Sydney was extremely helpful in showing me different units for comparison and pricing. The facility is very clean and easy to navigate. I was very pleased with my experience.

I was moving from out of state and needed to confirm my identity. Ms. Shannon was so kind and understood that sometimes you move on a weekend and her business wasn t open on a Sunday. She listened to my predicament patiently and offered me a suggestion that worked for my needs. She even warned me about the current weather conditions that affected the property as I m currently pregnant. She was able to take care of me fully after a quick email. With customer service like this, I just know I ll have no problems renting from this location of Life Storage.

The store manager, Shannon, was so pleasant, helpful and friendly. The storage facility is clean and secured. Overall, I am happy to use the facility.

The rental process was phenomenal, thorough, and efficient. The units were clean with more than sufficient lighting. Facility is modern and grounds are well-maintained. My introduction to the staff upon arrival to the facility was very pleasant and seamless. I had the most fortunate opportunity to meet Michelle Woods, the District Manager, who was training a new office personnel and both were gracious and helpful. Each new unit came with a new lock in a welcome bag in the individual storage units in case it is needed. I already owned locks and therefore, they promptly refunded me the costs. I purchased 3 large units all at once and am very happy with my choice of this facility. I highly recommend this property. They are indeed a dream team of professionals.

I rented a unit at the County Line location at the end of November 2023. My rate more than doubled in just over 30 days, and I was never notified of this increase. This is an unacceptable business practice as there are plenty of other storage companies in the areas that I could have used. I will be vacating this unit on Saturday. If you are considering a storage unit, learn from my misfortune with Life Storage and ask about rate increases...buyer beware!

Renting online was very easy and the follow up phone call to make sure everything went ok was reassuring. When we arrived, the building was easily accessible and the cart was a big bonus. I would recommend using this facility 100%.

Excellent location. The security cameras look to be everywhere and pointed at everything. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had a no hassle rent experience.Edit: It has been 6 months, and I am no longer in need of my storage units. We JUST moved everything out without any notice to management, and I already received a call from Ashley today asking if we were finished with our units. They obviously monitor the property. I hope I never have to pay for storage again, but I will not hesitate to use this location if needed.

I m current nearing the end of a very big move and the clerk, Samantha, was very nice, welcoming, and helpful! She was able to help me pick out the right size unit for what I have. I would highly recommend Life Storage!

Rented a small unit while moving out of my home. Facility is nice; maintained well. HOWEVER, I moved my things out with 24 paid days left on the unit and they DO NOT credit the unused time back to you. They keep the FULL months rent. SUGGESTION: Find a facility that charges you for the time that your stuff is kept in the storage unit.
