Contacted about picking up tires. Yes we have in stock they say. Get there from 40 miles away no and try saying 120 a tire (highly over priced) even for a new tire for my vehicle. No English. Horrible people skills let alone customer service. Horrible. Would never

My tire blew and I pulled into this tire shop. They don't take cards and I only had $40 in cash. The tire was $50 and they wouldn't help me. I was the only female there in the dark garage and they made it very uncomfortable for me and my special needs son. They let me leave with a hole in my tire regardless of our safety. I would never recommend this place

Horrible service. Sold Me a tire Friday and it was busted up by Tuesday and they wouldn't replace it. Never going to them again!!!!

I got great and fast service their used tires are almost brand new at a great prices and a day or so after I got couple tires from them I had a flat I took my vehicle to them and found out I picked up a nail and they didnt even charge me to plug my tire at first I thought the flat was from bad seal or some kind of leak around the rim but I picked up a nail and they fixed it for no charge. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because I have been calling and cant get anyone on the phone.

First time buying take off's from Perez tires read the reviews and they were not lying bought two tires and both look brand new. Definitely coming back, and the workers there were friendly.

One of their guys cross threaded a lug nut back half way on and laughed about it to coworker but never said anything to me about it . Always need to start a lugnut by hand .

Bought a used tire there, it had a blow out less than 40 miles , 5 days later. No type of warranty. My loss

No English speaking workers so Customer service sucks. They do not take cards, cash only, which is suspicious. Bought a tire and two weeks later needed another one. They wouldn't replace it. Would never recommend

These guys always have what you need in stock, they always have great prices, and if the price is high to you then they will negotiate. The service is fast and they are always friendly and you get to have a great conversation while you wait. They have helped me many times. I won't shop anywhere else!!!

Very poor customer service. They make you feel uncomfortable by turning out the lights in the garage when I was the only woman in the shop. I wouldn't recommend

Terrible customer service. I called for a used tire over the phone. I was told $45 upon arrival they changed the price to $60. Plus they don t take card. Avoid this place at all cost

Very fast, budget friendly, and efficient. The used tires we bought were practically brand new. They were very friendly I would highly recommend them.

Asked for two of the same size and since they didn t have two of the same they just put two 15s on and when I went back they just said oh we don t have two of the that one size and refused to do anything about it. Been going there for awhile and definitely won t be spending my money there anymore
