Big S/O to Mrs. Rosie & Mrs. Lisa! I needed a battery for my vehicle along with getting it installed and they both delivered! I highly recommend this Auto Zone, located in Jasper Alabama off of highway 78. Ask for, Rosie & Lisa.

Broke down here summer of 22. Thermostat went out on my grandma s Toyota Avalon. The two employees helped me intermittently for about six hours figuring it out. Very nice guys.

I had the most wonderful experience here today! I was helped by Kaleb, and he was most helpful in what I needed. He went above and beyond to find the battery I needed for my car, install it, and make sure everything was running great before I left. Everyone was super friendly to me, and he most definitely deserves recognition. Thanks guys! I ll be back for my future auto needs.

Amazing. I will and have always gone to O'Reilly auto parts. This one is one of the best I have ever been too. In the middle of a long road trip we had car problems and the manager I believe helped me figure out everything even dove in and got his hands dirty for me.

Love my people at O Reilly. I do 95 % of my business here . Just wish they could get more people for those busy phone days.. so the hold time is not so long .. so definitely go in and talk instead of call if your in a hurry. The stay is very knowledgeable and will help with everything

Friendly helpful people. Prices are usually lower than anyone else around. They are good to order parts for you and offer any helpful advice. My husband gets all his auto parts here and has for many years.

Always great service and gets me out the door quickly which I appreciate. If they don't have what I need it's ordered and in by the next morning. Assistant Manager Zoe always goes above and beyond to help her customers to the fullest. Thanks Zoe

Hannah was working by herself on the night that my husband and I went in and needed some part numbers along with help choosing a pair of headlights for his old work truck that wouldn't break the bank that he could see well with. She was awesome! She might be young, but she's knowledgeable on interior/exterior lighting and she is very quick pulling up the correct vehicle on their computer without missing a beat. Plus, she was super nice. For once, as a woman going into an auto store, I didn't feel a little intimidated by an employee. I'd definitely recommend asking for Hannah when you go inside for anything or have any questions. She will find the answer if she doesn't know it, and she does not act like she knows everything either. Management material, IMO.

Oriellys always has the parts a feller needs to get a ride going. A geographical oddity as if they don't have it in stock they are four hours from a store that does. An easy going staff that helps when you need it.

This location/crew have become my go-to for local parts over the past few years. Not only do they actually answer the phone on a consistent basis unlike others, they are typically helpful when doing so. In-store experience has been similar, even coming out on the floor to offer support as I flipped through random fasteners searching for an oddball part on a recent visit. The young lady used a micrometer to measure out a grommet from a four wheeler, searched something fitting the measurements only and found/ordered for me. This is without me requesting support as I was comfortable with the "maybe this will work" approach. They will continue to be my stop of choice due to these good customer service practices.

Know exactly what you need and the Cross reference for the part number from O Reillys figure it out yourself. Some staff either wasn t listening or doesn t care to lean or make an effort in ensuring that a specific part will fit a original part on a popular vehicle. I was returning the part that didn t fit, so I could go to Advance and get what I needed.

This location is better than most the O'Reilly's I have been to. The company I work for has an account with them so I'm in several different stores of theirs from Jasper, AL to LaGrange, GA. I'm not here to call out the ones that suck, but I'm sure they already know.

Everytime I've been here it's very clean and there nice I started going here because there were a few workers at Autozone who were just so hateful to me Everytime I go in there so now O'reilly's has my business there never hateful towards me I'm actually treated like a person and respected.

Great service I enjoyed looking at all the things to do with automobiles they didn't push me to hurry up I ended up ordering some things for my motor plugs and a Boot for each for my Prius hybrid . Thank you all so much for a professional work

Don't have a scanner but the one in Dora does. Never offer to help you always have to ask them. They just stand behind the counter. If Dora can afford a tester why can't Jasper?This has been like this for many years.

I ordered a part because it wasn't in stock, I was promised it would be there the following morning. It wasn't because because the employee didn't order it. I was told that they rent out tools and was told it would cost $49. to rent a certain tool. Later I find out that the $49. is a deposit so the tools are actually free to rent.

Fantastic customer service, excellent selection! They help you find what you need, even if you're not sure exactly what it is. I prefer this one greatly over any of the other auto part shops in town.

Great prices, great service, and they provide oil recycling. The guy waiting on me was very patient as I looked for a rebate in my emails.
