Excellent customer service & fair prices. The staff were very informative. They use Hunter Tire machines & there s a huge bay window to watch the progress on your vehicle. The techs seemed to work very methodical & gently on the vehicles. Wish there were more stores in our area.

Discount tire was recommended to me a few years ago by multiple friends and I have never been disappointed at any location. The staff is so friendly, service is quick and reasonably-priced. I chose not to buy a certificate during my first experience, and within 2 weeks needed a new tire thanks to a sidewall injury. The staff still gave me a substantial discount because the tire was so new, and now I always get the certificate! No questions asked, easy tire replacement.

Made an appointment online. Was able to get same day appointment. They were super friendly. They talked me into new wiper blades (which I needed anyway) and I expected them to be super expensive, but they weren t. My new tires look amazing and I noticed an immediate difference when I started driving. The service time was much shorter than what they estimated. I remember in the past waiting half a day minimum to get new tires, but they had me in and out in 45 minutes. Thanks Discount Tire.

On my journey to find tires for the last few days, I ran into an employee name Eli great customer service very professional gave me a great price. Unfortunately I was looking for tires and an alignment all at once and they don t offer this service but if you need a great tire and don t mind getting an alignment somewhere else. This definitely might be the place.

Pretty nice shop. Nice and friendly. I made an appointment ahead of time and they actually met me outside. Got everything they needed and two replaced tires took about 20 minutes. Their windshield wiper exchange is a pretty good deal too. I knocked a star off because they didn't rotate the new front tires to back and I had to go back to get that done.

Awesome customer service! Each time I've been here I've had a great experience. I needed a tire replaced and they called and coordinated the replacement with the tire warranty company I have. Jeremiah went above and beyond to make this seamless for me. They're also very familiar with working on Teslas. They take both appointments and walk ins. I highly recommend them.

I had to submit this right away when I got home from getting service here. I came in for a couple of TPMS sensor replacements for my 4Runner, and it turned out to be a real bear of an issue, through no fault of theirs, just one of those things, Toyota being finicky. But Eli went toally above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Like, seriously. It's been a long time since I've experienced such stellar customer service, no wonder that place was busy all day! HIGHLY recommend!

Update - After having my warranty denied and Discount Tire refusing to rotate and balance my tires, I took the car to Firestone. They checked my tires, said there is good tread (5/32 inch) and did the rotation/balance no problem. Seems America's Tire/Discount Tire goes out of their way to deny warranties. Such a shame, they used to be the exception.15+ year customer, but will no longer do business with them. Discount Tire/America's Tire used to have next level customer service, which is what set them apart. I have had tires replaced that were a little under minimum tread under warranty. I had a tire that was cut down replaced under warranty that I didn't even buy at America's Tire (Only had to purchase a tire certificate which was half the price of a new tire). They have taken old tires/wheels when they didn't have to, because they looked up my account and saw how long I had been a customer.But now that type of service has gone away. It seems now they just look for reasons to deny the warranties that are purchased. They denied one of mine because I had my tires rotated at about 5700 miles rather than the 5000 miles. They refuse to rotate tires because they said one tire was under minimum tread depth on a small part of the inside edge because of a toe out issue. When I asked about replacing the tire, suddenly all tires were under depth (They're not, see my update with Firestone above), and they would not do anything unless all four were replaced. These examples have happened at different stores, in different states. So I assume this is not a single store issue, but more of a corporate shift in policy. My experience is they have abandoned their exceptional customer service to be like everyone else. Find any reason to deny warranties and increase revenue through new tire purchases when they're not necessarily needed. I was a long time customer because of the way they took care of their customers. I don't see a reason to be a customer there any more. If you get tires there, definitely don't get the warranty, they are worthless!

Absolutely stellar service and prices. I will happily be coming back. I called 4 places before scheduling an appointment with this location, and they BY FAR had the best prices available. The facility is spotless, and the customer service is top notch. They were faster than I expected, and overall I couldn t be more pleased! I had all 4 of my tires pressure sensors replaced.

I'm here for the first time and have been extremely impressed. The waiting room is clean and spacious. They have complimentary water and Nick has been extremely helpful in getting me the tires my truck needed. Couldn't find anyone that vary their price either. Within 2 minutes of me being here, Nick introduced himself, remembered my name from the phone call, and had my truck up and the wheels off. I'll be back!

Went in expecting an hour to get 4 tires put on. They quoted me 45 minutes and finished within about 25 minutes. Fastest experience I ve ever had with getting new tires. Will definitely be coming back when I need new tires.

I asked David about matching the price for a tire I found on Amazon. He didn't just match it, he beat the price! The whole business is ran like Chick-fil- and a nascar team combined. Very efficient... I'll definitely use Discount Tire in Madison again. Thanks for not wasting my day!

I had a flat tire as a result of nail in tire. They were about to close but Tyler made himself available to help me put my spair on. He is very self-sacrificing and caring. Great customer service

I ve been a repeat customer of this location for the past couple years and have bought two sets of tires within that timeframe. That all changed this weekend and I will no longer be a customer.My daily rims/tires on my car are 21in with low profile tires. I decided to have my OEM 19in rims/tires put on my vehicle. Yesterday (December 15, 2023), I loaded up my 19 s and visited the Madison location. I explained to the gentleman behind the counter that my 19 s have been sitting awhile so I needed to get them balanced and installed on my car. They performed the balance/swap and I dove home. This morning I realized that I needed to reset my TPS, which I did and went for a quick drive. Within minutes all of my low pressure notifications came on and all four tires were showing 20 PSI. I quickly realized they did not put air in my tires. I don t live far from the store and decided to go back and have a discussion with the Manager.I arrived to the store and asked for a manager. A gentleman by the name Izzy came out and I explained my situation. Admittedly I was irritated, but after his response, I was very irritated. He asked me if the tires off the car, and I said yes. He also asked me did I buy the 19 s from them (not sure what that has to do with anything). He then stated they do not check tire pressure on tires if they re off the car . Only after I pressed the issue and was visibly frustrated was I offered the opportunity to verify my tire balance or refund, which I refused both.Never in my life have I received services from a tire shop and they didn t check all four tires to ensure proper pressure. I understand mistakes will happen but I have no tolerance for a business whose Management doesn t accept responsibility for piss poor service. I would have not wrote this review if management would have simply accepted responsibility and made things right with me.Beware!!

Very patient staff. We asked all the questions, teaching teens how to care for their own car is tough. They served with a smile the entire time and even laughed at her a bit. But definitely educated her and she was able to stay within her budget

Wonderful service but they simply take twice as long as they what they tell me. My most recent service was not started on until I was supposed to pick up my car. I waited for an extra hour in the freezing cold. Disappointing.

Great people and great service! David was the very nice guy that helped me and his customer service is awesome! They explain everything to you and make sure you are informed on what is going on and why they are doing what they do. Website is very user friendly for making an appt.

Great place to buy tires just can't get them rotated had to go some place else because appointments are a week out but even if you have one it's going to take hours to get in they are so busy all the time they need to build more stores

Always a great experience. Aside from some miscommunication about Labor Day, they were fantastic. Izzy helped me pick out my tires and Trevor helped us when we came by later to replace the wipers on my wife s car, my 2 yo was so interested in what he was doing and he was sweet to her.

Stopped to get tires today and was in and out in record time Mr.Sutton ( Manager) and Patrick in Sales gave us Great Customer Service and everyone else on their team were very polite and professional we are very pleased with all the service we received when we come Here !If i could I'd give them a 10 star Rating.I'll only do business @ Discount Tire.They've been are Tire go to place for many Decades.So stop in sometime you wouldn't be disappointed.Have a Blessed Week everyone

Bought 4 new tires and had them mounted and balanced. They tried to say 20+ weights a wheel is an acceptable amount. Had them redo it until they got it somewhat correct. They weren t going to clean the sticky weight residue off from having to redo it. Told me I could clean it easily. Damaged one wheel. Gave me a place to take it and get it fixed. New paint is already chipping off. 10/10 don t recommend.

Wow! Just wow! That describes the experience me and my husband had at discount tires in Madison on hwy 72! Huge shout out to Trevor for his great on the phone skills that drew us in and his in person service when we arrived! And a shout out to Liam who was super informative and nice! He set us up quick and in a hurry! No appointment was made and we were in and out in less than an hour and a half! Thanks so much to them and making our truck look GREAT! Keep up the phenomenal 5 star work!

Had 2 heavy-duty, commercial grade trailer tires to mount on existing rims. Already had 2 done at another local shop, and it was a challenge for them. Took a really long time to get them done, and I didn't have much confidence in their knowledge in working with the tires I had. On a whim I stopped in here and talked with Izzy. Within seconds I knew he knew how to handle my tires. They were changed out and I was on my way within 45 minutes. I truly regret I didn't come here first. I'm now going to bring the other 2 tires done by the other place here to have Izzy and the team verify they were properly balanced. Great job Izzy and team!!!!

Great ServiceFriendly StaffIn general their prices are very good, never had any issues with any of my tires from them.I've had to use the certificate. . AKA their tire warranty. . Worth every penny.This location is easy to get to.They are popular in Saturdays so book an appointment or be ready for a bit if a wait.

The people here are the best. Courteous and very thorough. I just took my car there due to nail in my tire, 30 minutes before closing. It was inspected and I was advised accordingly. They took the time to get me a new tire, rotate all tires and air everything. They explained carefully and didn't rush the job. It's my second time here and the service is always great.
