Out of every repair or auto body shop in North Alabama, I can t recommend Caliber Collision enough. Their service is EXCELLENT. The repairs on my car are amazing. The entire staff is extremely friendly and respectful and it just made the whole process more manageable and stress free. From now on this will always be my go to place. I could not have asked for a better quality service. Shout out to Tim and Natalie for being transparent and receptive! This place rocks.

Caliber collision is a USAA authorized repair company, but there customers service and poor workmanship is in no way a reflection of how any one should conduct business.From missing parts on the work order, forcing the customer to sign off on repairs that hadn't been completed! Failed to Start the work in a timely manner. Failed to complete work, while still being paid for the work.

Never ever again. No communication, lies, and rude individuals when asking for clarification in writing.I waited 4 months for my vehicle and I received it back mildew smelling and covered in filth.Run. Away. Quickly.

Good customer sevice. Didn't have to call keep me updated via text messages. And provided insurance company with updates. Claim.was paid in timely manner

I can t say enough good things about caliber collision. From the friendly front desk, Natalie, was amazing in person and over the phone getting us scheduled. We had the accident at an unfortunate time right before we were suppose to go on vacation. They got our vehicle done a week before the due date so that we would have it for our vacation. The work met expectations and the communications along the way were much appreciated. I d say I ll be back I hope not but I know who i will be recommending and who will, If needed, will have my business in the future!

My car has been at the shop for a month and a half now. Original completion date set for June 5! Every week an excuse and keeps getting pushed off. Got told Wednesday (July 12) my car was complete and just waiting for calibration... got told today (July 14) that my car is complete and just waiting for calibration! Highly recommend not using this business! On top of all this I have not received a call back once! I've had to call them for updates. Really regret taking my car to them and will definitely not use in the future, I just hope I can spare someone else from the nightmare I've been going through.

EVERYONE at Caliber was more than helpful. They went over the top to make sure my needs were met. I was having difficulties dealing with the responsible parties insurance company. Everyone from the front desk associate, service manager and general manager made sure I was given the best experience possible. I wish all my interactions with car repair businesses went this smooth. On June 15, my mother turned in her car. Since then, she has been getting the run around. She has yet to even see her car. Has been informed that pick-up timings have changed maybe nine or 10 times in total. This is going on her 3rd month without her car. This collision center is absurd, and I strongly advise against using it. The most worst experience we've ever had.

Constant lies on when an estimate will be complete. Terrible communication. Inconsistencies in what we ve been told by different employees. Frustrating to deal with.

Update: my car was supposed to be ready last week, it had already been delayed a week for missing brackets, they had to re order more missing brackets that were supposed to be there yesterday and were not. I don t understand how during disassembly and the first oh were missing bracket moments were not enough that brackets were still missing brackets, they are costing me over 400 dollars in additional rental car fees due to their ineptitude. There is clearly some training and processes that need to be improved, you may want to wait for them to become proficient to use them.My daughters car was in a wreck and we had it brought up Caliber. The gentleman told my wife about the amount of communication, but it didn t happen due to an error of call instead of text being checked in their system. The manager called and apologized and used it as a learning exercise so other incidents wouldn t happen. No business is error proof, and owning and correcting errors is what makes good business. Would definitely recommend this business because they proved you can trust them.
