Walked into the Pharmacy/ Store and just smiled it was so nice. Then, when I had complications with renewing my prescriptions, the service was great. Took me through step by step and answered all my questions, while helping me understand what I had to do. Then I wanted to shop they have such unique gifts!

If I could give this place negative stars it would be -5 stars. The staff is just impolite even when they make mistakes and don't even offer an apology. EVERY time I have been to this pharmacy they take hours and hours to fill the prescriptions then without fail they will only fill 1 prescription and forget the rest or fill all but 1, so it's just a matter of how long you will have to wait in the store as they fill them after waiting all day for them to be filled. I switch pharmacies from Walmart because this is closer to home worst mistake, it's faster to drive 20min to Walmart and get them.

I had some trouble getting a prescription filled a couple of weeks ago. Apparently the medicine was on back order. I contacted or went to 19 pharmacies, all with the same answer. Lillian Pharmacy saved my bacon. Not only did they have my medicine, but they were very kind people. Cute little store, very friendly staff.

Excellent - knowledge - friendly staff! We switched our prescriptions (from many years with Walgreens) over to here about a year ago...then I came down with a serious illness 2 months ago and their staff has been incredible in assisting me on numerous occasions figure out my medications. In addition, our monthly cost is lower with them. I'd highly recommend this pharmacy.

The Pharmacist Mngr of this store decides whose prescription they will fill based on your personality. She has very low emotional intelligence and can't deal well with sick ppl, so be very careful talking with her. She began lecturing me on my script and when I'd told her I already knew that lecture, please just answer my question, she retorted, "we're not filling your prescription here".

Absolutely wonderful place. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and it's clear they care about the community around them. When it was my first time picking up my prescription on my own they helped me deal with my insurance, even though they didn't need to.If you're looking to move your prescriptions from a chain business to here, I strongly recommend it.

This pharmacy is a local gem. Great service and a nice variety of products. Drive through service as well as inside sales. Staff makes filling prescriptions easy. Auto refills are nice and web services definitely help as well. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

I've been a customer for at least 30 yrs. The same sweet staff for the most part,has taken great care to make sure my health is in good order. My mother is 97 yrs old and doesn't think about going anywhere else, Owner, Mr.Steve Love sees to it,all our needs are readily available. All in all...a great place. They are stuck with me and Mom just a little bit longer LOL

Really nice pharmacy. Everyone was really kind and welcoming. Received both covid vaccines here. Will call soon to receive a booster. Definitely recommend!

Tidy local pharmacy that has some fashion shopping. A great place with wonderful people who work there. Moving here from a big city (Houston) it is a gem to find this in a very small town like Lillian.

Lillian pharmacy has a pharmacist who was very rude to me. I won't be back after they " find my prescription" they sent to another pharmacy in Pensacola. Without my permission.
