Con artists. Six months ago my husband started renting a storage unit from this company for $73 a month. Six months later we ve received a notice that the cost is going up to $146 a month. Literally jumped the price to twice as much because of current market conditions. What they re doing is banking on the fact that most people are too busy to be able to go and move an entire storage unit and will pay double instead. Do yourself a favor and find a trustworthy company, because this is not the one.

Working with Callie to secure a storage unit was a dream! She is very professional and efficient, which really calmed my nerves and anxiety over the move! I initially reserved a unit that was too small, and upgrading to a larger unit was easy peazy! Life Storage is making my Life easier!

Good place and great folks. Nice clean large and small storages with bonus outdoor parking storage. Call and speak with the lovely ladies Madison and Whitney today to get a deal on your first month. You won't be dissapointed!

I went in to ask a few questions trying to narrow down my options. The lady at the front desk Whitney, answered all my questions thoroughly. The nicest person I ve meet during this process. I m definitely choosing Life Storage, thank you Whitney!

5 star service ! I have several storage units at this facility. Ms. Madison is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I see her out roaming the facility to ensure it is clean and secure. Units are clean and facility very well maintained. I highly recommend.

Great rates and great service. Brandon in the front office was super helpful and even met us outside when we pulled in with our moving truck to let us in the gate and get us to our unit. His kindness was very much appreciated after the stress of a multi-state move. Highly recommend!

Madison was super helpful and knowledgeable about any questions we had throughout the process. She even walked us around to the storage units so that we could get an understanding of what each size actually looked like in person. Highly recommend!

Shawna is great! She helped me plan my storage move over the course of two months. She helped me determine the size of my unit. She also followed up with me months regarding my move to ensure I was on plan and had a storage reserved. Her customer service, knowledge, management skills, and professionalism deserves 10 stars, but I can only give 5. Great job Shawna!!!!

I was searching for a climate control unit for a few weeks. Extra Space Storage had just the right price in my budget. I am so happy I choose to go with Extra Space Storage. I reserved a unit online and went to the store after work. I was able to get the unit I chose and check out was super easy. The staff is great and received excellent customer service. Brian is a great manager and helped me with all questions I might have had. Just a great experience overall!

The unit itself was less than desireable. We had a couch and a $500 stroller ruined by mold, and the bugs were a bit much...The staff was overly helpful though, especially the store manager Ardeysia. She was super professional and courteous.

Got a mailer today that they are deciding to go up on rates. 10 bucks, 20 bucks nope they are almost doubling my rate from 90 to 162. All while for at least 2 weeks now the gate to get in has been broken.

Efficient, clean, and very user friendly. We ve used them for about a year now and it s always been pleasant. Shawna is a great person to work with!We just moved and Shawna was excellent through the close out process as well. Simple, clean and functional!

Horrible. I've been storing a travel trailer with them since before they were Life Storage. I was reassured when I started with them there were daily lot checks. I went today to find my trailer window shattered and had been so long enough for significant rain to enter and ruin the bed and linens. I'm 100% positive a rock hit the window while the lawn was mowed. The attendant just shrugged their shoulders. I would not recommend this location for storage. There are simply too many other places to choose from in this area.

Very simple sign up process. You can do most of it online before coming in. Brandon is quite courteous and hospitable on the phone & in person. He made sure I was aware of all terms of my month-to-month agreement with Life Storage. Thanks again Brandon

Love the location and staff. Jessica is always very professional and such a delight. She always wears a big smile and is courteous and friendly. I was moving into my unit on a very hot day and she brought me cold water periodically throughout her shift. I have rented storage units throughout the country over the years and Extra Space is my favorite space for all of my storage needs. A+++

We have a great unit on US 72 from Jessica. She was amazing and funny. She was honest and caring. We laughed and joked and it was the most pleasant experience we have ever had. I suggest everyone who needs storage to come here and ask for her. She will make your experience and visit pleasant every time. She worked with us. She answered every question honestly and with pleasure. Best experience ever!! I highly recommend!!

We had a very good experience at this location of Extra Space Storage. After a quick phone call to their corporate office, we were referred to the Slaughter Road site. When we showed up there, Jessica was very courteous and efficient. She filled out our paperwork quickly and had us completely set up with access to the storage lot. They have plenty of open storage sites for boats and RVs. Overall a very pleasant experience working with this company.

The front office staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They had everything ready for me when I arrived for my appointment. During the hectic moving experience, it is great to see that this staff takes your valuable time seriously.

Great group of employees! Extremely helpful in getting me a unit with the space I needed and in a very timely manner. The employee that went out of her way to make sure everything was done efficiently and correctly was Shawna, I believe. (I hope that is correct). Definitely a 5 out 5!

Storage Neighbor is a clean and secure storage facility with an excellent manager. Stephanie is always ready to assist and can answer your questions completely and professionally. She answers the phone cordially and you can hear the smile in her voice. We began renting at Storage Neighbor in November 2012 and right from the beginning Stephanie rented us the right space and made move in a seamless procedure even though we were from out of town and were moving in during the holiday. She arranged everything so our move in went smoothly and our experience with her and Storage Neighbor has continued to be an extremely positive experience. I would recommend the facility and their very competent and pleasant manager, Stephanie Smith.
