I got a radio put in a couple years back when I got my worker's comp injury settlement, and while the staff are nice, the service was not a fun ride. They kept my truck for close to a week, the sony CD player with the pop out screen I wanted was substituted with an older model Blaupunkt without ever contacting me (I literally found out when I picked up the vehicle with the different install) and it was not adjusted for viewing while driving, just seated flat against the dash. The guys are great. They sent me a thank you card. But I did not get what I requested, and paid out the nose, over a thousand dollars, for a 200 dollar stereo and a 40 dollar backup cam.

Had a sale ad for Memphis amp and subs for $399.99 upped the price on me to $499.99 for the same thing. Didn t realize as I didn t have service in the building.

I've had 2 XM radios put in along with a ELD logging device for my truck. First of all the work was first class work. The only thing was he quoted me a price for the 2nd radio for installation only 150.00 labor and charge me 250.00 labor. The great upstanding business man he was he called me and gave me a 109.00 reimbursement for the labor Thanks guys very much and look forward to doing business with you in the future

I do not recommend buying in this business. They sold me a pressurized water disc. It is a product that does not work, with a lot of water leakage. I asked to have it changed and I was told many pretexts. And they didn't change it and didn't give me back the money, The person who received me was very despotic

They claim to repair TVs. They kept my TV for 3 1/2 months and then came up with a lame excuse for it taking so long. I checked on my TV at 2 months and they hadn't even looked at it. Their attitude is the worst for someone dealing with the public. These people need to learn how to deal with people. I look for them to go out of business at some point soon.

You couldn't ask for a better audio shop. The salesman was knowledgeable about what he was selling and was very kind. They have great products as well as great service. I would recommend "Richardsons Electronics" to anyone. I want to thank them for a great experience as well as the ones to come.

They are very skilled at what they do. But they have so many customers and so many projects that they can't ever get to my vehicle on the same day.

Very clean, Large selection of all types of stereos, speakers, amps and more!!! There is no other shop like it around by far!!! Nice Knowledgable staff. Clean well organized waiting area. And there prices were extremely competitive!! Would for sure recommend!!!

Equipment and installation was good. The additional convenience fee for using plastic sucks. I'm getting a new stereo system for my pickup but I think I'll go to a place without the c.f

I was VERY Pleased with Richardsons Electronics me and my cousin drove from Birmingham to jasper to look at the four wheelers he had for sell and we got one for his son's Christmas gift and he got a GREAT DEAL!!! Thanks and we'll be back next year I'm sure.

The people who he has working for him are not very knowledgeable and do not know how to not break customer's vehicle clips that allow you to change out from factory radio to aftermarket

They had a Fuse, that nowhere else had. It was a 1.5 amp/250 volt> not your common everyday fuse! Totally Happy
