Polaris is the worst place to work. Management treat employees like dogs and they don t know how to conduct themselves in a professional manner and will talk to you in a disrespectful way. It s supposed to be a teamwork environment, but the supervisors will see you struggling and will walk right passed you and not even ask if you need help, but watch while you struggle to get off the board. It s every man for themselves in this place. During orientation they will lie and tell you that you only work 8 hours but honestly you will work 10 hours, 7 days a week, with no days off to rest. Then wanna fire you because your body is overworked and next thing you know you re in the hospital or you pass out on the line. Polaris has the highest turnover rate because they don t value their employees the way they should be valued. They have fights break out on the production floor because you report an issue to the supervisor, but they will do nothing about it until it s too late to address the situation. The operators don t care about what they are doing either and will let the unit go down the line without fully completing their job. This company only care about how many units you can build in 8 hours and most of the time they re not even built correctly and then sent out to customers with issues. This place has poor communication skills as well. Please save yourself the trouble and find somewhere that values the work that you do and that values you as an employee cause in all my years in manufacturing I ve never seen a place ran so poorly. There is a lack of respect in all areas here, management play favorites, and will throw you under the bus. HR doesn t return your phone calls or respond to your emails and when you call you sent straight to voicemail. When you value and respect people then people will respect you and value what they do. They do not treat people fairly or with appreciation for the hard work and long hours that you put into the job. The supervisors are disrespectful and they look for any reason to fire you. If production is slow or an issue happens to where the lines can t run the supervisors will send people home but somehow you ll get a point for something that was out of your control and don t ask to get it fixed cause it s a headache HR won t fix it and neither will the supervisor and you ll have points against you that you didn t earn and it won t ever get fixed and next thing you know you getting fired for points you shouldn t have in the first place. Then they expect each line to produce 110 units per night while being short staffed, operators working more than one station, or the Group Leader trying to train, work a station, call for parts, and run that zone, but they expect you to get off the board under 3 mins. But they hire people in supervisor positions that don t know how to operate the line so they re no help to production because they don t know how to operate any stations. It s sad cause you re at work more than you re at home and to be treated disrespectfully goes against the RTC2 standards that they love to preach about so it s a complete double standard. Y all need to stop lying on these reviews because this is not a great place to work, period.

I m an OTR truck driver, If I could give this place -5 stars i would! I have never dealt with such rude people. The woman in the receiving dept was so disgustingly RUDE! Polaris should be embarrassed employing people like this! I understand we all have issues, bad days, and it s close to the holidays BUT you re in a position working with the public, act accordingly and like a grown woman! Polaris Tanner Al..

I purchased a new 2018 Polaris sportsman 110 for my little girl all of 60 lbs two days after her riding it she put maybe 10 miles and it quite the engine had black thick tar stuff in it we took it to the dealer they said it had been road really hard. Thing is she did not ride it hardly at all. So they cleaned it up I guess When we got it back it started burning oil like nobody s business. I mean I had to put oil in it every time she rode it..I ve since replaced every component on the thing and had to rework the rear end The way it s put together it wears to much on the tubes so I installed tapered axil bearings which gives it support in all directions instead of the sealed ones that only work in one direction now the front wheel knuckles have sheered off at the hub at $134. A piece. The left one broke off while she was riding luckily she didn t get hurt. I paid for the part put it together and 3 months later the right one broke she dam ne er broke her neck when the front wheel breaks away from the atv and is still attached by the break cable the tire and wheel lays flat on the ground almost catapulting the rider over the handle bar not cool. If it was me I would never buy another Polaris you couldn t give me one for free I would not allow it on my property. Polaris doesn t back their products or their part. All of the 110 EFI products need to be recalled before some kid gets killed

Horrible place to work, If you have covid thats your only excuse. Any other sickness isnt excused, face can b as red as an apple and 101.2 fever, SINCE ITS NOT COVID THEY STILL WANT YOU TO WORK ! Team leads, and the management is horrible, unacceptable. They do not even deserve 1 star. Nothing but fans blowing hot air, barley enough fans on the line.. As long as you make Polaris money the don t care ab you & wonder why many people quit. Polaris stays hiring. I have strep throat & they still wanted me to work and you can clearly see that i have strep throat too. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WORKING HERE ! !

One if the worst places in Alabama to work they treat their employees like they're disposable they tell you you're doing a great and you have one bad day and it's the end of the world the supervisors are liars and trash they tell you if you hit a certain number you can go home on time and admit later they lied they're rude and I'm not sure how anyone is still working at this plant they need a whole new staff it's disgusting I'd give negative stars if I could

Do not work here the management is horrible. You never know when you re getting off. Because of the position some people are in they treat you any kind of way and if you try to stand up for yourself you ll get fired. They deserve 0 stars. No one cares about your health. If you tell someone something it will go around the whole warehouse the next minute. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Speaking as a truck driver only I ve never been here before. You walk into your little driver cage. No instruction on what to do, or if someone will come to you. No bell or buzzer. Everyone literally ignores you you bust your butt to deliver these units in all weather and away from family for weeks at a time only to be ignored LITERALLY in front of your face. And I am 6 10 so, can t miss me. I signed it myself saying where the 5 star guard told me to drop it (she was great) and left them a copy on a clip board. Unprofessional to a T. So that being said, I wouldn t want to work for them.

If your brokers tells you that this is morning appointment live unload, he's lying. They only live unload on 2nd and 3rd shift by appointment only. You come here in the morning for live unload , you'll have to drop your trailer in their 300+ trailer lot for up to 24hrs! Never again!

Be ready to wait, and do not think about showing up before your appointment time.All these docks yet i have to sit here, it only takes 15 to 20 mins to unload a truck but they take 3 hours.

If you don't won't your integrity in question please do not work here. They Pto pay less then your hourly wage. You will be just a number at this place. Make sure to check your hours because They will mess up your check. I would give it 0 stars but I had to do 1 just to make this post!!! If you have a doctor excuse you will still take a point. They only excuse covid. The people and the job are cool. Management is the problem. They are greedy to make them money but have no respect for your time and family. You will spend more time at work than you will with your family.

Security guard was very nice and helpful. My delivery was not live load. Had to drop the trailer and pickup empty trailer. Make sure you find out before you come here if its drop or live load. My dispatcher told me its live load they didn't know. If your delivery drop you have to wait don't know how long if your company doesn't have empty trailer here.

These reviews had me nervous but arrived at 0740 for an 0800 appointment. Checked in, backed into dock after sliding tandems, took paperwork in, had 61 skids unloaded, slid tandems forward, and was pulling out the gate by 0830. Also everyone was very friendly. I'd be a happy trucker if every place was this quick and friendly!

Not a great place to work for if you want any type of life for yourself and if you thank they will take it easy on you cause you are new that is not the case at all. Doherty staffing also hasn t paid me for my first day kinda disappointed in that as well.

I have had the pleasure to interact with the administration and plant manager on numerous occasions. They are ALWAYS focused on improvements. I have had a few ideas and they have always listened. I was born on Redstone Arsenal and Huntsville-Madison has always been my home and I am take pride that are here.

Great place to work. Love the hours and associates there.Managment treats everyone equally and as a human being. It is a new location and making new products so it's not always steady,so don't hold high expectations about everything going perfect, there is always different changes .Always expect to be early or on time,no tolerance for lateness. Would highly recommend anyone to work here!

Unethical and very vindictive leadership at this site and company. No work life balance and they treat you like the dirt underneath fecal matter. A word of advice:Don t get sickDon t get injured personally or work related (leadership frowns on supporting an employee if they are out due to an injury or medical condition)Don t ask for time offDon t expect to have weekends offThey sacrifice their people for the numbers and that is all the way up to corporate.If you try to help with recommendations to solve issues you become the isolated red-headed stepchild.If you are part of the GM ole buddy system, you can do anything you want and not receive any corrective actions. So much unethical, workplace violence, and code of conduct violations and HR is part of the issue for cover ups.This was and could have been the premiere company to work for in Huntsville but the corporate execs have let this go to shambles.

Don't risk it! Whatever they promise you. It's not worth the long term effects to your health. Cancer causing agents such as Argon and other gases are released and used throughout the facility. There even to cheap to provide lighting- Poor ventilation, Delivery trucks racing about, its ridiculous.

Newer seen place like the.20 hours and still not unloaded.Worst delivery in my life. HOPE MANAGEMENT SEES DRIVERS REVIEW. Don't haul for the factory, 20 hours waiting is minimum

Was told they would be waiting for me to laod me . Got here at 8:40 pm. They called me back after sitting on the road for 4 hours to back on a door. Another hour and a half 2am theu come to tell me to drop my trailer because they messed up the paperwork and wont be able to fix it until 7am ! My clock is all screwed up now

The people are rude and unprofessional. They never tell you what time you're getting off. The team leads and supervisors never act like they don't know anything and they have no communication what so ever. They have no respect for their employees.
