My youngest daughter was a real clutz, they've replaced at least 5 iPhone screens for me over the years. One was so damaged they had to install a software package to replace the home screen button. Also had an excellent warranty on led lights which they exchanged for me several times. Always great customer service.

Don t get key copies. I spend $47.70 letting them cut my car keys and .key don t even open my car is totally different the. The original key I ask for my refund the refused to do it plus they messed up my own keys beware they don t know how to make any key

The products and prices are good, but beware if you have an auto battery installed. Check that the battery is secure! I checked after I got home and had to tighten the clamps.+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++I talked with the manager, who apologized and fully secured the battery. So, trust, but verify!

Went in today to clean junk out of my charging port. They charge me 20 dollars. Where other places does it for free . I will be going to other places next time . Just this time , time wasn t on my side and this place was open . Some basic services are free at other places .Update : 20 dollars repair 21 to be exact did nothing to fix the problem. Wasted 21 dollars with taxes . Certainly won t be back .

Took my Note 20 Ultra in to replace a cracked screen. Got there at 9 and he took my phone back right away. The site said my phone could be done in an hour. However, I was informed that he was the only one there until 11, so it may take a little time to get it done. Completely understandable! I went and took care of some things and returned around 3, and he was finishing up. The phone works great and looks great! Will definitely be back in the future!

This location has always served me well. Nice and friendly staff. Most batteries I have needed, including vehicle batteries in stock and prices are very competitive when compared to normal auto parts stores if you use the online coupons and discounts. Great job, thanks.

Ordered online pickup, I was happy to see they had a curbside option since I m supper pregnant and have had a problem with my feet swelling recently. I received a text message saying the order was ready to pickup, and to call them when I got there and they d meet me at the car. I tried to call twice before I got there, (4:34 and then again at 4:45) just to let them know I was on the way. But no one answered. I assumed the store was busy but when I got there, their was no other customers. Since I had been unsuccessful reaching them on the phone and I can barely walk, I sent my daughter in to get the item I had already paid for, which was a $9 light bulb. My daughter came back out to let me know the employee refused to give her the order and that I had to come in to pick it up with my ID. I told my daughter to tell the employee to just go ahead and come outside since it was supposed to be a curbside pickup anyways. That way I could provide the information she needed and didn t have to continue sending my daughter in and out. The lady that was there was very rude for no reason. She told my daughter we really don t have a curbside pickup and rolled her eyes. Then said it ll be awhile . She was clearly mad about us asking her to come outside. By this time another person had come in, she seemed happy to help them but, had a problem with helping us. After my daughter got back into the car I decided to wait another 8 minutes then called the store again at 4:59. This time she actually answer with can you hold before I could even say hello. She put me on hold and never came back to the phone. She made us wait until 5:08 and then she brought out the bag. She never even said hello, just I need to see your ID . I really don t understand why she was so rude. It was very clear that she hated her job. Needless to say we won t be back.

This is definitely a 5 star if you are greeted and treated by BRANDY In the last 5yrs I've visited this store with repeated episodes of bad service. Today...my Sister insisted using this store and finally we hit gold. Thanks Brandy!

Very quick service. Had 3 car fobs with dead batteries. Staff took care of me and my wife very quickly. While 1 worker fixed our fobs, my wife and I chatted with the other 2. Great experience and service. Definitely be back.

I've had a couple great experiences with this store recently. Will definitely be going back and recommending them to friends.Bobby was able to make some keys for my sons car when no one else could. It was no easy task working with the one old key I had. I tried at several other places before I knew that Batteries Plus offered key cutting.A few weeks later they programmed a new key fob for my car. I called ahead and they had it waiting when I arrived and had someone available to program it. Didn't take long at all. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.

I went there this morning with five watches that needed batteries. I asked of the battery price and the woman told me $12 if they have to take the back off. I told her that was a little high for a watch battery and she said well if you can figure out what kind of battery they take you can buy the battery for $6 each and put in in yourself . I have been to that store to buy watch batteries a dozen times over the years and putting the battery in the watch was part of the service every time. I don't know why this woman was so rude to to me and so unwilling to help without digging deeper into my wallet I will never ever buy anything from that batteries and bulbs store again. I will drive 50 miles to find another store or I will order it online. Don't understand why they would have free battery installation for car but she charges for a watch battery. I think that woman does not like her job.

These guys know their products. They are friendly and responsive and helpful, too. I ordered the wrong battery on-line and forgot to schedule an installation appointment. They swapped out my order for the correct battery, refunded the core charge, and had me out the door in only a few minutes.

I took my phone in for repairs and was told they could do it right now and would have it finished in 30 to 45 minutes. After an hour he tells me he is about to start on it and it ll be another 30 to 45 minutes. They lied to me and wasted an hour of my time. Run away!!!

Had my laptop battery in stock. It works perfectly. Girl at the desk gave me some tips on extending the life of the battery. She was kind and polite. Saved 10% by ordering online and picking up at the store. Clean neat organized store.Over it was a very good experience and I will definitely buy from them again.

I had used this location when I bought and had installed a car battery. I received excellent service then. The 2 women who provided the service then kept power to my vehicle so that it did not lose settings when they changed the battery. This time when I noticed your employee was not going to do that, I asked him about it and he said they did not have that kind of equipment. He also did not have the right sized deep socket to loosen the bar keeping the battery in place and after searching for one had to use an adjustable wrench. All else went fine, however, it is a bit of inconvenience on today's vehicles to have to deal with resetting the car's computer settings after it has lost power. Previous excellent service brought me back, with this average service, I will check around first before returning.

Brought my key fob in that I had purchased online (OEM) and had brought it to be cut and programmed. I was previously in and the guy behind the counter was the only one working and asked if we could come back. We go today and there is a young man working behind the counter that abruptly snubbed his nose stating "we don't do that here". His demeanor upset my husband so he told him he didn't know what he's doing and needed more training as we were walking out. For what ungodly reason the young man needed to come outside and stand outside the door like he was a God is beyond me. Very unprofessional. Will not be back and will not recommend if this is the type of employees they are going to have.

Wonderful experience! Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I would never have thought it would make a difference to go to a "specialty" store for batteries, light bulbs, etc., just as good to grab them at grocery store. I was proven wrong and am glad to make an extra trip to Batteries Plus.I'm in process of changing over all bulbs to their halogen bulbs, I started with a set in my driveway over three years ago - I leave them on all the time, still going strong at 3 years+. Great prices on batteries, and recently got replacement car key, a new key fob, and programming dealer plus lifetime battery changes all for half the price of one key.

The process of purchasing a battery for my vehicle was very easy and straight forward. Ordered online and within 10 min. got a message saying it was ready for pickup. Went down to the local store and the manager showed a new employee how to process the order and they both walked out and proceeded to change out the battery in the vehicle. About 15 min. later we were on our way and everything was good, we didn't have to reprogram any of the radio stations either because the connected a temporary power supply to prevent that from happening. Great job and I will definitely be back.

Establishment is located near the middle within a shopping center & is easily accessible from County Line Road & Hwy 72. There isn't a lot of parking available but it hasn't been an issue for me in the past.The staff was super helpful & very knowledgeable. She knew exactly the type of batteries I needed for my home alarm system down to the type with the smaller +/- connection points. I recently bought a new car battery at Batteries Plus Bulbs. It was very easy and inexpensive. I preordered the battery for my car and went to get it early the next day. The employee who installed it was very pleasant and efficient. I am very satisfied with the price and experience and plan to buy all my next car batteries this way. They do a great job!

If you don't actually need what you ordered, are OK with never hearing back from them, enjoy talking to clueless employees, are happy to drive there in person to try and get your money back... Well this is your place. This is not my place and I have still not gotten a refund. Useless and clueless and slaves to a corporate computer accounting system that doesn't work... My next stop is is the BBB.

Staff was excellent, even on a busy day. And experiencing electrical problems at the store. Associates were extremely helpful. Best pricing on local batteries I could find. Even asked a local parts shop if they would match pricing, they would not. Guess I know where I will be getting my batteries from now on.Saved money and had a free install. Thanks Batteries Plus.

I bought a $220 car battery here today through their website. I was also charged for a second item, a core deposit of $18. I brought my old battery with me to the store and I was told that this store's policy is to not refund the core deposit when the customer returns the core. It appears that they don't understand the meaning of the word deposit. I have had core deposits on many auto parts at many different stores and never seen anything like this. It appears that the stated policy of this store is to steal from their customers. They should put that information on their website.

Love this place! I had a phone for about a month. A refurbished phone. The battery stopped charging and I was finding it nearly impossible to get another battery. I stopped in B&Bs and they didn't have the battery but they ordered it and I came back a few days later to get it. I was thrilled!! They will go far and beyond to help their customers. They have the coolest things in there too. Before you give up on a phone because the company or whoever says you cannot get a replacement because the phone is "out of date" or they stopped making them/discontinued.. (how convenient for the company). Go to B&B! Now if they can't get it then I'd say it may not be able to be found.

I had the battery in my iPhone 7 Plus replaced here for a great price and had a wonderful experience! It was ready for pickup in less than 20 minutes and now works wonderfully! 10/10 recommend!

The service I received was top notch. Of course, you can get something cheaper by ordering online. However, this local store has warranty replacement and even a two week no questions asked return policy on most products. Also, the staff I interacted with (three employees over 4 visits) was very knowledgeable and friendly.
