Took my car in for front end to be repaired, they went all way around the car marking spots took my car apart showed things that had nothing to do with the deer repair so the insurance company totalled out my car. then if I wanted to keep the car as a salvage title I had to pay them to put my car back together. They only wanted to put it together if I paid the full amount that the insurance company was going to pay the insurance company paid me $6000 they wanted to charge me an extra $2093 more they would have to see what it would cost me for them to put it back together. You know that got paid to take it apart to file a claim I would check around before I took my car to them. I know they are in the business to make money but come on. I think you can be a little more honest than what your charging the customer and the insurance company's

This place did a great job taking care of getting my car fixed from the first phone call to set up an appointment all the way to picking up my repaired vehicle. They even worked with me to bring back my car so that a few areas could be adjusted after completion of repairs. I mostly dealt with Nick, who was outstanding.

These people are snakes, they will lie to you and steal your money. After months on waiting to get my car in, they got me in but did not have all the parts needed. After a week they needed another week I was in a rental. They told me not to worry about they would contact my insurance. Came back to pick up my car still not ready bubbles in the paint. Some parts not even painted. Came back a 3rd time job still was not complete. After 4 weeks in a rental they never once communicated that insurance was up with rental now a 1400 bill later they refuse to help with there part. Nick is NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

I had my Alfa Romeo repaired here in Aug/Sept if 2023 referred through Geico. I'm not happy with the results of them replacing my hood or the paint job. Poor installation of hood and bad unfinished paint job which is rough in areas and not color not matching. Called them to make them aware of the issue, and they realigned the hood that still isn't aligned the way it should be per Alfa Romeo dealer. The paint does not match the car at all. They need to redo the paint and align my hood correctly, which they were paid to do. Please reach out to me to get this resolved. Thanks

Dishonest and incompetent.They tried to pass off lousy repairs on three occasions. We had unpainted parts, large bubbles in the paint, cracked replacement parts because they didn't know how to install a bumper correctly. Kept me in a rental vehicle an additional month and they promised communication was being made with State Farm. Not a single record of contact with State Farm and I am now responsible for an additional $1400 to cover the rental vehicle all because the promised communication never happened.Nick is arrogant, dishonest, ignorant and does incompetent work. This establishment should really not be in business. Reading reviews on here and it appears I am not the only one he has deceived.Service: Body & Trim

Very friendly guys, (and the receptionist is a sweetheart!) I had work done on my car after I hit a deer (or should I say the deer hit me), and the follow-up AND follow through were amazing. I TRUST THIS PLACE. Not only did they do an excellent job on the car, pricing is fair and they are honest. Would not hesitate to bring my car back here and I have already referred several people to Eagle. More than five stars if I could!!

Literally the worst service. Highly recommend to find another repair shop. When I asked for a quote, the repair guy told me it would be $1,300, told him back I wanted to drop off the car and want to see the quotation, swear that was it. Then he literally got mad at me for trying to make compensation. First of all, I didn't try to make compensation just wanted to see the quote that's all. But even if I was trying to make deal with the price really can't understand why he has to be so mad at the customer for it. Its been already more than 1 month of waiting at the point so I was nervous it would be much more delayed if I move the repair shop. So I called him back to say sorry and it was a misconception, his answer was don t ever try to make compensation I m offering the best price he can.Anyway I thought he was over acting for some reasons and felt very sneaky, I just moved to another shop. My car got fixed in 3 weeks for $600 at the other shop.Theres no reason to get your car repaired in a over price with the worst communication of service.

I have never seen someone as arrogant and dismissive as this owner! You get mad because you did not check the repair before you hand a customer the key! An automatic response should be, "I am sorry it's a simple fix. I can pull it around back and get this taken care of!" Instead, you decide to yell at someone because you don't like what they tell you! You also put your hand on their shoulder and get mad when they say don't touch them!.....some advice, don't do that to anyone on the street!.....me included! I guess thats why you ran and hid in the back somewhere. Your microaggressions were certainly real and I would never recommend this shop! This is my condensed story, but stick with a better collision repair company! Not everyone is rude here though, Rusty is a great person & communicator! Also the front desk person was great! No matter what you do in life, do it to the best of your ability!!! Enjoy what you do or get a different job!Update:Prayers to the owner! Coming up with BAD lies instead of saying, "I'm sorry you feel like you had a bad experience!" Just leave it alone & Please grow up! You messed up! Do it right the first time! I have never seen an owner that does not check the quality of their work/workers!!! As an owner I would take initiative like your manager who rectified the issue and said he would fix it! Not walk away like a little girl because someone asked them not to touch em! ......I paid my deductible, the rest of the money had NOTHING to do with me! Learn to communicate better with the adjuster to get the rest of payment! I guess YOU sterotype this situation as I cannot pay! Again, shout out to the people who help to keep your business alive, as mentioned in the last post! They were great & demonstrated customerservice!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Got in a wreck. Selected Eagle Collision as my repair shop via State Farm website. Glad I did. They exceeded my expectations especially when it came to communication. They contacted me on several occasions throughout the process to keep me informed about progress. My car was deemed a total loss but I received a reasonable payout because Eagle Collision completed a fair and thorough estimate of damages to my vehicle.

Rude customer service at the front desk, asked the lady about after market painting.. no eye contact, no looking in my direction.. just a mumble no and silence.. like ok then, guess that s a no.. thank you for the explanation and your kindness

After being rear-ended, Geico sent me to Eagle for insurance covered repairs. They did make that process easy. However, when I picked up the car, my exhaust pipe was hanging by a single bracket, making a lot of noise as it thumped on my bumper - I don't know why they couldn't fix this, but they sent me across town to Worth Exhaust for that (Eagle paid, but it wasn't convenient).I also requested they save a bumper sticker off my plastic bumper (sentimental). They had the note written, but threw it away anyway. Also, my hood was unlatched when I took off down 72, so had to stop and fix that on the side of the road. My gas tank was also empty (less than 10 miles predicted range) - I assume they had to drain it for repairs to the rear end and forgot to put any back (not sure what it was on entry, but I never let it get that low! Or maybe it just evaporated during the time it took to do repairs?).Overall, the folks are very nice at Eagle, and the cosmetic repairs look great! Just not sure they are super detail-oriented...

I damaged my vehicle on black ice a few days before New Years, Eagle Collision was able to schedule me the next day for inspection and drop off. They texted me pictures of progress, called me to discuss the repairs, and completed all repairs in a timely manner. They were a pleasure to do business with and I'll definitely be a repeat customer!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Eagle Collision soars!!! My wife and I were very satisfied with Eagle Collision. They kept us updated with the process via calls and text, which is unreal in some places. Also being able to pickup the rental car there when you drop off your vehicle is the convenience that goes above and beyond.The finished repairs were extremely precise and perfect! Totally satisfied.....Eagle Soars!!!

Very friendly staff and quick turn-around on vehicle repair. Like everywhere else there is a wait time to get your vehicle into the shop but they communicated well each step of the process. Will definitely recommend them to others.

I have some damage to my still almost new vehicle and had to have someplace I could feel comfortable taking it to. I am scheduled for the first of the year. Looking forward to completing my service. The Rep I saw was polite and attentive.

By far the worst service provider. If you have an option, find another repair shop. State Farm certainly did not make this process pleasant. Car has been in the shop for nearly 3 months with countless of issues. Body work complete now we have engine issues which can only be address by dealership. I am not confident that the body shop did not intentionally damage my vehicle.And the communication is by far the worst. Every step along the way, they promised to get back to you. No one ever does. You find out the status of your vehicle only after you call repeatedly. Never knew it had a flat tire to be replaced. Again no communication.There was NOTHING else wrong with the vehicle upon delivery except the body work. We now had brake problems, engine problems and now battery problems.Somehow we drove it there but could not drive it off.

I had some body damage to the drivers side of my car. Several shops had given me two to three months wait time before they could see me. Eagle saw me within a week and had my car turned around in 2 days. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. As a young woman that s huge for a body shop. I even had some car trouble as I was leaving (not fault of Eagle) and they ran out to assist me. I will be recommending them from now on!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone was very nice here and they repaired my car quickly. I needed my car back by a specific time because I had to go to work and their technician stayed late to put my car together once the paint had dried. I thought they had great service and they even cleaned my car up on the outside for me! I would definitely recommend working with them. It was an easy and all around great experience.

I wrecked my car and after waiting nearly a month for them to have time to fix my car I dropped my car and my keys off. And they call me 10 minutes later and tell me that they're not going to be able to fix my car because it has been wrecked before and fixed. I was absolutely amazed. I asked them so you don't fix cars that have been fixed before? He said no not cars that you bought at an auction. So now I have to wait another three weeks before a different shop has time to work on it meanwhile pay out of my pocket for a rental car. Absolutely unprofessional absolutely ridiculous. If they did not want the work they should not have agreed to it a month ago. As far as I'm concerned they should have to pay for my rental car for the extra 3 week waiting.Service: Body & Trim

My brand new Atlas R-Line was hit in a parking lot, after owning for only a few months. The rear bumper and tail lights were damaged. Not only did they repaire my Atlas to its original appearance, they also brought me my vehicle!! (I got tied up at work and wouldn't have been able to pick it up in time that day.) The staff was informative during the repair process and everyone was I spoke with was professional in every aspect! The cost was reasonable and the work was top quality!
