I had a great experience at this shop, they got me in and fixed fairly quick. The people were very kind and didn't make me feel unwelcome. I would definitely recommend them for sure.

We took our truck in for maintenance and when we got it back there was grease palm prints on the inside of the truck, on the hood and just about everywhere you could see. To top it off, there was desiel all over the motor where they changed the filters. If you can't do any better than that, then you don't need to be in business. I will NOT bring my truck back to them.

Got Here at 10:30am told use wouldn't be longer than a hour 1/2 , still waiting on our truck to be done at 1:42PM , Don't understand why it is taken so long an nobody has even came out to let us know what the hold up is , but the ENTIRE business took there lunch break while we was still waiting didn't even speak a word to us as they left ... HIGHLY Disappointed, Just Purchased this truck two weeks ago.... it completely u for warranty too really people do better ...

I do not recommend to purchase new trucks from this location. They were unable to follow through with commitments for over 4 brand new trucks [over 1 million in sales] several already on the ground, and did not follow up on the promised meeting. I have transferred all new sales to Nashville due to unresolved problems . Several other problems , all sales related are, avoiding calls , Inaccurate communication from sales manager and he missed the meeting he set to resolve . Still no follow up from a month ago. I am still requesting followup from leadership there ... Please contact me ...

We made an appointment for a several day job that's turned in over a month. They are slow and hateful because we wanna know when the truck will be ready and cant get answers. We would never consider taking anything else to this shop nor recommend it.

We own 2 Peterbilt 579s.. with paccar motors both have over 600k mi.. So I consider myself an expert in dealer service... These guys don't play games they just get in there and fix whats broken and charge a good price.. trust me... this is the 3rd Fitzgerald peterbilt we've used and each one just gets better and better.. I highly recommend them!!

Excellent service dept. they got me in and fixed my issue quick and even helped me decide about fixing a future issue. They didn t try to force me to fix it there and recommended that I take it to my home store.

Dropped in for a new snap back and some apparel the service department guys were prompt and professional as expected!! Great experience!

I had appointment at this place and waited all day since they open to service my truck. End of the day they told me it can't be fixed because they don't have parts. Big waste of time! Fixed it at another location without appointment in 6hrs. Nice shop and driver lounge but be aware of service!

This place is a joke. Had my brand new truck (1,700 miles) towed here on a Wednesday morning. They said it would be diagnosed by the end of the day. Never heard nothing till Friday evening because nobody in the service dept will answer the phone. They said truck would be ready by Monday evening, Tuesday at the latest. Here it is Wednesday night still no truck and still a act of congress to get someone on the phone. How can you advertise "time is money and we won't waste yours"? Guess that means they're gonna take their time and you ain't gonna make no money. Very disappointed, we've heard nothing good about this place, but it was closest place to tow the truck at the time so we figured it was worth a shot but was we wrong. When it takes a shop of this magnitude to do something two people can do under a shade tree laying on the ground in a day, it's kinda ridiculous!! Stay away!!

I do not recommend anyone this dealer arrived at 7:30 am because the fanclutch of the truck was messing up and i needed to check to see what was happening, they told me that replacing it and working on it would take 4 hours, I said I had a charge to pick me up, they told me that in 4 hours it was ready and it turned out that I had to cancel the load because they finished at 4 o'clock in the afternoonThe whole day lost for a job of 2 hours I lost my load. I went to check 2 times what they were doing and instead of working they were talking together without working, for me they are liars or unprofessional

The salesman was nice and informative, but he seemed to be distracted and in a hurry for me to leave. I was interested in a couple of trucks, but when the salesman heard that I m just starting to build my company, he started walking around like he had someone more important to talk to.

I brought in a truck for some big repairs that should have taken a couple weeks at best. Maybe 3 just to give breathing room. This included fixing oil leaks, replacing transmission, clutch, and the forward rearend. They had the truck for a month and a half and there's so much wrong with it.When I got it back I had to immediately turn around to go back and get them to figure out where the rest of my gears went, the ac went out 20 mins after I left the 2nd time, the tachometer doesn't work now, the differential lock doesn't work, the fast idle doesn't work, they caused a coolant leak and told me about it but they never fixed it.. just cleaned the engine up to hide it, and as of today my engine is covered in oil from somewhere.Why not take it back you might ask?I can't afford any more down time, but looks like I'll be forced into it anyway.Plus I'd hate to see what else is screwed up the next time.Well over $16k and this is what you get.I now have a car for sale if anyone is interested.

Helped me out during a tight timeframe replacing my turbo and manifold within 3 days with no notice. Great bunch of guys, even opened the shop after hours to get my motorhome in.

My little one (LO) and I visited Fitzgerald Peterbilt of Huntsville Al were we meet Micah Board from Sales. Even thou I was not there to buy or even considering to buy a truck, the purpose of the trip was to let my little one get a closer look at the big rigs. And Micah took the time so she could. He talk with us for two or more hours as my LO explored the truck. She set in the drive seat checkout all the switch, buttons and air horn. He even went and got the key so she could start it.I grew up ridding in a cab over KW (Kenworth) working my dad to move people across states. It brought back old memories. How the trucks have changed since 1978. My LO enjoyed looking at the trucks and is looking forward to going back, she hoping Micah will let her drive one around the parking lot.Point of this review, real people not just a salesman.

best place I've been in a long time alway helpful and friendly,,got a drag link ask if they could get me in anytime soon,,service said they be back form lunch in 15 min!!20 min later in shop now i know this wont always happen but thank you Fitzgerald for quick service
