Got both my front bearings changed. They left off one of the main bolts on one of my brake calipers. They also mangled the sheet metal housing for my brakes. I will make sure never to recommend that anyone gets work done by them. The damage to my vehicle and missing bolt show they rush and do not care about the customer.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Madison Automotive. I have trusted their service on 4 of my vehicles and they stand behind all work that they perform. It is a 3rd generation family owned business and it may very well be the best and most reliable automotive garage in the Madison area. They provide honest service, their rates seem to be competitive, they are competent and provide a relatively quick turnaround on all of the vehicles they have serviced for me.

After taking my Charger to several auto repair shops in Huntsville and paying ridiculous amounts of money without getting the issues fixed, I was referred to Madison Automotive by a friend. Jason and his team fixed several issues and I had my car back on the road in a short period of time. They broke down my invoices from must be replaced to things that can wait a little longer. I appreciate the honesty and reasonable cost considering what was needed. Madison Automotive is the only repair shop that has my business and I'm referring everyone I know that if they're having auto issues, give Madison Automotive a call and they'll take care of it quickly without costing you an arm and a leg. 5 stars guaranteed.

Jason and his team are top notch. I've taken my vehicle to Madison Automotive twice now, both times they have repaired my vehicle quickly, satisfactory and at a reasonable price. They are truly outstanding people that do outstanding work.

So I was charged $258 and change for a simple diagnostic check for my transmission . The owners proceeds to telling me over the phone that they don't work on CVT transmissions which is what my Nissan has but he knew that beforehand and he still went ahead and did the diagnostic and charged me which the dealerships and everywhere else doesn't even charge half that amount if it isn't free at all. I do not recommend anyone going here unless they want to get robbed just for a diagnostics check that you can go down the street and get done for free. They will also bad mouth the competition to try to manipulate you into using their mediocre service

Jason fixed my rear brakes in one day! The brakes were worn down and he was able to get me in and out. I found this place from a Facebook recommendation and glad i stopped by. I will use them for future car issues! Highly recommend this business!

Surprised to be asked to pay two hours of labor (nearly $300) for diagnostic fee. Not sure why so much higher than other places, $100 more than dealership. Would have expected a call before spending so much time on a diagnostic. Cannot speak to work completed, but would not return, didn t feel great about our experience.

Very professional and helpful, and friendly. Great repair job. Better said, "outstanding"!I am from Nevada and I was stressed about who I was going to trust with my car's needed repairs. Did online research of repair shops in the surrounding area, and Huntsville. Thank goodness I choose this shop!

If I could post zero stars I would do that. The owner was very rude. He didn't fix my car. He tried to charge me exorbitant prices for a diagnostic. I had to call the police just to get the guy to give me the car back for the original price of 288 $. This guy will try and scam you if you let him. Keep any correspondence you have with him and don't trust him.

Jason and Rebecca run a terrific automotive shop! A true old school, do things right by the customer, and long term success will follow kind of business. Ive witnessed him treat his employees like families and clients like old friends. Been there twice now. Went initially because they are big supporters of my son's sports team. The owners Jason and Rachel were actually onsite and talked with me for 20 minutes! The work performed was fast, high quality, and resonably priced. I even met their son who is learning the trade. I've been doing business with Madison Automotive for 22 years when they came highly recommended by a coworker at the time. They're honest, fair and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether it's my newer car or an old clunker one of my kids are driving, they'll tell you what has to be done now versus what should be done versus what can wait if you need to. I love Madison Automotive -- Jason and his crew always take care to fix exactly what's wrong with my car and not fix a bunch of stuff that doesn't need fixing like a lot of the repair shops. He has worked on my Chevy Suburban, Toyota Four Runner, and my Toyota Highlander. They give you an estimate up front and perform enough analysis to confirm the true nature of the issue and the cost of the repair. When he tells you a time that it will be done by, you can count on it. Jason and his team are the best! I recently bought a 65 Mustang that was not in great conditon mechanically. He kept for 9 weeks, making it "road-worthy." Ron did most of the work. It needed a lot of mechanical and electronic work done. Very challenging, but they never gave up. I'm so pleased with the work they did! Great communication, always professional. Thanks to Jason, Ron, Rebecca, and Zeus. You folks are the best in town!!!

Horrible charged 230 dollars to look at the car and over shot the quote to do the job said it would be almost 1400$ towed it to another shop and got it did for 400$

Great Locally owned & run business. Friendly family atmosphere. Everyone goes out of there way to make you feel important and taken care of. They all go above & beyond and quota's to Troy for going even more above and beyond to work on the weekend to finish up a job that didn't get quite finished on Friday as I had hoped. Highly recommend them !

Jason Ezell and his team are the very best! What you look for in a highly competent, independent dealer. They can work on F350 Super Duty trucks to the tiny gas sippers and everything in-between.If your vehicle is out of warranty don't default to your local dealership and pay outrageous costs for repairs. Let Jason and his team go to work on your vehicle, it'll be fixed right the first time and you'll save $$$ too.And when you go by, don't forget to say Hello to "Zeus". You'll want a pic with Zeus before you go too!
