I was greeted when I walked in. I explained what I needed and was shown what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Their price was even cheaper than Walmart.

On Saturday, 09/30/2023 I was traveling from Panama City Beach, Florida to North Olmsted, Ohio for a funeral. 2 1/2 hrs into my drive my car started "jolting", then my check engine light and VSA light came on. I pulled into Auto Zone where I was met by two great employees. Both if whom helped to diagnose my car's issues and then went above and beyond their jobs to show extreme kindness, concern for and professionalism toward me. They worked quickly and efficiently to make sure my car was safe for me to travel to Ohio, so I could be there for the funeral, but they also assured me that I would be able to make it all the way back home safely as well. Christy Weaver, the store manager, even gave me her cell phone number and told me i could call any time along my travels if my car started "acting up" and she would help me find find a place I could get help! Oh my goodness!!! What an angel she was to me! She was my answer to pryers when I realized I was in trouble. I didn't tell her at the time, but my best friend, Christie, is who I was going to be staying with in ohio, and it is Christie's Mom, who was like a second mom to me, who died! It was so important to me to be there at the funeral. Well, here I am in Ohio, safe and my car is working great. I'm with Christie and family, no more issues with my car (except what still must be fixed when I get back home to FL). I just have to brag about Christy Weaver. She made this happen for me. Thank you Christy, from the bottom of my heart!

Thank the Lord I stopped and talked to the girls Christy and Nicole. I bought a conventional oil unaware my car took a full synthetic. Christy quickly stopped me. Their great at my luverne zone.

Been dealing with this store for 4+ years since I moved to the area. Have special ordered allot of parts. ONCE in that 4years did I get a call to say the part was in. Rarely did any of them arrive when I was told they would. After latest dumpster fire delaying a project 2 weeks after back and forth I'm done. They order part, don't call and wait a day send it back. They're called asking where it's at to say they sent it back. Rinse and repeat to now we're at the point of a full day after the part was supposed to be there and they can't find it. As per usual nothing is organized and they have to search to find anything.

Love my local autozone. The people at luverne do an outstanding job christy is top notch with knowledge and training. The truly look out for their customers.

Great store with super duper staff! Was passing through when I realized we desperately needed wiper blades. Staff was able to help me find exactly what was needed, and even assisted with installation in the dark! Would definitely visit again. A+

Excellent service christy is always so knowledgeable UPDATE passed through Luverne again and stopped in with battery problems and again Christy got right to the problem and had me back on the road in no time I wish all of your stores came equipped with a Christy

While driving through Luverne I had a malfunction with my windshield wipers.I pulled in tired , blinded by heavy rain with no wiper, and frustrated! I don t Know cars and I did not want to be ripped off being sold parts that I did not need. There is a happy ending here.... when I walked in I was greeted by a tall blonde woman full of energy and a quick smile. Christy is her name and I think that you should be very proud to have her working for your company because I would be very proud having her work for my company. She was knowledgeable she made quick work to get me out the door and on my way. Christy HELPED ME GOING OVER AND BEYOND!! so folks. If you were traveling through Luverne Alabama be sure to stop at the AutoZone, they will treat you fairly and make you feel like family. Thanks to you AutoZone and especially your Christy.

Well to be honest I really didn't like the service at the store in luverne Mr Michael I think was his name was really rude he didn't answer my questions an just treated my brother n law and myself rude and disrespectful
