Madison Locksmith & Safe responded to our call and communicated with us through the dispatching process. Even during a winter storm and icy roads first thing in the morning, our locksmith arrived timely and was courteous and extremely professional in getting us into our residence within minutes!

Very sweet and professional! Needed to fix a cash drawer key for work that broke into 2 pieces. Was in and out in about 5 or so minutes. Will Definitely go back and recommend if anyone needs any locksmith services.

Awesome service, Guy was out to help me in under half an hour and got my lock rekeyed in about 5 minutes. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you need a locksmith.

What a great service, keys have been cut with high precision. I trust them to work out any issues I have. Very gentle and professional. Priced well, right below what Lowes and HomeD usualy charges, you don't have to wait in line. Great store, located behind thrift mart. I highly recommend them!!!

These guys were absolutely amazing! They arrived so fast after I locked my keys in the car. They quickly unlocked my car without any problems. They were so nice and did a wonderful job! Would highly recommend them!

Absolutely wonderful service!! I had locked my keys and phone in my car and had to be at work within the next hour. I called them and they got to me in less than 10 minutes and unlocked my car in less than 3! Relieved a lot of my stress, and they have such reasonable pricing.Thank you so much! This is the first locksmith I have ever had to use and I am very impressed!

On my birthday of all days I accidentally left my key on my passenger seat. I called multiple places and was told either they don't service my area or it was going to start out at $60+ and wasn't going to happen anytime soon. My coworker and I found this place, called, and within 15 minutes, I had someone actually at my work place unlocking my car. Didn't take more than 5 minutes and I had my key back in my hands. Thank you SO much, I appreciate it greatly. You guys saved my day!

I come here when I need extra keys, AND when I provide my own blanks, since so few businesses stock motorcycle keys. Their service is usually immediate, their prices for key cutting are lower than they should be, and they are friendly and quick to laugh. The last time I went, the man even offered to test the two keys in my motorcycle to make sure they worked!A really good place to do business.
