After I gave a one star review Ashleyreached out to me & acted like I was lying about the water damage that was there when I purchased the rv! Asked me to send pictures for them to give me an estimate on the repairs?! Repairs that should HAVE BEEN FIXED B4 I purchased the rv! It leaks from the slide & has since b4 I bought it! The damage on the floor and walls is PROOF! I DIDNT REALIZE IT WAS SOAKED bcuz it was hidden behind the recliners! Unbelievable! I will DEFINITELY NOT NEED AN ESTIMATE from them! They are NOT getting another cent from me!!!

We had the best experience at Campers Inn. This was our first time buying an camper. We didn't really know what to expect but Paden made everything a breeze. We drove out from Atlanta on a Saturday morning in March and were back home with our new Winnebago that evening. We searched all over the South East for what we wanted and they made it happen.The finance department was great and accommodating as well. We brought our 2 large dogs with us and they were inside with us the entire time. He was great to work with and extremely friendly. We highly recommend using Campers Inn of Huntsville.Side note: We noticed our Bluetooth speaker screen was messed up and they had one shippedmout extremely fast. Great all around service.

Had a question for this business was looking for a replacement fan for my rv fridge. Unfortunately, they didn t carry it, but they have just about everything else. Very knowledgeable parts people.

Brian Vinson and Tyler are one in a million and are truly our lifesavers! Their work ethic is top notch and extremely rare to find these days. Their dedication and trustworthiness are one in a million! We will always remember their kindness and willingness to help us get our generator to stop leaking gas. Their attention to detail is exceptional and we appreciate how they took time to save our lives.Our generator was leaking gas on our new RV since the first day that we brought it home. We were told where we bought it, that they do not work on generators. Our RV smelled like gas inside and outside. We went to two other RV places over several states and none of them would fix our gas leak. Brian and Tyler took time out of their busy schedule to help us in our time of need. Tyler went to pull our new RV around to the service bay to work on it. He stated that he did not see how we were able to drive our new RV as bad as the gas smell was on our unit. Camper s Inn of Madison is extremely fortunate to have Brian and Tyler as their employees. If we owned a company, Brian and Tyler would be one of the first ones that we hire!We are thankful once again for the awesome customer service that Brian and Tyler showed us!Kindest regards,The Hawks Family

I would like for everyone to know my experience working with these guys. We went in on November 25th 2023 to look at RVs. On Nov 25th 2023 I called Josh Martinez (my salesman) I told him to only run my credit one time to see what happens and not to do anything else without speaking to me first. On Nov 30th I contacted Josh Martinez to ask what the status was on my inquiry about the status of my credit, he said he hadn't heard anything and that evening I looked at my Experian to check my credit and saw that not only did they run my credit once through them they ran my credit through 3 banks all on the same day Nov 30. After being told not to run it but once. I immediately contacted Josh Friday evening to figure out what happened and low and behold my salesman forgot to tell the finance manager not to run it but once until he got with me to discuss the results. Now I have 4 hits on my credit within 5 days. Campers in contacted me Saturday morning December 2nd 2023 around 10am and josh said he is sorry for dropping the ball and the lack of communication but there is nothing they can do to fix the situation. At the end of the day I received a sorry from my salesman, a call from the finance manager saying he didn't know, so if you want to do business with people who do not listen to you and try to force sales on on your credit they are the ones to go to! If I could give them no stars I would!!!! I will be contacting Jacksonville fl to the head office to let them know how their office in Madison Al is doing business!

We just purchased our new to us Tiffin Allegro today! Great service! Our previous coach was totaled in an accident and it took forever for the last insurance check came through. Paden and Matthew were patient with us made the final process easy. Thanks so much!

My wife and I recently purchased a new Thor Compass AWD 24KB Motorhome from Campers Inn in Madison, AL. My salesperson Alex Combs was very helpful and great to work with. He kept me informed on the shipping process and assisted greatly with the actual sale and pickup. The whole purchase experience was great. I got a very fair price, with very little drama and hassle. Overall a very pleasant experience. Mr. Salvador Alonso completed the financial portion efficiently and quickly. Mr. Alonso was able to obtain a fantastic loan rate, saving me thousands of dollars. Reasonable loan rates are not easy to get in today s environment. Matthew the Sales Manager was also very helpful and pleasant to work with. He was good about full disclosure and openness during the whole process. The bottom line, there was no playing with the numbers, high pressure tactics, or other typical sales games. That was very refreshing and made for a great experience. I would recommend Camper Inn in Madison to any of my friends or family. I can't wait to start using my new Thor Compass Motorhome!

We were in the market to trade our year old luxury fifth wheel for a smaller unit to match our lifestyle. We walked in and talked with Josh Martinez and he worked to get us the best deal available. In a softening market he made our deal happen and then facilitated us being able to transfer all of our belongings (we full time) to the new 2023 Grand Design Solitude. Leroy in Service was very helpful in letting us use a couple bays in the shop to get out of the torrential rain to get everything moved. We then stayed overnight in their front area with power so we could get settled before starting our new phase of RV travel.

We made an appointment to have a camera system installed on our 226RK. When we arrived, the staff was very friendly and tried their best to accommodate our schedule. They knew that we had traveled over three hours to arrive at their facility. The team worked hard to locate the required camera system and install so that we could drive back the same day. The camera system works great! It s not often you get this kind of customer service. The Staff and Tech s should be complimented on their hard work and support. We will definitely use this facility again. Great job everyone!

We absolutely love our new Grand Design that WE DIDN T PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!!We attempted to work with this AL dealer several times because they were the most local to me. The sales managers scoffed when I told them I wanted them to price match another dealer. I was told they have the product and if I want their product then I ll pay their premium price, which was 34% more than I paid for the identical camper you see.The sales staff do not know their products because they are like typical car salesmen, bouncing from dealer to dealer. I wouldn t let this place fix a busted tail light if they were the last dealer around. It was worth our three hour drive to save thousands and be treated like our business mattered. By the way, friends tell me their service department is equally as bad!!

Great experience today at Campers Inn RV. Our RV Matchmaker was Josh Martinez. Josh has a maintenance background and was able to provide an insight you may not normally receive from a salesperson without his background. Josh was very patient with us and was able to show us the type of travel trailer we had in mind.My wife and I are seriously considering purchasing one of the trailers we were shown.The sales manager was very helpful as well and provided us a variety of options. It seems to me the new ownership is on the right track! Thank you all for a great experience today to two people who will be new to the travel trailer world!

Unusual purchase as not for Recreational RV'ing for a few years. We had some special requests which were addressed prefessionally. Josh is a good representative. Service was detailed and took their time for our knowledge.

From walking in the door to signing documents on our new camper the experience was stress free and easy . Our salesperson Josh Martinez was amazing , very informative and knowledgeable. The sales manager Matt Blitch was very friendly and helpful. The business manager Lynn Dees was awesome, she made closing the deal very easy and quick. What can I say the entire experience was great and the staff members were , attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. A big thank you to you ALL!!!

Great experience. Casey was wonderful and patient with us and took the time to show us several models that met our requirements over several days. Entire staff was helpful. Noone was pushy and trying to push a certain brand or style. Would definitely go back when time to upgrade

I dropped my camper off for service after having an unpleasant experience elsewhere and not only was Krista in service the absolute best service advisor, but she stayed in constant communication with me throughout the repair process and gave me confidence in leaving my camper with them. It s rare to have someone be the beacon of the guest experience so when I do see those attributes on display I must provide the amazing feedback. Thank you Krista!

Great place. Robert the salesperson was fantastic, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Robert went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the camper before we're left the lot. Service department walkthrough was detailed and knew everything a first time travel trailer owner should be told.

We have purchased two coaches in the past 3 years with Campers Inn RV in Madison. Great sales service. Unfortunately the service department was not to par. I am finally writing a review as I now feel Campers Inn RV in Madison deserves my recommendation. The service department has turned around under Krista Mayfield the service manager.It is a night and day difference in communication and overall customer service. Thank you Krista for your professionalism and curtosey to me, the customer. I hope the improvements keep coming and I will continue to use Cammpers Inn RV in Madison for my motorhome service needs.Harold

What a great experience we had with the staff at Campers Inn, particularly Paden Hardy. He gave us a call the minute a coach arrived that he knew we would love! He worked with us to negotiate a good price and I know he ll be there for us as we have questions along the way! We ll be repeat customers because of him!

We recently bought our first travel trailer and thought we d gotten the perfect one with Paden s help however, we just thought it was the perfect one! Today we traded it in for a 5th wheel that will work with our 1/2 ton truck!! Who knew?! we would have if we hadn t been adamant about our budget the first time. Everyone was super nice and Paden paid attention to what we told him we wanted and what we wanted to spend. Call Paden and he ll take great care not you!!

We had an appointment for some maintenance work on our RV that we purchased 3 years ago from Campers Inn RV in Madison. Our RV sat at the facility for 5 weeks with no updates. Then my husband called to find out that they were waiting for parts. So we drive out just to bring it home and try someone else. Then we pick it up and they say, the parts just arrived so bring it back on Monday and they will have it ready by Wednesday. And againno contact so Friday we call to say we are coming to get it. They say. We'll call you back let me make sure it's ready. No call We will never go back.

Had some parts ordered for my 226rk grand design. Krista Mayfield at camper inn rv in Madison went out of her was to make sure we was taken care of she has done everything she told me she was going to do plus some. If you need help I highly recommend you talk to Krista.

Some things never change! I bought my new 32' Leprechaun MH in 2015 when this was still Madison RV. I was very pleased with the service up until Campers Inn bought it. I had issues with workmanship and how long it took to get things done, plus some charges, and promises of call-backs from them that never happened. Every time I would go there, there were new faces! Finally, I went elsewhere.Recently I got a new car and needed to have my tow bar installed on the new car, which my new RV place could not do. So I went back to CI to see if things might be different.I spoke with the Service person (Troy) at CI and he was very helpful in telling me who I needed to talk to - the Parts guy. I sent pics of my tow bar, knowing I would have to have a new mounting plate. He ignored me and after a couple of days I called him and he said he was busy with inventory and hadn't had time to check on anything. As a businessman, I understand inventories and their importance. I also understand the importance of customers!!Nevertheless, I told him to give me a call on Monday after their inventory will be completed. I still haven't heard anything and have no reason to ever go back there. Their mission statement and vision statement need to be re-written! There's no commitment to either! Just words up on a wall!

I just finished buying a grand design 5th wheel. And I Would like to say the transition could have not been any smoother.
