First off let me say this dealership is hands down the BEST Harley dealership i have ever stepped foot in. My salesman TJ was not pushy didn t try and sell anything but showed me exactly what i explained i wanted and helped me through the process with the deal and the GM and Sales managers were amazing also. The steps they took to make sure i was comfortable throughout the process and the steps they were willing to take to get my deal done was amazing. The f&i guy was amazing as well, Didn t push to sell anything but with good detail explaining all the plans they offer for maintenance and protection! All and all the absolute best time and best experience!! TJ is a great guy and very professional and knowledgeable! 1000/10 Recommend this dealership!!!!

Redstone is the BEST dealership in my opinion. My salesman Eazy was very attentive to what I wanted and even challenged my over zealousness at times, which I genuinely appreciated. He was not pushy and didn t try to sell me on various bikes or anything, he listened and helped me throughout the deal, even after they d closed for over 3 hours. Eazy knows his bikes, is very professional and knowledgeable on needs vs wants. If you want a relaxing experience and smooth transaction I recommend Eazy at Redstone HD.

I just purchased (2023-10-07) a new FLHTKANY Ultra Limited from Redstone Harley Davidson in Madison, AL. We worked with the salesman named Derek. Derek was very professional and answered all our questions. That man deserves a raise cause we had allot of question. A 10 out of 10 is what I would rate him. In fact all the staff there was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great experience for not only myself, but also my wife and kids. Staff is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. First time purchasing a bike and I would highly recommend to anybody to see Big Rob. Rob answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to welcome not only myself but also my family. Rob made sure I left with the right bike.

Bought a RG3 and love it. The service I received was excellent and the Riding academy I attended was none other than excellent. Our coaches were so patient, knowledgeable and made sure we ALL understood the assignments before doing them. Would HIGHLY recommend

New to riding. Had tons of questions and eager to learn. TJ and Cole couldn't have given me a better experience. Nothing left unanswered. I'm now proudly a part of the Harley nation and left with a more than satisfied experience. If you're ever in the Northern Alabama area and are looking for great customer service and welcome arms, go to Redstone Harley Davidson off Hwy 20. You won't find a better experience. Hats off to TJ and Cole both. New ride too.

TJ and Joker were very helpful in the process of deciding which bike was best for me. I'm a beginner and wanted a not so beginner bike. They listed the pros and cons of each and were primarily focused on safety over a bigger sell. They gave us time in deciding and didn't stay on us to choose right then. The fact they were more focused on my safety than their pockets made it a phenomenal experience. Thanks so much for making this an enjoyable experience. Great group out at Redstone H-D! Spent a day out there and left with my first Harley - all day with no pressure , just plenty of enthusiasm and knowledge. Sales team was friendly and Joker gets 5 stars for knowledge and patience ;) Great experience and welcome into Harley-Davidson.

My wife and I made an appointment to take a new 2023 Harley Davidson Tri Glide for a test ride. After collaborating with Joker, an extremely knowledgeable salesperson, we realized that this was not necessarily the best fit for us. After multiple test rides on a wide range of bikes, we settled on a 2023 Freewheeler for my wife and a certified used 2018 Deluxe for me. Joker helped us through every stage of the purchasing process up to and including the final fit of a couple extra options we purchased. A first-class experience from beginning to end. We love our bikes and will definitely return to Redstone Harley Davidson.

Extremely happy with this dealership! I went to look at bikes and ended up finding one I ended up buying. TJ helped me find a good bike within my budget and showed me the ropes, and let me test ride. AJ (A-a-ron) helped me with all the financing as well as answered all my questions about it. Definitely give Redstone Harley a chance if you're in the market!

My brother went up and purchased a Harley, after he was done he put me in contact with the salesman he used, talked to him for about a week told him what I was looking to pay monthly and how much down I was willing to give. Went up there this past Saturday he had one pulled out for me to show, which was a 2023 street glide, slick bike for sure. It was definitely a pleasure working with the guy would definitely recommend if you re looking to buy a Harley and you go to Redstone Harley ask for Big Rob Showers!

Showed up to do some browsing and take a test ride and had an absolute blast. Big Rob was super kind and patient with me. He answered a thousand million questions that I had. We never stopped laughing the whole time. While I didn t ride away with a Harley, after meeting Big Rob and the rest drive, I ll be back. I don t think I ve ever had as great of an experience at a dealership because of him. Get that man a beer!!

Great sales team and staff. They really make you feel welcome and part of the Harley family. The sale and paperwork started near closing time on a Saturday but the whole team stayed an hour over to take part in the celebration of my first Harley purchase. They have called a couple of times in the past week just to check in and make sure I m still happy with my purchase and their service. Excellent place of business.

Had a roaring noise when leaning right or left. Went on for several months to get my bike fixed and 3,000 dollars. First it was the the air ride shocks I had on it. putting to much tension on the belt. Put new shocks on still did not fix problems. Well it's got to be back tire they said.. They was nearly 100%. Put new back tire on still did not fix problems. Finally had to take bike to another shop to get it fixed.

They're always nice and friendly, but bikes are kinda over priced. Maybe I'll change my mind after my next bike deal.After my latest bike purchase I need to change my mind. They gave me a great deal on a 2024 CVO road glide, and that's not an easy thing to say as expensive as CVOs have gotten. Thanks to all the staff that made this happen!!!

I've bought 4 bikes here and had great experiences every time. I recently took my bike in for service and they did an amazing job correcting all of the things that I had messed up at my house. Unfortunately there were a couple of pretty big issues but they communicated well and often and got me back on the road safely.

Bought a new HD at Redstone HD in Nov 2023. I took it in for the 1000 mile oil change that was recommended. I was at the dealership less than 2 hours and the oil change cost me 601.34404.91 labor cost for less than 90 minutes in the shop. All i can say is WOW you better ask questions before you let them hit you with this unacceptable cost

Great class. Very good instructors. A must for a beginner. Also very good for experienced riders like myself. Learned some better techniques for me to practice. The motorcycles were a bit awkward due the foot peg location and spacing between the shifting lever. The rear brake was the same way. Too close to the pegs.
