I can not say enough how great this place is. I was having transmission problems with my TrailBlazer and started checking around for a good place to take it. I found Rod's on Google and read the reviews. Most were raving about how great they were, so I gave them a call. From the start, it was a great experience. They were friendly and answered all my questions. After I had my car towed to them, they stayed in contact, keeping me updated on what needed to be done and the cost. They had to rebuild my transmission, and now my car is running great. I would definitely recommend Rod's Transmission to anyone needing their services.

Fantastic family owned shop. The owner, workers, and prices are phenomenal and their turn around time on my car for a torque converter and trans pump as 2 DAYS! That's extremely quick!

They charged me a small fee to look over the car n try to find my throttle delay issue. But they came up with nothing. They were very nice tho! Seem like good people. They offered to continue driving it and keep looking n checking codes n everything without further charge.Should they find an issue they would let me know then fix it and the money already put toward it would take away from the charge of whatever it cost to fix whatever problem.Good people. Never found my problem, BUT the more i research n take it around everyone says its just the ford mustang throttle delay every one of them has. Some sort of built in issue from the factory ford did to make it 60% responsive instead of 100%. Also something about the time it takes to catch up to the torque converter or something. Idk. Still learning.Good people tho, honest people. I would recommend them. They checked more than my transmission trying to find any issue.

Didn't get any work done. I actually bought a vehicle from someone that they had at their shop and they went out of there busy day to chat with me. Really great people. Would say if need transmission work around this area they seem very nice.

Gave my mom a square deal on fixing her car and fixed it good. Good people. They are Alabama fans, need I add more? Lol but seriously good service, good work.

Good honnest people and they go by steps and call u before they work on it and they will work with you if u need it and I'd recommend then to anyone that's needs transmission work. But all in all they did a great and lovely job on my truck.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Excellent mechanic, had me up and running with a complete transmissions rebuilt VERY quickly. So far over 40,000 miles since the rebuild with zero issues.
