Our car was making a noise that they diagnosed and my husband was told $656. He said ok do it. At pick up they charged our card $788 and said there was nothing they could do because the manager wasn t there. We tried to contact the right people in other ways and have been unsuccessful. On top of this, my husband got in the car and drove off and the issue had not even been fixed. I feel like if they had driven it any distance after their repairs they would have quickly known as well. So not only did our issue not get resolved, they got one over on us by overcharging us and refusing to refund the $132 difference in what was quoted and charged. The bank can t do anything because there was not a written quote. We basically got one expensive brake job and will still owe another shop to actually repair what we went in for to begin with. 0/5 stars if possible but here s a 1 star because it s all I can do. Would never recommend.

The main mechanic was great and the receptionist had a great attitude however I dropped my car off at 10:00 with only two cars ahead of me. I came back an hr and half later and 2 more vehicles were being serviced and my vehicle was in the same spot. If it weren't for this I would give a strong 4 1/2 rating. I was at the location in Madison Blvd

Real late posting this: but Britney had helped me out last month. Dealership had my car for a week and couldn't find any problems with it saying my car was fine but I was still having issues. They were really good at doing a full inspection telling me what the dealership didn't tell me. Haven't had any issues since. Recommended to them to friends and family. Will definitely be coming here again.

The customer service ( Brittney and Joey) was outstanding and the service was efficient and fast! They got me in on a Sunday on my way back to Atlanta. It was the fastest oil change I have ever experienced! Great job!

I recommend this Mavis location to anyone who wants genuinely fast and friendly service. Micah answered when I called and needed a tire replaced due to a nail puncture. He clearly communicated my options and offered advice, but made sure I knew the decision was ultimately mine. He never tried to push additional services on me or sway me to buy a more expensive tire. I thought I d be without a way to work in the morning from dropping my car off and waiting most of the day for repairs, but he offered for me to just go ahead and bring it in at 7pm, when they close at 8:30. I ve never had an auto shop work me in that quick, and offer service that close to closing time. I definitely recommend this place.

The staff at Mavis tire are friendly, & knowledgeably.. They took time to explain some of the different options without being pushy. I am very happy with their services and plan to take all my family vehicles to them for tires, alignment, and oil changes.

Excellent service done well, done right, done fast. Honest and Fair pricing, very competitive. Warm and Wonderful, thoughtful, kind, helpful people. What's not to love? I highly recommend this location for any auto service.

I had a blowout on my utility trailer drivers side tire. I showed up at their store near closing time. I was treated with professional and courteous treatment. I bought a tire and had it mounted on my rim in less than a half hour. The tire was reasonably priced and it was of much better quality than the existing tire.Thank you Mavis for the great service.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! These guys were so accommodating to fix our flat on a Sunday afternoon right before closing. We were traveling through Huntsville and thought we avoided a metal pole on the interstate. Not so lucky! The screw punctured our tire and it was leaking quickly. Thanks to these wonderful, professional gentlemen we were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this business!

Took my truck for an alignment as a walk in Micah waited on me told me 1 hour wait time. Tyler had the truck on the rack within 5 minutes and came back and told me I did not need an alignment. They had me back on the road with no charge within minutes. Cannot say enough about their honesty and integrity.

I highly recommend Mavis for your car needs! This auto mechanic shop went above and beyond my expectations! Micah was very professional, very knowledgeable, while also providing great prices. If I should need any additional maintenance or service to my vehicle, I will definitely return to this shop! 10/10, would highly recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! I came in near closing time because of a flat tire. They were extremely nice and even stayed a little bit after closing time to patch it for me. I ve never had better customer service from any other tire store than this one. I didn t catch their names but they definitely deserve a raise.

I highly recommed this location for service. The people here are genuine, down-to-earth, good people who offer an honest service for an honest price. They are willing to listen, open and kind towards inquiry, and willing to facilitate an understanding. I am happy to say I have found my go-to! Thanks guys!4/16/24Back again for a flat tire and all still rings true! Their customer service truly goes above and beyond! These guys rock!

Had shabby work done. Had discs and brake pads installed. As we left, we heard a clanking noise, so we went back. Turns out the incomitant technician left a c-clamp hanging on the tire rod. Just had to have rework done. New discs and brake pads. Disc's were cracked. Where told it was the mechanic didn't put bolts on. Incomitant work!!!!

Micah and Brittany took great care of me. In addition to getting 2 tires I had to get 1 stud and nut. They offered me the best service, pricing and even gave me a lift up the street. I will be back again!

Micah and Tyler provided excellent customer service on my visit. They explained in detail what they would do to diagnose my cars problem and did it all with a smile. I'll definitely visit the Madison location again.

These guys are great, as soon as I pulled in before I could get inside the store the technician walked by my car and recognized that I had a screw in my tire. So when I walked in he said you need a flat repair, and I was surprised he was so observant that he could tell what I needed. And they saw I had a Seahawks sticker and the manager is a Seahawks fan the technician told me, so these guys are a fav. Got me in and out.

I attempted to get a quote for a specific part and labor. The lady told me that I would have to bring the vehicle in to get a quote, which means I would have to pay for a tow just get a quote. While explaining that, I got a couple of sarcastic "mhmm"'s and was hung up on. I called back and spoke to another gentleman that was pleasant and tried to explain my situation to him and also speak to a supervisor, and then the same rude lady from before took the phone from him and said she needed the vehicle tag and info for a quote and also asked "Well how was you gonna get the car here in the first place?", which is much different from having to bring my car to the shop for a quote and paying for a tow just for a quote is not wise. I obliged, got a quote, thanked her for her help and got more rude and sarcastic behavior from her. At the the end of the day, I was trying to compare prices between different shops. Mavis ended up being much cheaper than the other shop that my vehicle was at, which would have earned my business if not for your rude employee. You get what you pay for I guess.

Told to get a five-star rating for a discount on my tires. Now that the whole ordeal is finished, I can comfortably say that three of which were not deserved.Purchased 3 tires (235/40/r18, all but front driver's side), they were installed about an hour later. Drove off thinking nothing of it, until my TPMS light started blinking at me. Went back the next day to get the sensors relearned thinking they just weren't connected to my ECU, and drove off again. That didn't fix it. Went back for a third time, and was then told that the light is going to stay on because "it was reading the tread" (that was literally the entire explanation). So I drove off frustrated.Couple hours go by, and some genius in a white Kia Telluride cuts me off. I slam on the brakes, and my ABS locks only the front passenger side wheel, almost pushing me into the curb. I pull over and only then realize that the 3 tires installed are all 235/45/r18's (my front driver's side is a 235/40/r18). Small difference in tire profile, but enough to have my drive wheels spinning at different speeds (terrible for your differential btw).Went back and asked for a manager (I tried my best not to be a Karen), and showed him my receipt which showed the correct tire size I ordered.He was very apologetic, and professional about the entire situation (I wish I could give only him a 5 star review), and made my car the next in line to get serviced.Recap: purchased 3 tires, incorrect size was installed. No one could figure out the very obvious mistake, until I almost kissed the curb on University.Only go here if you're okay with double checking someone else's work.

Worst car servicing experience I ve ever had. I came in for just a brake and rotor job on my rear brakes and ended up sitting there for upwards of 4 hours. The wrong parts were sent for my rotors and all. A brake job should never take 4-5 hours especially on only rear brakes. Extremely displeased. If you need brakes, go elsewhere. They don t know what they re doing.

On the way home today I ran over an object in the road which resulted in an unrepairable flat tire. Pulled into Mavis Madison AL and explained the situation. The service person took a look and then Micah explained where the damage was and that it could not be repaired. He did a fabulous job searching for and finding a replacement tire. I ve traded at Mavis for several years and Micah is the BEST customer rep I ve encountered. Great experience.

Installed new headlights on my Jeep. There was a bit of confusion over the appointment, but Joey straightened it out quickly. Joey also did the work on the Jeep and did a great job. Very professional group.
