ni por cortesia me preguntaron si yo lo quer�a groseros mal educados.....
