I want to thank this amazing team at Leeds, Al who went above and beyond helping me out when I needed my battery changed. After calling and speaking with Doug (who was very helpful) Mike the manager was so kind to come and help me, jump me off and follow me to the business. I highly recommend using this location.

Stopped in on a busy Saturday for an oil change. Matt came out into the parking lot to greet me. He got me in and out quickly and reset my service indicator. Definitely will be back for my next oil change!

High level customer service! Had just picked up a truck that hasn't been driven in a while from my father in law about 60 miles away. Oil pressure very low, so I fortunately pulled in at Express. As soon as I drove in, Matthew recognized their oil change sticker in the window and the team took a quick look over. Took care of things quick and I was back on the road in no time - and since the truck was within the oil change interval, NO CHARGE. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

I truly appreciate the service here. Douglas particularly was so kind and helpful, in order for me to not wait a long time he was willing to drop me off because my house was near and took my car in , He made me feel comfortable and safe. I knew I was in great hands of service. They always do a quick and clean cutt service making sure my car won't break down or have issues. I highly recommend this place. Make sure to ask to for Douglas he will be honest and true. Including Mike another manager that had wonderful costumer service. This is why I always come here because they take great care of their costumers and want to make sure you're happy when you leave.Blessings!!

I really want to thank Bruce at Leed's Express Oil Change! I drove in thinking I needed the oil change because of the date on the sticker (3/12/24) but had not checked the mileage:( He explained that it wasn't time yet for an oil change but checked my oil and other levels. Bruce also patiently answered all my questions! I really appreciate his honesty and thoughtfulness! He did not charge me!! Thank you!!

Came in for an oil change and everyone was so so sweet and helpful! Got a discount for ladies day as well which was such an awesome surprise. Bruce was especially helpful! Absolutely amazing service! Will definitely be coming back

Excellent service ! Greg and Joey went extra mile to change out a cabin filter on my Jeep. Not an easy task! So thankful for your great work! Who knew a receipt got sucked in there and it was vibrating it s fixed now! Thanks for taking good care of my car!

Greg at the Leeds location took great care of my oil change and tire rotation with great customer service. I know they had a long day and even up until closing everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you Greg and crew!

If the rating had given me opportunity for 10 stars, I would have given this place a 10!! Great service!!! Great price!! Unbelievable hospitality!!!! Also .got two tires and was back on the road in less than two hours!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!
