Prices were already higher than other units I have rented, then the company changed ownership and raised the prices immediately. $180 for a 10x20 which was infested with mice. I moved to a new Midgard unit same 10x20 for $70 with electric plugs and working lights. Clean with no mice. I will not recommend your storage facility to anyone. Not a good experience for cleanliness or pricing, a lot can be improved.

Super easy registration and very convenient location to our apartment! Michelle was very kind and helped us find our unit and gate passcode. I would highly recommend this storage facility for anyone in the town Madison area!

I ve never had good experiences with Storage business s, as a child I remember my parents losing all of our belongings to one. However, Michelle has totally changed my outlook on these facilities..she has been the most helpful and truly cares about these facilities. I know our things are safe in her hands!

When Life Storage was acquired by Extra Space, I was a bit apprehensive. My apprehension was completely unfounded. Michelle Woods, the district representative, is the epitome of professionalism mixed with compassion. Her efforts to restore the Madison Boulevard property to a higher standard are greatly appreciated and deserve much positive recognition! Thank you, Michelle, for your hard work, clear communication, and compassionate professionalism.

Julie from the Madison Blvd Alabama store was extremely helpful and professional. Not only did she inform me on how Extra Space operates, but she gave great advice on how to box and store our belongings. Julie is the reason I will recommend Extra Space Storage to my family and friends.

Happy to say we were the very first customer under the new take over, the systems were moving really slow and customer service over the phone could not process our reservation. So we had to go into the location and Julie was very informative and courteous with helping getting us all set up! I can handle any inconvenience when people have great customer service skills!

The staff at life storage was very nice, respectful etc. We moved here from another city on the weekend. Michelle waited on us until we were settled in our home then we met here and she gave us everything we needed for our storage. The place is nice and clean.

Very accommodating, personable and helpful. They made moving easier and held our unit until we were ready for it. We even got our first month free! The prices are reasonable and for the first few weeks after you rent, you get a discount on all moving supplies. HIGHLY recommend.

Very dirty and INFESTED with mice/rats. Been in there for less than a week and I have had 2 dead mice. One because he ate the mice pellets the other because the staff gave me sticky strips to put in the unit. Although the lady that works there is very nice, I can't keep my belongings in a storage like this. I had to get another unit somewhere else, shake and check everything before loading and the hire another company to move the big stuff. I am requesting a full refund.

This was a very pleasant experience. Due to a death in our family, we needed a storage space until we can decide what to do with the items.The female person(sorry I forgot her name) that waited me, explained everything very clearly and the various options I had. She showed the storage space and took extra time to make sure the lock I had worked on the storage unit. Just a very nice, patience and pleasant person. If you re looking for a storage facility in Madison, Al area please do business with them.

Mrs Julie was just fantastic!!! She went way above and beyond to assist me with my storage rental. She made sure i was taken care and had everything i needed. She is extremely knowledgeable in this business and demonstrates it in the service she provides. SHE'S A WINNER!!I also had a wonderful experience with Aaron as well. He was very friendly and helpful with my transition.These guys rock's!!!!

I came into the store yesterday to rent a 5�5 and unfortunately they didn't have any units available at this time in the size I needed, but even though I was unable to rent the unit I needed the manager Julie and assistant manager Cory where still extremely helpful with answering any other questions I had pertaining to other unit prices and merchandise within the store. They seem to be a great team and gave off such as amazing vibe that I enjoyed talking to them and I will 100% be back if a unit becomes available

So far so good. I've set up a parking rental and communication was first rate. I had to get on a waiting list first and they did a good job of keeping me up to date on where I stood. Setting up the lease was quick and easy. The location is good, being right off of Madison Blvd.

Julie and Aaron were not only friendly and professional but they were super patient and helpful. They fully explained the best insurance options and unit sizes with me. Good customer service is hard to find so I'm way impressed with their excellent service during a crazy busy time in their industry.

Julie was fantastic!!!! She helped me find the right storage building for my stuff. I would have gotten one that was way to small if not for her. She is a correct definition of great customer service. I will definitely recommend life- storage to all my friends and family. Great job Julie!!!!
