This has to be one of your best Centers! Highly professional throughout the process. They keep you informed at each step and never get too busy to help customers in the store. They were extremely friendly and personable. I noticed they made light talk with everyone in the waiting area. They offered detailed options for my repairs. My only negative comment, and this could be a big one, the check sheet the Tech gave me said ALL my fluid levels were good. But, I know my windshield washer fluid was empty. Made me wonder if they checked any of them at all. Otherwise, I'd still recommend the shop.

Tim and the guys working there are probably the hardest working professional mechanics at any Firestone I ve ever been to. They are polite, courteous and always make sure that the customer is satisfied. I don t know where I would go if it wasn t for that location. They remind me of the service stations that I used to go to as a kid where everybody seem to know everyone and it was a place that you weren t scared to take your vehicle. They have large windows in the waiting room so that you can see the mechanics actually working on your vehicle. I m always amazed that the personalized care that they take when performing a service or remounting tires to my vehicle, afterwards checking each lug nut with a torque wrench, and then wiping down everything and pulling the covers off the seats as they get out to return the vehicle. Great group of guys!!!

Derrick was very helpful with setting up my appointment for tires and did a great job helping my husband and I choose our tires. My car has new tires and I had the alignment done. My only question is with the remaining red in the alignment report. It is supposedly through manufactured reasons. I find that strange. (I also have a 2021 Hybrid, not a 2014.) I would recommend Firestone to friends and family.

I have known Tim (the store Manager) for several years, and have followed him to different stores. He has always been professional and helps with all of my automotive needs. He runs a good store, and has always tried to get knowledgeable employees to work at the store. I have recommended several friends to use this locations services.

Had a blowout on 565 and was towed there. The customer service was awesome. They worked me in in a busy morning. I was in and out in about a hour. Will do business with them again.

!!!They did not secure the wheel bolt, and I almost lost my family because of the service here!!!I came to this Firestone on 12/13 for oil change and brake inspection, and on 12/24 I heard A LOT of noise from the front wheel on the driver's side. When I drove on highway it felt the car was falling apart.I called them saying there is an urgent need to inspect, and we noticed the problem after their service. However, they just replied they were fully booked.Thank God we found another Firestone (on J. E. BRISCOE WAY) to check our vehicle, and we made it there before the wheel fell off (I was not sure what was the problem exactly but the noise was so much that we felt we could not drive anymore). The technician there inspected the car, and was shocked what this Firestone's technician did to us - he did NOT secure the wheel. The manager commented I could lose my family because of it, because the wheel could just detach when we drive. He helped to call the manager of this Firestone to reflect what happened, and we will see what will happen next.It is astonishing how the technician of this store treated his job. We have a long distance trip coming, and we could have lost our lives because of his job.

Replaced a rear brake caliper and a week later it fell off almost causing a major accident. Called the store to ask them to come pickup the car and make it right and they refused. Buyer - beware!! We are a national accounts customer with Firestone as well which makes it even worse!

I had scheduled an appointment with them 4 days prior. When I got there this place was packed, and they still got me taken care of at my appointment time. I like that they keep to their word! The staff was nothing but friendly and professional. They had a comfortable waiting room. They definitely took care of my 4Runner!

I dropped my car off the moment they opened the doors, just asking for a diagnostics and oil change. Working a night shift, I had gone home and took a small nap as I waited for a call about the status of my vehicle. Fast forward to 2:40 (just over 7 and a half hours), and I am told I am second in line to get checked and they'll get to it before I have to go into work today. Fast forward another 3 hours, and I get the answer that I am next to get checked. By this point, I needed to start getting ready for work, so I stated I was just going to pick up the vehicle.After 11 hours, they had not so much as moved my vehicle. Definitely not returning.

They did a good timely job getting my tires on, but a technician completely invaded my privacy by going into apps on my Tesla. I wouldn t expect someone repairing a phone screen to look through my texts and other personal identifiable information as they fixed it, and I don t think it s appropriate or professional for someone to do basically the same in this case either.Edit: I responded to a corporate response and after a week, they have not responded back. This appears to be merely a PR move, and not a clear intention for anything else.

Got a set of tires and an oil change, I left it there for next day pickup however they were able to complete the job in 4 hours. On top of the quick service, my ride to pickup my car canceled on me so I had to leave my car for an additional day,called and they were very understanding about the situation. Very Proffessional,Quick, and friendly service.

Someone slashed my tire on Thursday. By Friday Firestone had my tires was installing and performing an oil change! Very happy with the communication, the process and the quick work. They were professional and kind. The prices were on par with expectations. They have a night key deposit and are easy to get to off HWY 72. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I set an appointment for a tire that had a tear in it a week ahead cause they were booked on the weekend. Okay, fair enough, but I get there at 10 am and it isn't until past 11 am that my car makes it way into the garage itself. I am not given any news until close till 11 30. Another woman was there and was told up to 5 hours for brake realignment and she was out before I was. Granted, my tire had to be ordered from another store. But thing is, it was after 1pm when my car was done. A walk in for a head light got hers done before me. ( I was out of the store for lunches and such, but I did not see the head light customer when I came back.)I get head lights are an easy peasy fix, but why was that done easily? A tear in a tire is not something to just take your time and get to eventually. By sounds of it they had previous over night appointments. If that's the case, let those who made appointments know it may be awhile.They did replace my tire and new wind shield wiper blades, but I feel it shouldn't have taken 3 hours.

These guys were amazing! After having to jump my car I went to car parts store to have battery checked. Was told alternator diode looked odd and I needed a new one. This Firestone store said they could do it right away. Also needed new hood struts because my hood would not stay up. Their diagnostic read that my alternator was perfectly fine. Picked up my car expecting to pay $2000 and only paid $200 for diagnostic and hood repair. Honest, friendly and certainly customer oriented! My go to guys from now on!!! Thanks Firestone in Madison.

OK. what are the true Customer services?I don't think that some of store members have any of these.1st time : I was trying to get the schedule though on-line, and I did not get any mail or calls, so I visted. the guy said that all phone system was dead, so they did not get my schedule. If so, someone had to try to get me another available schedule in house. Am I wrong? I just left since they were not willing to help me anyways, so I was thinking " they must be busy".2nd time, I requested the schedule, and I got a call. they simply said that the part is not available. And I was asking if there is any ways to get the parts. He keep saying that the part is not available. so??? not willing to help the customer at all? because you cannot get the parts?What about the other shops? I just got the repair schedule with another shop, and how they get the parts?It does not matter if they have good mecanics for repairng cars.they need to know what the customer services are....Most of customers who visited this shop need help on their cars.No more mistake to get schedule with them

I appreciate the services they did for my car, but somehow, a technician here misidentified my car s engine and gave me a 2.4L oil filter instead of a 3.0 one. I was rushing to move out-of-town and had to stop by a nearby Firestone just 5 minutes after driving since the oil leakage was causing smell and triggered the oil light. That was not very professional and caused me unnecessary panic :(

They were quick to answer the phone. I needed a 4wheel alignment for a Porsche, something other shops around indicated they could not do. I was about to go to the dealer before i called these guys. They verified they could perform the alignment on my year and model, and even squeezed me in same day. Price was very reasonable. Staff was polite the entire time. What more can you ask for? Very much deserves 5 stars.

The work was decent but slow. Be sure when asking for prices to ask for the final price as they tend to leave certain items out if you do not ask up front. Mounting and balancing tires as one example. They could not give a dollar price when ask about purchasing a battery.
