This is a late review because I always forgot to do this. Jerry is a great owner, and he is kind, smart and responsible. The RV we rented was not perfect, but Jerry responded fast and offered great solution. We can tell that he put lots of efforts in this business, and hard working people deserve respects and applauses. We had a 20-day trip, and we had an excellent time! Although we are not living in Alabama anymore, we still recommend this company to my friends who live in AL.

First time to rent an RV and had a blast!!My husband and son rented Frankie the Forester from Dufourfun RV in Leeds, Alabama and definitely will rent again. Great experience! Dufourfun made it easy and convenient. Their staff was superb, knowledgable and communicated promptly to answer our questions. The RV was fully stocked, clean, and in excellent working order. The systems were all functioning and vehicle drove well. Pick up and drop-off was straightforward and easy. We highly recommend Dufourfun RV for your rental RV! GREAT JOB Dufourfun!

We had THE MOST EPIC ADVENTURE with the RV we rented from Dufourfun RV Rentals. They made it so easy to pick up, drop off and solve any problem or question we had while on the road for a week. We could not have had a better experience and will definitely rent from them again. I highly recommend them!

Felix is the her name, and what a gem she was with the care and cleanliness of her OWNERS. We are definitely renting again. Our trip was scheduled for 9/11 which is a day my Military family are reminded of our resilience. Upon arrival Jolie immediately gave us a formal greeting with politeness and courteous towards us.

Jolie was great in providing us the details of all the features of the RV we rented, Stella. I would give her 5 stars for her help. We just had a few issues with the RV that we considered minor that keeps this from being an overall 5 star review. The cover for the AC keep falling down while driving, so we eventually just put in in a cabinet. One of the drawers in the front dining table area did not latch properly and keep coming open while driving down the road. So we had to tie a short rope between it and another drawer to keep it from opening. It was a concern for us because we had two small dogs with us that we didn't want to get hurt by a suddenly opening drawer. The only other issue was that the rear camera which initially worked great and was awesome started being flaky about 5 days into our 10 day trip. The camera did not reset to pointing straight back after completing a lane change or turn maneuver, instead it was stuck point to the right when cruising straight down the road. Great when you are turning right, but not all the time. Other than these issues, Stella was great, clean, got about 7-8 mpg at Interstate speeds, which was better than we expected. I highly recommend these guys for your RV rental needs.

Amazing!!!! We booked a trip from Alabama to New York, and the RV MADE the trip!! 2 kids 2 dogs 1 cat 1 wife and myself, the trip wouldn t have been easy without the RV, great company we will definitely be using them again in the future. If you have a family and want to travel with ease use this company and rent one of their vehicles. My biggest concern when traveling is my family s safety and stopping at rest stops and different gas stations is not easy or fun, being able to let my kids eat at the table makes the road trip faster no need to stop for food!! Thank you for a memorable trip!!!

Amazing experience. Rented the Sunseeker RV. Jolie got me in and out quickly and efficiently and also let me check in early. Rental was clean and worked great across the board. Will go to them for sure next time I rent in that area!

I used Dufourfun to rent 3 C class RVs for my bachelor trip to Talladega. The service was unbelievable. They delivered the RVs on site to us and picked them up. Everything was very clean and working properly in the RVs, and when one issue arose they traveled all the way to our campsite to provide us with a solution to that one issue. The entirety of my group was beyond impressed. The communication between the rental coordinator and the rest of their team was seamless. I don t think I would ever go on a camping trip without contacting Dufourfun for any potential rental needs.

Amazing RV rental. Me, my son and 5 high school buddies rented from Dufourfun and they were fantastic. We rented Betty and she was clean, up to date and easy to drive. Took us to Tuscaloosa for Roll Tide and Talladega and back.The service was phenomenal. Jolie did a great job explaining everything on the RV to a newbie like me and they were fully available by text or phone when I had to make last minute plans with drop off.Plan to rent from them again for a game next year!

Jolie is the Best! She made our first camping trip fun and was available to answer my many questions. Next trip I ll be a pro!We rented Folly for three days and two nights. The RV was super clean and well stocked.There was plenty of room for three adults and two 11year old boys.I highly recommend DuFourFun RV Rentals for your next trip! Dufourfun provided a convenient and comfortable experience for our family. The RV was in excellent condition and we had zero trouble! Our initial tutorial with Jolie was very informative and she was available to us when we had a question over the weekend. We are already planning our next getaway and there is no question that we will be using Dufourfun.

Our black tank flooded in our RV. I didn t know what to do. This company was listed so we called them. I can confidently say Jacob and Dillon went above and beyond to help us. Jacob even stopped by our RV after his shift to finish our repair. They are professionals unlike anyone else in the game. A lot of the other repair services around Birmingham won t even help you. These guys cared about us and our situation. Jacob was amazing and fixed the repair accurately and quickly while we had a conversation. I m blown away by these guys and anyone would be happy with their service if you have an RV repair need

Betty was an absolute beast at Rock the South 2022! Her generator and AC worked like a champ during this Alabama August heat! She did not disappoint! Jolie was a pleasure working with while booking and understanding how the RV worked. I am NOT a camper and roughing it is typically staying at a hotel without room service but this experience was an absolute JOY!

BEWARE! BEWARE! NEVER AGAIN!Two weeks after we returned the RV with half a tank of gas, as required, Jolie sent us a bill for $429.46!We had originally rented THEO for 15 nights for $4,230 which included $90 for extra miles.So apparently Jolie charged us for ALL of the overage miles without even checking to see that I had already paid for half of those miles.She also charged me a $45 cleaning fee, a $45 gas fee, a $45 propane fee, a $45 dump fee and a $45 oil check fee. Oh, and she also added a 4% credit card fee!We used our own rugs, our own sofa covers, sheets and pillows, our own pots, pans, dishes and utensils too.We even dumped on the way back.We were renting it with the option to but it and treated it like it was ours.We added 1 quart of oil because it was very low on oil and didn t want the engine to burn up. We also knew it was overdue for an oil change and would be changed as soon as it was returned.On top of all of that, the door on THEO kept coming open on the highway so we had to put a bungee cord around the door handle and the inside handle to keep it from flying open.Someone could have fallen out and could have been killed! And it happened multiple, multiple times!What s really strange is that they didn t even acknowledge our safety concerns. We sent a video during the trip showing the door was open on the highway as we were driving and we never heard back from them!Only after I started questioning the extra charges and reminded Jolie about the video we sent did she apologize but, she claimed There is no evidence the door is broken .Jolie also told us before we left that an employee had backed THEO into a yellow post causing damage to the right side. That s the same side the door is on .And the trim on the right side also came loose on day 2. We had to tape it back up with duct tape!The RV really wasn t safe!Thanks Jolie for ruining our trip.NEVER AGAIN.

The staff here was excellent!! Shout out to Dylan, Turner and the owner Jerry for taking care of my family when we traveled to Alabama from Michigan. They are super nice and efficient. They saved me from having to end my vacation early. Go check them out! They rent RVs as well

Jolie and her entire team were extremely helpful and professional. We had a slight generator issue, and Jolie helped us step by step till the issue was fixed! Our crew enjoyed taking the RV to Bonnaroo, and we are looking forward to using their services again!! We (family of 4 + dogs)have rented twice from Dufourfun RV Rentals and had a great experience with both RVs - Buddy and Theo. They have a great collection of super clean, easy to drive RVs. Jolie has been great to work with and communicating all the details. Pickup and drop-off are a breeze. If you've never rented an RV or just want the ease of an RV without owning give Dufourfun a call!

What a great experience! We were first time campers and had no clue what we were doing. They made the process so easy and were very thorough in showing us how everything worked. The camper was very clean and comfortable with all the basic necessities you need. Everything was such a smooth process, We re already planning our next trip!

Jolie and Jerry surpassed even my wildest expectations!! Felix the RV was DELIVERED to my door and PICKED UP from my driveway....and I live 2 hours away from where they are located!! The delivery drivers were amazingly courteous and professional....and Jolie and Jerry responded to any questions I had no matter the time of day.If you are in search of an RV to rent or buy, LOOK NO FURTHER than Dufourfun Rentals, period.The BEST IN THE BUSINESS, without a doubt!!

I ve rented a lot of RVs. This one was clean, nice and was exactly as advertised. Jolie was available for phone support and helped me resolve a simple issue that made our trip much better. They delivered and picked up right on schedule.Highly recommended

We were first time RV ers so Jerry recommended Wally or Eva as the easiest to drive, and he was right!! He and Jolie were so accommodating and helpful when we arrived and explained everything so well. We had a great week and look forward to making more memories in the future with an RV from Dufourfun.

Jolie (Who seems to run the show) was super helpful and very knowledgeable walked us first timers through everything and made us comfortable with how to operate RV. Unit was literally brand new. It out performed our expectations and we had a wonderful family adventure in North Alabama over a three night excursion. Jolie Checked in on us via text every day just to make sure everything was going OK and help me with a few questions on how to operate this or that during the trip promptly. Our units sleep five people comfortably and had everything from hot shower, oven, microwave,Even had a functional thermostat to keep us warm at night along with a very well functioning refrigerator and freezer and that ran the entire time and barely used any LP gas. Would highly recommend it for anybody looking for an RV get away.... Thanks for providing a wonderful service, having a business myself it s nice to see the details of an organization are taken care of well . Phillip Madden
