First of all they sold me this car, 2008 Honda accord with 200,000 miles, for over 9,000 I had asked if there was any mechanical issues and they said, not that we know of, it runs great! . well about the 3rd week the air compressor went out I called them and they were gonna charge me around $500 to fix it so I got my mothers bf to to save money. Well literally a week goes by and I the grace period ends and then my timing belt breaks mind you it s the original timing belt and should have been changed out 200,000 miles ago. So my car has been in the shop and I m spending extra money on this and that for parts bc the engine is literally broke and there are parts that are taped and glued together instead of replaced. Mind you I can t even drive this car back to Ellisons bc it literally can t drive. So I m making payments on it as I should. For a week or so every time I called to make a payment their phone was cut off so I just didn t pay for that week or so. Anyways I call them to make my most recent payment and while I m making the payment the lady asks if anyone has talked to me about the car bc after $300 it s supposed to be repoed. And I m like, no, but I ve been having so many mechanical issues is there anyone I can talk to about them . She transferred me to this man that completely ignores me telling him about the issues I ve been having with this car bc he is so focused on when I can catch up on payments. Ignoring me telling him about the extra thousands I ve put on top of this car. I ask him if I could bring some receipts in since they set the prices for the car and they priced it so high even with all the mechanical issues it has. And he immediately just said that, it s not gonna take any money off the car, but you can bring them in so we can have on file, we just sell cars (they have mechanics). Like sir yall set the price as a customer I m coming to you expressing how this isn t a fair purchase when my car has been out of commission more than I ve been able to drive it. And you re completely ignoring my concerns and are so focused on getting the money for it. A lot more was said the whole experience was just overall upsetting. Anywho just don t buy from these ppl. Learning experience for sure

Went with my brother to buy a truck and because of his work schedule dealer stayed after hours so my brother could sign all the paperwork.Salesman was very professional and accommodating.

Today we bought our 3rd vehicle from Ellison. We had such a good experience the last two times we knew we were going back. These guys are so nice and laid back. No high pressure sales tactics at all. When we found the one we wanted, we were in it an hour later.

I bought a vehicle from Ellison. I have no complaints except I wish I had talked them down on price. Other than that they are friendly , have a great selection and they hooked me up when I needed a vehicle.

I looked at 2 f150 trucks. Both had an asking price of $5900. The one I chose had a final price of $4600. I sis not buy it due to the condition of the tires.Pros-1. Very friendly and helpful sales people.2. Vehicles are affordably pricedCons-1. Vehicles were not detailed.2. I noticed small problems in both trucks that could have been repaired easily. Seeing these made me wonder what else is wrong.

Great place to buy your vehicle from. Very friendly and will answer any and all question with out hesitancy. He's stated there is never a bad question just ask. Garin Hayes. Is a great sales associate.

Absolutely right abt the prices :) but you get what you pay for a piece of junk that i have to put 2 thousand more dollars into trying to keep it running. They are really helpful trying to help in our experience but after they same thing breaks 5 times and you've paid them 200 a pop everytime they fix it seems like theft to me because it should have been fixed right by the 3rd time at least. The people are great to talk to and arent rude. But it would be nice to have cars salesmen in our little town that actually cate abt what they sale to people with families and jobs who depend on these vehicles

Me and my wife purchased a 2004 Chevy Tahoe couldn t be more happy have had it for a year payed off Now still running perfect like the Day we got it ..very friendly staff...I will be coming in soon to purchase a truck next.....
