Excellent customer service! I use to rent from Uhaul, but then I decided to give Penske a try. I have to say, I do not regret one bit renting a Penske truck. The staff at this location was very professional, truck rental was $100 cheaper than with uhaul, trucks seem to run and drive a lot better, the newer trucks have safety features built in such as crash alert and lane departure alert, trucks are much cleaner. Let me not forget, the check out and in process is a whole lot easier and quicker as well. Thank you Penske for a great experience during such a stressful time of my life. I would highly recommend them!
