This is a great place to come for all of your auto needs. I ve always come to this particular location. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They always act in a professional and courteous manner. Desmond went above and beyond and helping me figure out some issues with my vehicle. I will continue to come here for all of my auto parts needs.

The best way to order is online. You can usually get a 20% discount, and your order is ready for pickup within an hour. Great prices and good selection

These guys are awesome!Derek helped me out right away, even though I ordered from the wrong store online. He canceled my order from the store, put in my new batter, and checked out my alternator. Hey did it with a smile on his face the entire time. That s great customer service.

Stopped in for new windshield wipers on my wife's car. Julie went above and beyond helping me figure out what wipers I needed and helped install an extremely complicated wiper. I'm very happy with the customer service.

Love the fact that their employees go above and beyond the call of duty. I used to frequent Auto Zone but their customer service isn't on the level that Advanced is. Advanced employees willingly offer assistance while Auto Zones acts like your bothering them. I highly recommend this business !!

My battery finally went from tired to dead. Called and told them I was on my way in 5 minutes. Advance had me swapped out and out of there in about 8 minutes. Excellent.

I went there on A Saturday morning. I had to jump start my vehicle before I left home. Thank goodness it was not busy when I arrived and Jordan took care of testing my battery, yep it needed to be replaced. He gave options regarding batteries, recommended the battery I needed. While I was there I selected wiper blades as I knew they needed to be replaced. Jordan installed the new battery, put on the wiper blades. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I may have been there maybe 30 minutes. Great service and employee.

Had to get a new alternator for a friend's car. Really helpful team here. Got me the right part at a better price than the competition, and got me in and out really quick. Love that they also offer military discounts. Shows they actually still care about our troops and veterans.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Almost always have the parts I need.Good prices, especially if you use their app and order online for store pickup. They have coupons usually offering 20% off.

Received great service! New to the area of huntsvill. Had issues with my battery went to Advanced Auto and the service was great. The customer service rep was new, but he made sure my issue was resolved. The battery was changed out at no charge and it was a matter of minutes before the manager had me in and out! Thanks Advance Auto for such great service. I willl be back. Great service is hard to come across.

Great store!! Helped me get the equipment I needed. I came for oil and filter and left with much more. The salesman was very helpful in accommodating the filter special as they were out of the one I needed and offered a better product without up-charging. Advance has always been my go to for auto parts in my home town and this store will make my new home easier to adjust to!

Needed sway bar bushings. They showed me both sets of what they had in stock, both with life time warranty and the Advance brand looked better and more durable. Plus it was less and they give military discounts.

I went in to get a battery and they were not welcoming. The young boy that helped me seemed to be just going through the motion of the transaction. I work in customer care and I felt more like a bother to this boy. He then mislead me and stated that I would save $15 on my purchase because I would receive a rebate gift card in the mail sometime after my purchase. Well, a month or two later, my "rebate" card came. It was for $15 but I could only use it at advance auto parts. He told me it would be a gift card that I could use anywhere. I don't give there enough to need a $15 gift to use there. I'm very upset about this. I will not be going back there.

Im not from this area and was only in town for the day. I needed to bypass my ac compressor because the pulley bearings decided to go bad on me. I went to Auto Zone to see if they had the belt I needed. One quick look and they told me they didn't have it. When I asked for them to check again they actually did have it. I proceeded to ask if they had the tools needed to change a serpentine belt that I could borrow since they have a tool loaner program. I was immediately told no. I asked if they had any hand tools at all, and was told no. After looking though their tool isle and realizing it was going to cost me $50 in tools to install a $12 belt I asked again if they had anything that might help me get this job done. That is when the manager, who told me no repeatedly before said they did have a tool after all... no words. So I asked if I could please see it. He walked off to get it, only to come back to tell me, it was out. I asked if another store might have it, he checked and told me 2 other stores nearby did. I thanked him and left. I was dumbfounded at how much misinformation I was given and how the story kept changing. No one was interested in actually helping me, and the manager repeatedly acted VERY upset that I interrupted his conversation with another employee to ask him questions about the part I needed and the tools they had available.With that bad taste in my mouth I decided to go around the corner to Advanced Auto Parts to see what they had. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Brian. I told him my situation and he went to see what they had available. In under a minute he had the part I needed and loaned me the tools to install it. Brian went out of his way to make sure I had exactly what I needed and checked on me multiple times. He was even helping multiple customers at the same time he was helping me. Dude was a ROCKSTAR. Brian, you saved my bacon and made my day. Thank you again!!

Experience was not good. They made me feel like I was imposing on them. I didn't know the name of the parts I needed and ask one of the employees if they'd mind coming outside to look at the car but no one would do that. I was the only customer in the store so it's not like they had to leave other customers waiting

Very experienced Staff that knows what they're talking about when you need advice on making the best purchase for your money. And they are always happy to talk about vehicle problems and what to do, to fix the problem.

Wonderful customer service, greeted me as soon as I walked in, were ready to help, and ran a free diagnostic on my car and walked me through what the results were, what the parts were, where to get it fixed, and what the cost could range. Great place with great people!

I may be a little biased about this place considering my dad is the Commercial Manager, but honestly the DIY side is extremely nice and continually does a good job. They call all of their customers "boss" which I think is cute.
