Nice guys bur they kept my vehicle first 3+ weeks only to jump a wire in my TIPS (fuse) box and it melted a fuse point. When I called a woman said "We will look at it and see if it's our end" and at that point I decided not to return my van. Turns out, a $12 cable from Amazon fixed my issue. For what I was charged (orginally), the 3+ week wait, and the woman not connecting me with the guy I originally spoke to , I felt the situation just wasn't going toward the positive. They said the bad work was probably a guy who didn't work there anymore during the phone call and I just felt like the best I would get going back would be similar work. I was less than 5 blocks down the street and she wanted me to tow the vehicle to them and the whole situation just made me not want to go back. To me all this equated to not so good service so I did the reading, ordered a part myself, and got the situation cleared on my own. I've got nothing personal against these people I just felt as if the woman on the phone could have put more effort into it considering I was so close. Yes, it was my decision not to take it back but I was very frustrated that it had been kept over 3 weeks beforehand and a jumped fuse wire was termed "wire work" when I picked it up (back in July i believe) and it was a total of a one hour fix for me when i decided to "repair their repair" and avoid further wait and possibly being charged again. It might not have gone that way but it shouldn't have gotten to that point to begin with, they shouldn't have kept my van that long, and i wasn't willing to risk a further bad situation. Perhaps if she had not been so non-chalant on the phone and i had been connected to the owner or he would have, at the very "least" called me with some concern over my bad experience it might have been different.

asked for them to look over a truck i was gonna buy.. thank goodness they did.. told me every thing that was wrong with it.. he even suggested i dont buy it..super nice

Steve is awesome..put brakes and rotors all the way around my f250 and did it in a great time frame. Money? Was better than the rest. You got car issues see Steve

The S&S crew have worked on both of my cars as well as a variety of my family's cars. They always do a great job. It's important with any kind of transaction you understand what is expected on both sides. I've always been treated with integrity and honesty at S&S.

This place holds your car against you for outlandish storage fees I told the man in charge if i could make payments over phone but his new system won't do that in today's technology it's possible he's a straight up liar!!

They was guess what they thought was wrong with the Vehicle and never got it fixed. Took it to another place and found if they would have pulled the codes they could have fixed it.
