They noticed something about engine and it confirmed what didn t occur at my last oil change with another lube facility that I knew it wasn t really done because my oil light came on a few days after that. They told me that I had no oil on my dipstick. I didn t go to Jiffy Lube last time. Now, it drives like a kitten. I m so grateful for the recommendations of the manager and technicians. I still have more work to do. I want the engine flush next time.

From a customer service aspect, my experience was outstanding. Everyone from the technician who preformed the service, to the individual who went over my bill, was top-notch. However, a $119.00 oil change is just unreasonable, in any economy. The service was overall, great, but again, that cost cannot be reasonably justified. So, unfortunately, I will be taking my business to another place, as I know the cost is lower.

Needed a quick oil change. The employees at Jiffy Lube on University Drive Huntsville/Madison were awesome! They gave me a thorough inspection detail of my car in a very timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone with any car!

I was very impressed with my service. Amber was very knowledgeable and professional. I didn't get the name of the technician who greeted me in the parking lot and took me to the waiting room. He, too, was professional. My overall experience was exceptional.

Acknowledgement to Amber, who interacted with me on our oil change.She recommended Synthetic Oil Blend, and other repairs but was not pushy.She also let me know of Jiffy Lubes policy of a top-off policy if oil gets low.Thanks for the quick, thorough, efficient and friendly service.

Horrible customer service for us.Just wanted a simple oil change. Waited 30 minutes with no communication at all. Not even an estimate as to how long it would take, just ignored. When asked for keys back all of a sudden employees were very excited to see us leave. Appears they just didn t want to work today.

It literally feels like I'm taking my car to the doctor's office. I love how they have a presentation of my car's health and explain it. They are so patient and knowledgeable. The Associate's don't force you into anything and will even recommend outsource companies to your benefit.

I absolutely love this location the manager there is Amazing to say the least, she is so friendly and always makes me feel welcomed every time I get my vehicle serviced there.Also Blake is the best he did a wonderful job on my vehicle and his customer service is absolutely lovely!

My car is less than a year old, 20k miles. I came in for an oil change I usually come here. The gentleman told me I need new rear brakes. But he told me I have to get all 4 brakes pads and rotors at the same time and it s close to 600 dollars. Do they only do rear brakes, no. Why do I need new rotors when my car has only 20k miles I m confused. Apparently this is their policy or they thought I was a dumb b:$(. I don t know but I won t be coming back. And this is the second review I ve left that has been deleted. Do not recommend.

Customer service at Jiffy Lube is awesome! They pull your car into the bay and you can sit and relax in their lobby while they service your car. I will definitely be back.

It s rare to come across customer service like I received today. It was a privilege to go into this business and be greeted with such enthusiasm and motivation to help me and my family with our automotive needs. I was particularly impressed by the entire Jiffy Lube staff s ability to handle all of my needs and to communicate their recommendations and solutions effortlessly. I won t use any other business for my automotive needs for as long as I live in the Huntsville area.I walked in a stranger and walked out knowing that I had made some new friends who could be trusted to handle any problems that may arise, as well as provide expert services and the best customer service I have seen in years.Thank you to everyone I was able to speak with today.Richard LoweryServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

These guys and gals are the BOMB. All of the staff are very nice, special shout out to Amber, Joshua and Jakob, very professional. Went in for oil, and filters change and got delivered above and beyond the service I have come to expect in this day and age. They rotated my tires without being asked, which was way overdue. But they did something I've NEVER seen at any service center, including dealerships, they actually have a real hand held torque wrench for lugs, not just hit it with the impact gun until it stops. No need for them to lie to me and say that "it's has a regulator on the impact gun that torques the lugs automatically", NOT. No need to worry about a bent rim or not being able to get the lugs off on the side of the road because of a flat and they over torqued the lugs. Not only that but they do windows. "I'll be back".Thanks Jiffy Lube

They met us at the car and walked us to to door. They offered snacks and drinks. They assessed the car and told us what they planned to do.We were called to pay, given the discounts we asked for. We waited less than 15 minutes from start to finish and we were led to our car out front with the friendliest, most professional staff I have ever encountered. I have never been more impressed.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Came in for an oil change today. 10/10 customer service from start to finish. Josh was helpful, he gave some recommendations based on my car's needs, like a filter change , tire rotation, coolant etc and he answered all questions I had. Highly recommend. Thanks guys

We received great customer service and they kept us informed every step of the way. My son is attending AAMU and we do not live in the area so him being stuck when we just had his car serviced is a bit frustrating. I m having to find a way, on the phone, for him to replace the oil as checking the dip stick he stated there was no oil. I will be calling Monday morning for a resolution as I want to know my sons vehicle is okay.Tamika LardellUpdate: I spoke to the staff today and they were very helpful in searching for a resolution. I just need his car to be okay. Thank you to Josh and Ambir for your assistance. Hopefully we can figure out what s wrong.

I had a great experience at the new Madison location! Deandre and the rest of the guys there were great and so nice! They did a fantastic job and explained everything in detail. More expensive than other options in the area,.Expect 45 minutes to an hour minimum,They also try to upsell a ton.Only water in the waiting area.Go elsewhere.

Years ago i had a terrible experience with jiffy lube up in new york. This experience was totally different. Great crew of guys, now that i m writing this review i forgot his name but the African american gentlemen that helped me was awesome. I brought an old ford truck in and honestly most shops roll their eyes because older trucks can be a pain and the butt. But not these guys, We got a bunch of new parts on and it was fast and affordable. I will return for the friendly customer service. Thanks.
